• Gorrín Baute (1/5): Estancia muy mala y trato inaceptable - Nada destacable. La experiencia en general fue muy negativa. Solo la ubicación La estancia fue muy mala desde el principio. Solo nos alojamos una noche y no hubo ninguna flexibilidad ni buen trato por parte del personal. Solicité salir un poco más tarde y me dijeron que máximo a las 12, pero desde las 11:30 ya estaban llamando insistentemente a la puerta mientras aún estábamos desayunando y preparándonos. Incluso volvieron a insistir mientras nos estábamos duchando. Finalmente salimos a la 13:00 y ya habían llamado a la policía, que estaba subiendo al alojamiento, algo totalmente desproporcionado teniendo en cuenta que solo había pasado una hora. Además, el alojamiento estaba en muy malas condiciones: había sillas rotas (una de ellas cedía hacia atrás al sentarse), las toallas estaban sucias, y había mucha suciedad debajo de camas y sofás. Tampoco había suficientes mantas para abrigarse. El personal fue poco profesional y no dio explicaciones claras en ningún momento

• GERARDO (6/5): No recomendable. - La Ubicacion Esta muy dejado en el mantenimiento , la WIFI no existe , la Cafetera tuvimos que lavarla muy bien estaba ufffffffff , los radiadores no se podian regular y pasamos frio por la noche , muchas luces no funcionaban (fundidas), 1 armario muy pequeño para 4 px , productos inexistentes en el baño. En fin es la decadencia de de este Hotel que cuando vinimos por primera vez era MARAVILLOSO.

• Ana (1/5): Decepcionante - La situación y la decoración El trato fue decepcionante. Reservamos dos suites completas porque éramos dos parejas con un bebé cada una. Vimos tanto en las fotos como en los comentarios que disponían de cocina, pero al llegar nos dijeron que la vitroceramica solo la activaban para estancias de 15 días o más, información que no aparecía en ningún sitio. Además no nos facilitaron ninguna solución al respecto, ya que decían que eso aumentaba el precio del servicio de limpieza con la empresa nueva que tenían contratada (limpieza que no se produjo ninguno de los 6 días que estuvimos alojados). Había una información en la estancia y todo era erróneo, no te limpiaban cada 3 días como especificaban, no había ninguna cafetería y tampoco parking, todo desactualizado. Además frío en la estancia, solo disponía de radiador en la habitación principal. Para terminar, el último día pedimos dejar las maletas al menos en la entrada durante un rato y tampoco nos lo permitieron. Viajo todos los años a La Laguna y no volveré a reservar en este sitio.

Me pareció algo caro el alojamiento, pero en la Laguna en esa relación precio-calidad es muy difícil conseguir algo más asequible.

The apartment was spacious, very well equipped, and clean. The location in the center of La Laguna encourages you to take walks around the area, visit the many shops, restaurants, and bars, and enjoy the lively atmosphere of the place.

Decía cosas sin sentido! Nos tuvimos que ir con dos niños pequeños por la noche. Trato horrible! Nos fuimos al gran hotel la laguna. a 200 metros! gran hotel! habitaciones mucho más bonitas y trato excelente! The location couldn’t be better – right in the heart of the city, with everything easily reachable on foot. The hotel has been beautifully renovated and decorated with so much love for detail. Nothing was missing, and we felt completely comfortable throughout our stay.

