• diditan2018 (10/5): Excellent hotel - The location is for me very good. Near to public transportation: MRT and the boat to the Mall. The Studio I had was very spacious and above all it was silent (no noise from outside nor from your neighbors) and clean. The ladies at the lobby were very polite and helpful.

Wifi okay hot water okay tv signal is good many choices of channel to enjoy. Last but not least the morning the electricity cut off around half hour and idk what’s happening

Staff are very friendly and nice and so accommodating. They have good parking spaces too. Very affordable hotel. We had a wonderful and comfortable stay.

• artsypo (8/5): Budget Friendly and Convenient - Located just 2.2 km from Rajamangala Stadium this residence is perfect for concert go-ers. Stayed here for 3 nights and the place was just nice as advertised in travel media platforms. It is pretty reachable by walk and easy to find local taxis and motor taxi as well. Room is clean and quite spacious, smells really good, to be specific the bed sheet is super nice. The only mishaps we had maybe only that the room not made up unless we request or we are in the room while the housekeeper is cleaning, maybe that is for safety reason as well and to be honest not quite a big deal. Another thing maybe from the bathroom side, since there was no shower curtain in my room therefore our bathroom never dry after shower. Other than that it was pretty much comfortable stay, especially if you planned to go around the city or concert during the day and comeback to take a rest. In the ground floor you can find convenience store like 7/11 that basically sells everything so it was really convenience especially when you need to munch something as a midnight snack. Definitely worth every penny you spend!

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Overall it was a good stay, and nice breakfast. Two downsides tho, the nearest public transportation is just the boat, else you need to either walk or take grab/taxi, and the shower water pressure is too low.

The location is far from the tourist areas of the city and, since traffic is bad, one spends a lot of time traveling. The included breakfast was barely adequate, the fried eggs provided were always cold.

• Mrs_Buffy (2/5): Worst experience ever - Recently stayed at this hotel for a week. Booked for me by the host company receiving us, so not my choice otherwise I would have left after one night. This hotel has two buildings, the photos and descriptions showing in TA here and their website are for the expensive block. It looks nothing like the rooms I stayed at, which is in the cheaper block, so beware of that. The room :- arrived late on first night, the first thing greeted us in the room is a spider. Five minutes later a cockroach, and then an hour later found another cockroach! Because it's so late already, decide to sleep with the lights on and hope the roaches will hide. The subsequent nights we come back and found more cockroaches in our room! Because of nature of this trip we had to get up very early and return very late, just too tired and no time to even ask for a room change. One the fourth day, finally had some free time in the morning so asked the reception for room change, not sure if it's communication problem or they are just reluctant to give me another room, so I got stuck with that room. I decided to take matter into my own hands! Bought a can of roaches repellent from 7-11 across the street and spray around the room myself. Finally no more roaches for the last four nights of my stay! The room itself is dirty, stained and rusty sink and shower, broken clothes hangers, clogged drainage, dead flies on the window for the whole week, etc. The staff - you will hear the staff using walkie talkie communicating right outside the corridor and making all sort of noise as early as 7:30am! Btw very bad sound proofing, you hear everything next door and in the corridor, you won't be able to sleep in anyway! Reception staff, polite but minimal English communication skills. Their breakfast room staff is the worst. I accidentally broken a tea cup, immediately got some unfriendly stare from the staff. While one of them come to clean up the broken glasses, another grouchy one come up to me with a clipboard and ask me my room number. That night when I return and ask for my room key, they ask me to pay 200baht for the broken cup! I had accidents in restaurants and hotels before but had never ever in my life got charged for it. They are actually making profit charging for broken items! If you have a choice, stay somewhere else!

• Layla (6/5): Decent and simple hotel. - It was a decent short stay. Room was spacious and clean. Shower works well. Breakfast not fantastic but acceptable. Good place for simple non-fussy travellers. Wifi not too bad but still not too fast.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Basic rooms with great value - I spent 3 nights in this hotel with my partner for our 4 days stay in Bangkok. The exterior of the hotel looks new and modern, and their staffs were friendly too. Decent service from the staff (most of the staff members are able to converse in basic English) and great security. Hotel rooms were not very spacious but pretty clean. (Except for the bathroom, the overall hygiene and cleanliness could be better) There's a 7-Eleven located right opposite the hotel lobby, and a row of local restaurants within the area. For the kind of price, we couldn't have asked for anything more. Overall it was a great experience. The downside: Although the hotel provides free wifi, the connection wasn't too good. The room service wasn't great as you have to personally request the staff to clean your room. You are required to drop your keys in the concierge. The location isn't strategic as it's located far from the city centre, public transportation and accessibility might be a problem.

Must order breakfast!! Everybody were friendly. Not so central, but busstop is about 800m and taxi to center is 130-150bahts. Totally recommend and see you guys next time! Thanks!
• Otot (6/5): Nice studio but far from attractions - We booked one night in a studio that was nice but bathrooms are of a 2 star standard. The real problem was the staff that doesn't speak a word of english when we arrived. Next day we wanted to extend but they offered us another room which was far below standard and more expensive, so we checked out. One of the morning staff was helpful and spoke a little English. But in general you get no help if u need any information. On the night we arrived we tried to find a restaurant to eat but the only available was a local one who insisted on giving us a menu with no prices and he said he would tell us the price verbally so we left. I can't recommend it for tourists who want to be close to main attractions. The studios once again are nice if u don't mind the location and don't need help from the staff.

• 1uv2trav31 (6/5): Very cheap, basic rooms great value - Rooms were basic good value for money. You have a television with some englsih channels, a wardrobe with 2 coat hangers, very hard bed but I'm ok with that and decent shower/bath area. You have to almost ask room service to clean your room otherwise if you leave and come back without dropping your key off it won't be done. Also if you are in the room all day but you don't phone reception to clean your room they won't do it. Seemed to be nicer every time I extended my stay and gave them more $ however I did have an accident and got a small amount of blood on the bed sheets which i was charged 530baht for!!!!!!!!! Never heard of a hotel doing this, they said for "cleaning" I could of cleaned it myself for less then that lol Apart from that no complaints rooms are basic but very cheap and not too bad service. I would stay again I would just clean any bed stains because they will charge you for them
