- Lisa (4/5): Würde ich nicht nochmal machen. - Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt eher durchwachsen. Positiv hervorzuheben sind das freundliche Personal, das gute Frühstück sowie die Bar und der schöne Pool, auch wenn die Aussicht eher mittelmäßig war. Leider gab es einige deutliche Mängel. Das erste Zimmer war unsauber und hatte einen unangenehmen Geruch, weshalb wir ein anderes Zimmer bekommen haben. Dieses war zwar etwas ordentlicher, aber trotzdem nur mäßig sauber und teilweise sehr abgenutzt. Besonders das Bad mit Schimmel war enttäuschend. Auch der Zimmerservice hat beim Putzen keinen guten Eindruck hinterlassen. Zusätzlich gab es technische und organisatorische Probleme: Die Beleuchtung im Zimmer funktionierte teilweise nicht, die Zimmertüren schlossen oft nicht richtig und nach dem Putzen stand die Tür mehrfach sogar offen. Außerdem fahren die Aufzüge nachts nicht, was ebenfalls unpraktisch ist. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt okay, allerdings besteht beim Thema Sauberkeit und Instandhaltung definitiv Verbesserungsbedarf.“ Zusätzlich sehr enttäuschend war die Tatsache, dass man uns für den Abreisetag eine Frühstücksbox to Go angeboten hat (checkout um 4 Uhr morgens) und diese dann doch nicht da war und wir extra gewartet haben.

Está vez puedo decir que he dormido igual de bien que en mi casa y hemos descansado muy bien . Aparté de todo hay que destacar el muy buen trato del personal y los detalles que tienen con los huéspedes la piscina ha sido un relajante baño después de tantas horas de caminar visitando. - SM Masfick (3/5): - Room was clean. The location was good. One of the staff (probably manager) she was really nice. The sink was blocked, and the water drained very slowly. The thermostat was broken and wouldn’t change the room temperature. It was cold in Lisbon. I set the temperature to 25 degrees, but the air conditioning wouldn’t work, and the temperature stayed around 21 degrees.
- PYETHON (9/5): Good value 4 star hotel - Roof bathing pool, gym, 2 lifts, table service for drinks at breakfast, bar open all day, balcony, satellite tv in room and bar, very clean. One toilet cover in reception was cracked. I reported this but on checking the next day it was still the same. Also the cubicle wasn't sealed off. Some noise from aircraft landing.
- Jonas (7/5): Raucherzimmer für Nichtraucher. - Lage war gut und verhältnismäßig ruhig. (b.geschlossenem Fenster) Kleines, niedliches Fitnessstudio sowie eine schöne Dachterrasse. Entgegen anderer Bewertungen können wir ein Frühstück mit zwei Sorten Käse (einfachster Aufschnitt und Camembert-Stücke) nicht als sehr gut beschreiben. Es ist solide bis gut. Wir hatten das Zimmer 105. Als Nichtraucher sind wir uns sicher, dass zuvor Rauchende das Zimmer bewohnt haben. Mach jeder Rückkehr in das Zimmer sprang uns die kalte Raucherluft entgegen. Das ist ein ganz klares no-go und hätte zuvor kommuniziert werden müssen. Wenn Sie meinen, dass dies der übliche Duft/die übliche Luftqualität ist, dann hat das Haus ganz andere Herausforderungen.

- PhilJ984 (8/5): Lisboa City trip - Very friendly staff, clean room, great heated rooftop pool. The restaurant meal deal for €50 was excellent value for money, great choices and well cooked. We stayed 3 nights, and the hotel is located at the top of Lisbon, about 20 minutes walk to Praco do Commercial, although there are buses and taxis. A tuk tuk tour is expensive, which we didn’t do, but the Metro is very easy to use and was only €8 all day. If you buy a Lisboa card, even better value for money. The City bus tour was a disappointment, mainly because 3 of the attractions on the route we chose, were closed for maintenance.

La qualité de la chambre et équipements L’insonorisation mauvaise, nous avons entendu tard le soir une réception juste à côté de notre chambre, et nous entendons tout les départs d’avion malgré l’épaisseur de la fenêtre. Un peu déçue du petit déjeuner qui manque de proposition en termes de sucré… (chocolat?) Il n’y avait pas de the dans la chambre, on peut se faire un café mais pas de the… dommage

Roof-top Pool and bar service to the pool. No signs about food allergens at breakfast buffet. Personal was friendly and helpful when asked asked about it. Yet, I felt the seriousness was not completely understood and the information handled accordingly (e.g. coming back with more food that might be unsafe to eat after initial question and already taking stuff from the buffet). Would recommend others with food allergens to be vigilant and stick to food they know is safe for them. There is plenty of stuff available.

Неприємно було …Фрукти були вже не першої свіжості . Чистота в номері бажала кращого … Клімат контроль не працював в номері і було дуже душно +25.. датчик показував що термостат працює але він просто був повітрям а не робив його прохолоднішим … єдиним плюсом стала тільки праска в номері що можна було привести речі в порядок . Номер виходив на проїжджу частину . На балконі були інші двері у відкритому доступі з трубами в стіні і дірою до самого низу що є частиною ремонту і це не до пустимо для готеля який позіціонує саме 4-х зірковим . Нам надали цей номер знаючи що є півторічна дитина . Тож як би ми вчасно не звернули на це увагу то була би не причина ситуація . Нажаль балконом ми не користувалися. А змінити номер на інший вже не було бажання і сил . На підвіконні були мертві мухи а у ванній волосся на стінах душу. Бажання йти в басейн чи в джакузі вже не було після такого розчарування…
- Vitaly (8/5): Great location and very friendly personnel. - Clean rooms, friendly staff, amazing breakfast, great location with just few minutes walk to central avenue of Lisbon. Great value for money. SPA area on top was a bit dirty, whirlpool was half off bubbles.