• Juan Pedro (10/5): Alojamiento y hospedaje de alto standing en un casa emblemática. - Excelente ubicación en una calle muy céntrica pero sin ruidos de bares o locales de ocio. El Hotel es una antigua casa señorial, la reforma se ha hecho con mucho gusto, respetando la prestancia de la edificación, de las maderas nobles, pero con todas las comodidades modernas. Alojamiento de alto standing muy bien integrado en una casa histórica. Lugar perfecto para experimentar lo que fue la ciudad de la Laguna siglos atrás. El hospedaje fue excelente, fueron flexibles con nuestras necesidades de check-in respondiendo a nuestras peticiones de manera rápida y clara. Toda la familia quedó muy satisfecha con la suite y el trato que se nos dio. Tanto es así que hemos repetido dos veces, y no dudaremos en hacerlo una tercera si vamos de nuevo a La Laguna. Nada que objetar.
• Maria (1/5): Esperaba mucho más del alojamiento - Es muy céntrico y la habitación era muy grande. Entrar a las 4 de la tarde es excesivamente tarde, más viajando con un bebé. Dijeron que no había habitaciones disponibles, a pesar de que parecía que estaba vacío. No disponen de ningún sitio para dejar las maletas. Al llegar las dejamos en medio de un hall pero al irnos no nos aconsejaron volver a dejarlas en el mismo sitio ya que los clientes de la cafetería tenían acceso a ese lugar y nadie podía vigilarlas. Recomiendo otros alojamientos que están por la misma zona.

• Rita Yasmina (10/5): Es un ejemplo de conservación y restauración de una casa antigua, impecable. - Todo; el alojamiento es una casa antigua perfectamente conservada, amplia, luminosa, con una limpieza impecable, una decoración exquisita, situada en pleno centro histórico, y a la vez muy tranquila. En el descansillo tienen papeleras con opción para separar los residuos, algo que valoro mucho. Mi anfitriona Laura estuvo pendiente de mi llegada, y disponible para cualquier eventualidad, muy atenta y amable. La casa es una joya, y tiene un bistró en el patio con una ambientación estupenda, muy tranquila y donde te atienden también muy amablemente. Me gustó mucho todo, no tiene un pero.

I have never written a review but feel compelled to do so as, despite informing the owners repeatedly that we had no hot water, it was never solved. They got defensive when we brought it up to them. This totally overshadowed our stay.

• Rebecca (6/5): Pleasant - Accommodation is in a perfect location and the building is beautiful. We booked this specifically as we were two friends travelling together, looking for separate rooms. As this is advertised as a 2 bedroom apartment, this seemed perfect. On arrival, we were told that the second bedroom was locked as we only booked 2 people in. The girl stated that we should have emailed to request a second room or to separate the beds in the main room. Checking back on the site and on my confirmation emails, no where does it state that this is the case. The girl offered to unlock the door on the following day but couldn’t do it that day as she didn’t have keys. Eventually after some discussion where we were set to cancel the booking and find alternative accommodation, she found some keys to unlock for us. It put a dampener on the start to our stay there! This shouldn’t be advertised as a two bedroom apartment for all people if you aren’t willing to leave two rooms open!

• Graham (9/5): Good location easy to get to buses and trams. Comfortable, quiet and spacious - The apartment is beautiful, very tasteful. quiet, spacious and comfortable. The mattress and pillows are memory foam, lots of space in the wardrobe and in the bathroom, good shower. We didn't do much cooking but there was enough in the kitchen had we wanted to. Lovely Laura got us a toaster when we asked for one. She was very friendly and helpful and was often around. Easy walking distance to everywhere. I mentioned it was my birthday and we got home to find a bottle of wine and some cake and candles, which was a nice touch. Radiators kept us warm in the cool evenings. Not much we didn't like. We had expected to get clean towels once during the week, but didn't. It also says in the room that cleaning will happen after 3 days, which didn't happen at all during the week.

The accommodation was clean, spacious and well- appointed, and in a superb location right in the centre of La Laguna. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would give it our highest recommendations.

• Bpdh (4/5): A bad experience - We went the last fortnight of November to enjoy our vacations, and nobody, nobody, warned us that they had a curfew and that it was not possible to go out after 10 at night. On the hotel page it says that there is a restaurant and it is not true, the restaurant has nothing to do with the hotel, so they neither give breakfast, nor brunch, nor room service, you cannot even say that they will point you to the room And the last straw was, when we managed to talk to someone at the reception, normally there is no one, we needed a taxi at 5:30 AM to the airport, we went home, and on the day of departure at 6:15 there was no taxi , the reception boy had forgotten. My wife almost had a heart attack just like me.

Hjälpsam personal. Restaurang finns, men inte frukost. Nära till Aeropuerto Tenerife Norte.

