The hotel is beautiful but was so modernized it lacked the historical coziness you’d expect from the look of the outside. Still wonderful!

- Andrew (6/5): - Do not stay in one of the three second floor rooms with a balcony. You will hear every movement from the guests in the room above. The lack of any carpeting and apparent poor insulation make the stay on the second floor near impossible due to the 3rd floor walking around noise. Otherwise, our room was very comfortable. The daily continental breakfast was adequate, while the food and drinks in the restaurant were above average.

Every staff i have encountered is nice and i love the beauty and history of the inn. Best place to stay ,deserves 10 stars

- Martha (8/5): Hotel 10, Room 5 - The restaurant, lobby, bar and newer common areas are beautiful. And while I really enjoy the quirkiness of the older parts of the hotel there were some things about the room that were annoying. The floors are very uneven. The lighting is very dark and you can't really open the blinds because the room is on a corner and there's no privacy. My room also smelled a bit like cigarettes. Not in an overpowering way, but it was definitely there. The shower has no door, so the water splashes all over the rest of the bathroom and has to be mopped up. The bathroom door wouldn't stay opened or closed so I had to have it continually hitting me in the rear any time I was at the sink. Walls are very thin. I could hear the person's alarm going off incessantly in the next room.

- Dan (8/5): - Amazing location, free parking (in a town where parking is VERY hard to come by), beautiful property with excellent restaurant. The biggest knocks were on the room itself. We were in a room on the historic side, so I think it may be different on the new one. Note to reader, this place is more a 4.5 star than a 4 star, but of course that's not an option. Despite the entire property being recently renovated, the bed itself was substandard - a very lumpy/well worn mattress made it hard to have a comfortable sleep. The choice of a very dim chandelier and reading lights made it hard to see anything beyond the immediate area. The shower was great but the hand sprayer was broken/clogged and shot out one side. The TV also wasn't set up properly so the viewing area was actually wasn't full screen on a relatively small unit for the room's length. None of these were deal breakers and we'd absolutely stay there again, but we'd want to try and be on the new side, as I suspect those beds and room issues are probably less pronounced.

- Mary (10/5): - The logan inn was the best hotel experience i have had. The place was quaint and quiet ,peaceful . It was very clean and smelled very good through out. It had a lot of history surrounding the revolutionary war ,and that is my favorite time period in history. I also want ti give a GIGANTIC shout out to monica and chris at the front desk. They both werevthe nicest front desks clerks i have encountered in my 50 years. Chris was very informative about the history of the hotel and very respecrful of the guests and polices. He was very personable . I love history and ghost and this inn has both and front desks clerks who make you feel at home and safe . I will most certainly stay here again. And please to the logan inn management ,know what great and wonderful employees you have in chris and monica at the front desk.

The facility is extremely clean as soon as you walk in you get the aroma of the woodburning fireplaces food and staff was great. Well definitely come back

- Bruce (8/5): Nice hotel and restaurant with thin walls - Nice hotel with a good restaurant. The restaurant was crowded and loud but the food was great. Jazz band at the bar was a plus! We stayed in the “historic” part of the hotel. The room was large and very nice - however the walls were very thin and we could hear “everything” going on in the room next to us.

You can hear people all night long with the bars that are located on the street . The hotel wasn’t great for hot water either in the few days we were there I was only able to take one actual hot shower . We heard others complaining at the front desk so we figured we didn’t need to also add on since the hotel was def aware . Another little thing to mention is since there is a full functioning restaurant and bar downstairs besides the noise and music the room constantly smells of food . Lastly , with all small hotels , you can hear EVERYTHING going on in the rooms next to you . Even going to the bathroom . Otherwise really pretty hotel and we loved New Hope !

- Verified traveler (4/5): - Sparks literally flew out of the wall where the wall light was when we turned it on and shut off all the electric in the room. We left for a couple of hours and they had the problem repaired. We were tired from traveling and it wasn't quite how we had hoped to spend our time. The second night, the street was being ripped up and repaired throughout the night, as the roads are small and too busy to do this during the day. It was noisy, like REALLY NOISY all night long, like 2:30 and three in the morning. Made it really hard to sleep. I feel that should have at least told us, as I am sure they were aware that would be happening. The people above us were also awake, as we could hear them roaming around in their room. We were going to complain in the morning, about the road noise, but there was no staff at the service desk. I am also sure they knew there would be complaints.

The bed linens were not comfortable because the sheet was right on top of a plastic mattress cover. There was no pad. It was hot and sticky. I also didn’t like having breakfast with people mopping and cleaning the area.

My only main issue was that there was no option for a tub or a shower chair and as a physically disabled woman 8 found it hard to get around the bathroom, plus their was no Elevator to get you to get guest rooms. While I am mobile it was difficult to get around.

