- laure (6/5): Pas a la hauteur du prix! - L'endroit est magnifique Les travaux pendant le séjour étaient gênants, la piscine intérieure chauffée a été vidée le jour où nous avions réservé un créneau et nous n'avons eu aucun geste commercial. Le site est très cher : le restaurant n'offre pas de plats traditionnels et est très cher.

Les animaux sont magnifiques, le zoo, l’écurie, la volière…le restaurant est beau et bon. La piscine est magnifique. Le buffet du matin est peu garni. Très peu de choix en plat salé, seulement deux.

- Adnane (8/5): Excellent food great resort need only to improve ac in the room and water access - I had a pleasant stay overall—the hotel is comfortable, the staff are friendly, and the facilities are well maintained. However, one aspect that could really be improved is access to drinking water. The hotel does not provide enough complimentary water in the rooms, and additional bottles are priced at around €5, which feels quite expensive. Considering how hot the area can get, especially for families with children, this becomes inconvenient. It would be a great improvement if the hotel could install water fountains or refill stations throughout the resort. This would make a big difference in guest comfort and overall experience. Overall, a good stay, but improving water accessibility would make it even better. The ac in the room difficult to adjust, not enough water for family with kids
- Claxton (10/5): Amazing hotel - recommend - Amazing to have the animals on site, my children absolutely loved it. Also the staff were so warm and welcoming, food was great, pool brilliant, accommodation too. The cutest on site dogs too and the bar area is lovely. It would’ve been nice to have a small shop on site as the accommodation is out of the town and a couple of times our kids just wanted a small snack (like a chocolate bar or crisps).

- Greet (2/5): - Vriendelijk personeel in het restaurant We boekten een suite voor twee nachten. De kamer was gelegen vlak naast constructie werken in het ressort waardoor heel veel lawaai als gevolg. We kregen een andere kleinere kamer aangeboden maar die was slechts enkele meters verder. In de avond was er zowel de eerste als de tweede avond van ons verblijf een privé event georganiseerd. Door oorverdovende muziek tot na middernacht hadden we amper nachtrust. De suites bevinden zich vlak bij de party plaats en vlak aan een doorgang waar gasten worden vervoerd met golfkarretjes. Het resort voelt helemaal niet als een luxe verblijf. Er is geen tot weinig rust. Niet overdag wegens constante constructie werken of luide muziek door de boxen in het restaurant en niet in de avond wegens privé evenementen. We deden een paar keer een melding van deze klacht maar het personeel ging vooral in verdediging. Hun argument was dat ze goeie inkomsten hadden met de privé evenementen en we daar begrip voor moesten hebben. Ook voor de constructie werken moesten we begrip hebben. We kregen een pot honing aangeboden als compensatie. Wat een grap deze plek.

Restaurant staff were very friendly, but disorganised. Table not available when booked. Wrong food tuning up. Long waits. Not clearing tables. Everything feels like it has an extra mark up. Pay extra for padel. Taxi booked through hotel was 40% more than booked through other option ( with better vehicle).

- Naoelle (5/5): - Le domaine en lui même est très magnifique. Les Lodges magnifique avec vu sur les animaux. Des girafes auraient été un plus. Le prix de la demi pension n’en vaut pas la peine trop cher pour le choix de la carte. Et le servir en restauration n’est pas encore tout à fait au point. Beaucoup d’erreurs, sur la commande, les desserts oubliés, l’oubli d’immunité gâteau d’anniversaire que nous avions commandé. Le gérante nous a fait un mini safari à l’intérieur pour s’excuser. Le remboursement du gâteau a été effectué. Mais aucun geste commercial compte tenu du prix que nous avions payé.

- Karim (10/5): Magnifique - Tout était nickel! Merci à Seddiq,les serveurs Hamza et Alioui à Ahmed et Youssra à la réception! Abdel le cavalier et son équipe Yassine et Youssef. La demoiselle à l’accueil du restaurant! Bouchra au Kids club, Kamal au quad, Mustapha le jardinier! Le caissier je n’ai pas retenu son prénom désolé, Aziz avec la voiture de golf! Tout était nickel, le cadre est magique l’environnement est époustouflant mais sans un personnel au petit soin n’importe quel établissement touristique est voué à l’échec donc merci à ce personnel formidable! Ah oui merci également au maître nageur et le chef du petit dej pour les omelettes excellente! Le fait de devoir partir 😅