The room , La Caleta , is very well appointed to the highest standard and very comfortable. It feels like your own little bolt hole in the centre of a beautiful historic area , just right for sightseeing, interesting shops of top quality and many restaurants and bars of whatever your taste. We took sushi from a nearby bar back to the kitchen/dining room in our appartment. You receive a key to the main door to come and go as you please. Highly recommended for seeing La Laguna.

Nachdem nach weiteren 3 Tagen keine Reparatur möglich war, wurden wir auf Kosten der Unterkunft in ein benachbartes Hotel umquartiert.
• TuulaV (10/5): Felt like royalty - A small hotel located in a beautiful old town house in the historic city center. This is pedestrian area, but there is a public parking lot (for free) at the end of the street. Our “room” turned out to be a very spacious suite with some 5-6 m high ceilings. It’s interior design oozing old time charm combined with modern amenities. Excellent sleeping quality. Felt like royalty.
• IL HUAN (10/5): 가족 여행으로 좋은 숙소_청결함 - 가까운 편이며(트램이 운행됨) 가리치코까지 렌트차량으로 운전해서 약 45분 정도 소요되고, 산타크루즈 데 페네리페와는 25분 정도에 갈 수 있었던 것 같습니다. 체크인 시간이 오전 9시에서 오후 2시까지만 이므로(메일로 확인하라고 보내줌) 이 시간대 이후에 오게 되면 미리 호텔에 전화해서 체크인 시간을 확인해야 합니다. 만족스러운 숙소였습니다.

• Luis (10/5): El mejor hotel en el que he estado, un hogar - Quedarnos en este hotel fue la mejor elección que hicimos en nuestro reciente viaje a Tenerife. Se trata de una preciosa casa histórica con cuatro habitaciones en perfecto estado. Lo primero que quiero destacar es la amabilidad del personal, que en todo momento hizo todo lo posible para que estuvieramos como en casa además de darnos toda la información sobre posibles visitas en la isla, también nos sorprendieron regalandonos una botella de vino el último día. En cuanto a las habitaciones, nos sorprendió lo enormes que era, realmente es un piso, con un salón, dos habitaciones, un baño y hasta cocina. La cama de matrimonio, enorme (unos 3 metros) y cómoda. Y el baño está totalmente reformado como todo el piso. Su ubicación es otro de sus puntos fuertes, en la calle más bonita de esta localidad, epicentro de casas históricas y coloniales y desde donde se puede llegar andando a todos los puntos de interés de la ciudad así como restaurantes y bares. Si volvemos a Tenerife tenemos claro que volverá a ser nuestro hogar durante unos días.

• N6268ABjamest (4/5): Would not return - Booked and paid for 5* boutique hotel. Received email changed to luxury apartments, no refund offered. Arrived to find no restaurant open in hotel. Apartment very disappointing, no bathrobes, slippers, toiletries and bathroom needs refurbishment. Only one pillow which was like a rock, no city views looked at wall opposite. 3 coffee pods and then pay if you want more, no saccharine (diabetic). Only good thing was the receptionist, he went out of his way to find a restaurant and gave map to find it, also provided us with an excellent breakfast. Wouldn't give it 3*s.

• mikefA1705SL (10/5): A rare opportunity to experience genuine luxury - With only 4 suites, this is an unbelievable hotel where you are made to feel welcome for every minute of your stay. Our suite had 4 rooms, 2 lounge areas, a large bedroom and a mezzanine with 2 single beds. It felt like we were staying in a 17th century house in this historic quarter. Everything was spotless including a very well equipped kitchenette. Breakfast was a very personal experience with waiter service and eggs cooked to your liking. Parking is difficult as the streets are very narrow and many are pedestrianised.
• G9588FFjaned (10/5): Lovely Hotel - This is a very small personal Hotel with only 4 rooms. Each room is a suite of very high standard, beautifully designed, decorated and furnished for complete comfort. The place is immaculately clean and the staff are incredibly helpful, in fact nothing is too much bother. Breakfast is served in the restaurant which again is extremely good. Unfortunately the restaurant is independently run of an evening and is not of the same standard. We will definitely be returning.
