La cocina está bien equipada! El personal muy amable. El edificio es viejo, poco mantenimiento! El primer departamento tenía cucarachas, nos contactamos y al instante nos cambiaron a otro departamento más nuevo y no tenía cucarachas ( revisamos bien). Éramos 4 personas , la cama con colchón muy viejo y las sábanas de nylon, el sillón cama incómodo! El aire acondicionado muy viejo y hacía muchísimo ruido!

Fabian (7/5): You get what you pay. Für den Preis sollte klar sein, das man nicht viel Luxus erwarten kann. Nur zum Übernachten erfüll - Die Lage ist absolut hervorragend. Fussläufig zum Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, und zentral genug um schnell überall hin zu kommen. Die Fenster mit Einfachverglasung lassen sich zum Teil nicht öffnen und lassen sehr viel Lärm durch. Da dort auch nachts relativ viel Verkehr herrscht, ist es relativ Laut im Schlafzimmer. Und es ist relativ hellhörig und die Klimaanlage ist sehr laut und störend.

dmgenesio (9/5): - La ubicación es muy buena. Tiene la playa muy cerca y también un supermercado muy completo. Al departamento no le sobraba nada pero tenia todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda. No nos llegaron las instrucciones para el check in y debimos llamar por teléfono. El departamento no estaba listo a la hora del check in y tuvimos que esperar un rato para poder ingresar. El horno del departamento 234 parecía un poco sucio y echaba mucho humo cuando quisimos utilizarlo. Finalmente decidimos no hacerlo. La puerta de ingreso al departamento como que golpeaba con el viento cuando estaba cerrada.

Sofa bed looked disgusting (see photos) and too small for any adult (property search in Booking suggests that it can accommodate 4 adults). Single bed is also a fold out bed and really small. Asked host a question through Booking, which was never answered. Little bugs running across the floor and wall (see photo). Crushed water bottle on window sill in bathroom not cleaned from previous occupants. No extractor fan in bathroom. People screaming in the middle of the night.

Vanesa Natalia (7/5): Dpto bueno no apto para muchos dias, ya que las camas son incomodas. - Muy buena ubicacion, cerca de una playa linda y de locales de comida y compras. Hay un Marshall´s y Starbucks a una cuadra y media. El dpto en gral está bien, si mejoraran las camas y la limpieza del sillón que se hace cama seria un gran lugar para pasar en familia. El resto de la limpieza muy bien. Toallas lindas y buen sistema de climatización central. Wifi aceptable. Las camas muy incomodas. Los colchones tanto de la cama principal, de la cama supletoria (un catre plegable con colchón muy finito) y del sillon-cama se hunden. Las almohadas no sirven y la ropa de cama es puro nylon. El sillón-cama del living está manchado y percudido, la verdad no me gusto dormir sobre esa mugre. El balcón es mínimo, bastante sucio y la puerta ventana del mismo no cerraba bien. Los vidrios y marcos de las ventanas tambien estaban bastante sucios.

Havlu değişimi, ekstra şemsiye, bazı malzemelerin fazladan değişimi. miami beach south kısmına kadar giden otobüs durağı eve 2-3 dakika uzaklıkta. aventura alışveriş merkezine giden otobüse 2-3 dakika uzaklıkta. farklı plajlara erişim çok kolay. odalar yeterince temiz, mis gibi. Düzenli olarak çöp atarsanız asla böcek yok. odalarda prize takılan sinek koruyucu bile var. sıcak havuzu var. böylelikle bir anda yağmur yağarsa ve rüzgar sert eserse, hemen çocuklar için alternatif üretilebiliyor. Evin hemen yakınında çok ucuz bir market var. ayrıca daha kaliteli ancak biraz daha pahallı bir market de var. cvs walgreens yürüme mesafesinde. mini şezlong, şemsiye ve havlu vermeleri harika oldu. banyo oldukça yeterli. -