- Ijja (10/5): - Le domaine est magnifique tant par la beauté des lieux. C est un havre de paix . Le parc animalier est très bien entretenu ainsi que tous les espaces verts. La nature est reine dans ce domaine. De plus le restaurant Massa est digne d un grand étoilé par la saveur de ces plats et desserts. Et oubliant pas les animations en soirée qui apportent une touche finale pendant le repas. Depuis que nous avons découvert le domaine limoune qui porte bien son nom lors de notre passage au maroc on y passe plusieurs jours. Un service et un personnel exceptionnel. Merciiiii

- Lorédana (7/5): Très reposant, magnifique domaine et piscine - Les jardins, la piscine et le zoo sont vraiment très luxuriant et reposants. Suite junior pas du tout insonorisée et communicante directement avec les voisins, que l’on entendait parler, marcher, prendre leur douche. Problème d’équipements dans la chambre, fixation de la douche qui n’est pas très bien fixée, eau chaude et froide inversée, autres petits détails malgré la modernité de la chambre. Restauration trop chère par rapport à la localisation et le pays, compliqué de déjeuner ou même de prendre un verre.

- olivia (10/5): Un séjour idyllique ! - C’était une vraie parenthèse de rêve , tout était parfait. Tout est sublime, chaque détail est pensé. Les odeurs sont sublimes, le personnel est d’une gentillesse, d’une bienveillance. Ils sont aux petits soins. Tout est propre, tout est nettoyé tous les jours, autant les chambres, que les espaces restaurant, bar, piscine et jardin. Je reviens l’année prochaine pour décompresser . Tout était parfait !

- SAFEAA (5/5): - The reception staff are completely unprofessional. On 30/08/2025 during check-in, the lady at the desk showed no professionalism or respect towards clients. On 31/08/2025 during check-out, the same unprofessional and careless attitude was repeated. This left me with a very negative impression of the hotel. Putting trainees or unqualified people at the reception desk is unacceptable. The reception is the first and last impression for guests, and this clearly shows that the management is either incompetent or simply does not care about its clients.

The room was slightly dimly lit, and the lighting in the bathroom was also malfunctioning. Additionally, the wall-mounted towel and mirror in the wall were not suitable due to the bungalow’s unique shape.

- Amal (9/5): Super séjour, un peu court mais les enfants ont adoré. On reviendra! - Le domaine dans sa globalité, que ce soit l’espace piscine ou l’espace zoo, parfait pour les enfants. Le domaine est très bien entretenu et le personnel est très attentionné, au petit soin et très agréable, souriant, de l’accueil au personnel d’entretien et du restaurant, en passant par les jardiniers, le personnel de piscine ou le peintre, sans oublier les voituriers. Le personnel de l’écurie était également très professionnel et attentionné avec les enfants. Le petit bémol est la partie restauration qui bien qu’elle soit de qualité, les tarifs sont néanmoins excessifs pour déjeuner et dîner, ou juste boire un verre surtout lorsque l’on est en famille; et dans ce secteur.

- Raja (10/5): - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Domaine Limoune ! Le personnel est vraiment sympathique et accueillant, le cadre est très reposant, parfait pour se détendre. Le bungalow avec vue sur le parc était top, très confortable. Nous avons aussi adoré l’activité quad, avec une petite surprise très appréciée en fin de parcours ! Petit point d’amélioration : le wifi. On comprend bien que le lieu invite à la déconnexion, ce qui est une belle idée, mais il reste important pour certains de pouvoir rester connectés pour gérer leur activité… afin de continuer à profiter de ce type d’établissement :)

Les enfants ont adoré le zoo 🐒🦚 et les balades à dos de chevaux – on se croyait en pleine Tanzanie avec ces paysages à couper le souffle 🐎🌍 Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour leur gentillesse, et spéciale dédicace à Youssra, la manager RP, toujours souriante, pro et aux petits soins 😄😘 On repart avec des souvenirs plein la tête… et l’envie de revenir très vite ! 💚 Ras

- Baderdine (10/5): Séjour incroyable et dépaysant - Domaine exceptionnel, tout était parfait ! Il est très bien entretenu, le cadre est magnifique dépaysement total. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Le personnel est très gentil et accueillant, toujours à l’écoute et trouve toujours des solutions à nos demandes, mention spéciale à baddredine et Yousra pour leur gentillesses et leurs disponibilités merci à eux qui ont rendu notre séjour exceptionnel. Superbe endroit je recommande vivement.