- Jason (4/5): Logan Inn 2019-08-19 - PROS: A great location in the center of New Hope. Easy walking distance to everywhere in New Hope and Lambertville. CONS: The only employee that showed any interest in their job was the young man working in the parking lot. Everyone else was very detached. The lack of effort and interest by the woman at the front desk was especially notable. This hotel is old and tired. Our room had laminate wood floor that was buckling in front of the bed. The air conditioner was making a grinding noise that, when reported, the woman at the front desk tried to pass it off due to the age of the hotel. Nonetheless, it didn't get resolved. The room was damp feeling and the bathroom was musty smelling. Stain was found on the box spring. SUMMARY: We enjoyed the town of New Hope and Lambertville. Unfortunately, choosing this hotel was a mistake and we left a day early. The price of this hotel is just not justified for what you get.

HOWEVER the outside bar (a main attraction) is boarded up due to construction. They're making the hotel bigger. We weren't told. There is no info about it on the website and we were very disappointed. They had entertainment and it was extremely popular day and night. We really were lost without it. :( Put a bit of a damper on our stay.

- Beth (8/5): A good choice - Booked The Logan Inn from the road at the last minute. The location cannot be beat: central, yet quiet, with essential free parking. Check-in was very easy, with service that was friendly and hospitable. The Inn's public rooms are comfortable, stylish and inviting. We also enjoyed dinner in the restaurant. Good food, fairly priced, friendly and professional service. Our room was pretty and the bed was quite comfortable. I only wish the room had been a little larger and/or had some comfortable seating. There was no actual chair, only a stool tucked under a small writing "shelf," and a small bench next to the bed. There was no room for anything else.

We have been staying at Logan Inn every year for about 6 years and the food & service was terrible this passed weekend. I don’t mind paying extra money for quality food, but a $200 lunch was almost inedible. Lobster in the Royale & Chicken in the salad were both so over cooked and dry. We would have told someone if anyone had bothered to ask how everything was. Slow & unfriendly service. Maybe it was an off day but the food & service seems to have declined from what it used to be.

The only downside was a midnight awakening by the New Hope police due to the smell of gas in the building. Apparently a pilot light was out in the kitchen and we had to evacuate for a short period. With that said, I would return. Location is excellent.

- michael (8/5): Would stay here again... - This is a nice small boutique hotel. The rooms are spacious, bed is comfortable and the bathroom is nice size with a large shower. The only complaint is that it sits on a busy corner and the street and bar noise can be a bit noisy if you are a light sleeper. We enjoyed the free continental breakfast and also enjoyed eating at the hotel restaurant.
- john (8/5): A 1700's inn. - The hotel was nice, but the rooms were quite bare. The shower was GREAT!! The hotel is quite noisy, and you can hear the guests in other rooms talking. The wooden steps make quite a bit of noise when people use them.The bed was great, the atmosphere was great, and the noise was basically because its an almost 300 year old building.Overall enjoyed our stay. The town and surrounding area is beautiful, so much to do and see. Would come back again, and recomend it to others

Our room at the Logan was nice and cheery! The staff was very professional. I would highly recommend travelers stay at the Logan Inn. In addition to location and staff professionals, we also enjoyed the breakfast with tasty fruits and coffee with pastry!

They offered complimentary flavored water We didn't try the restaurant this time, but we will be back. The valet helped us when we had car trouble, which happened just as we arrived. The staff were very helpful with providing some guidance to local must-stops. Our room was small but comfortable and very attractive looking, as well as very clean. We enjoyed it, and the town, and will be back again.

The bed very comfortable and the bath spotless. Not my first time here nor my last. It is centrally located for area exploration including Lambertville and surrounding farm areas.
- Verified traveler (10/5): New Hope Hotel Stay - Not my first time here. Absolutely quaint and spotless. The location is central and easy to access. Very friendly and professional staff. I love the rooms for the comfort and decor, spacious and very clean! I stayed in a king bed room this time and found everything in order. The bath was spotless and neatly appointed. The room was uncluttered and stylish. Atmosphere is everything and this place has a level of comfort associated with it. I would recommend it to friends needing a night or two away in a town that has nice nightlife and shopping throughout.
- Janice (10/5): - Logan Inn is perfectly located for experiencing all New Hope has to offer. And it is a short walk over the bridge to Lambertville also.
- Kevin (10/5): Great place inthe center of historic downtown - The room was spacious and clean, the bed was a full size but comfortable. We had a corner room that overlooked the outdoor dining on one side and the street on the other, but it was very quiet at night. There was a continental breakfast included - just OK, not much there and no wait staff when we went down, which was a little late. I had to find someone to replenish the water and OJ jugs. But it's a pretty hotel, valet parking comes with it, outdoor seating with music on Sat. night and the location can't be beat. It was worth the rather high price just to be in the middle of everything.
- Debbie (10/5): Near everything - Beautiful room and very friendly staff. Inn is close to everything, shops, restaurants, walking paths and bridges. Can’t wait to stay here again.
- Jonathan (10/5): Great quaint hotel and town. Staff exceptional! - Lovely hotel. Wonderful and accommodating staff. I was on the Atkins diet and had pre-pared my food for my husband and I week long camping trip. They were so kind to heat up my food for me.