Me parece que las fotos son mucho más lindas a lo que son los departamentos y el edificio en realidad Además tenía un aire acondicionado que lo tenía que apagar a la noche del ruido que hacía!! El Edificio parece lindo en las fotos pero no lo es. Desde el departamento se escucha completamente todo lo que pasa afuera . Otra de las cosas que no me dejaba dormír bien. The price does not justify the living condit - Upon check-in, the apartment was clean, and the check-in process went smoothly. The apartment is located directly beneath the trash disposal area, making it very noisy every time the garbage truck arrived. Upon check-in, there were cockroaches in the apartment—I sent a video to the owner. The water pressure in the shower stall is extremely weak, making it difficult to wash properly—especially with children. There is practically no water pressure in the bathroom sink, and hot water does not flow at all due to the low pressure. The water constantly stagnates in the pipes, indicating underlying plumbing issues. The kitchen appliances are outdated; the refrigerator malfunctions and freezes food even when set to the lowest setting. In the living area, the electrical outlets do not hold plugs securely—everything just falls out. Furthermore, drying laundry on the balcony is prohibited; items must be dried inside the room, but they simply do not dry there. The air conditioner is old and extremely noisy, and the "auto" mode does not work—making it impossible to sleep at night. We paid approximately $3,000 for an 11-day stay—plus an additional $230 for parking—which is completely disproportionate to the actual quality of the accommodation.

Beneddif (1/5): Une catastrophe - La piscine toujours chaude Appartement vraiment miteux et très sale. Quand je marchais pieds nus, j’avais les pieds noirs comme si je marchais dans la boue — je vous assure que je n’exagère pas. J’ai fait tomber un peu d’eau de ma gourde sur le canapé et en essayant de nettoyer, l’eau est devenue noire… ça dégoûte immédiatement. Je suis conscient que c’est un endroit de passage, un peu comme un logement pour routiers, mais l’appartement est envahi de blattes : elles courent très vite et en plus… elles volent. Bref, idéal pour les amoureux des animaux et de la nature. Pour les personnes un peu maniaques ou qui aiment le confort, passez votre chemin. Sans compter que le lit est infesté de puces : je me suis fait dévorer chaque nuit, c’était une nouvelle épreuve à chaque fois. Et pour finir, le Wi-Fi fonctionne quand il veut.

Jenkins (8/5): Nice Apartment - The location was perfect for what I needed. Apartment was very clean and appeared well maintained The management/staff were very accommodating. Clear and concise instructions for access to the apartment and parking. The door keypad made it easy to access. The door latch needs to be adjusted which made locking the door a bit tricky and I didn't feel safe. The door had to be closed in the right spot for the door to lock. Would have liked the reserved parking spot close to the apartment - not all the way on the other end.

Vitalii (9/5): 8 from 10! - It was a great location with a swimming pool. 3-4 minutes from the ocean. A lot of stores nearby. Personal was pretty attentive staff. They also have later check out option. Was not the best and not so comfortable couch.

Sin embargo, considero que la relación precio-calidad podría mejorar. Las instalaciones funcionan, pero se beneficiarían de una actualización y mayor practicidad. Por el valor abonado, esperaba un estándar más acorde a la tarifa.

Michaël (8/5): Location d'appartement - - L'emplacement dans le quartier Sunny Isles Beach - Le calme de la résidence - La piscine - Le manque de procédure d'arrivée autonome claire qui devrait être envoyé en amont de l'arrivée car aucune personne physique n'est présente au sein de la résidence. - Le manque de clarté concernant le stationnement : payant sur l'affiche commerciale, ce qui est contradictoire avec le contrat reçu après réservation qui stipulait que le logement comprenait une place de stationnement gratuite. Nous avons nous acquitter de forfaits journaliers pour bénéficier de l'emplacement prévu. - L'appartement qui correpond plûtot à un hébergement pour 2 que pour 4 personnes (les couchages d'appoints étant inconfortables)
