- Marcia (7/5): Decent no frills motel in Pullman - Clean and appreciated the parking at door level Not many amenities in room. Shampoo and conditioner and soap only. No lotion, shower cap or body wash.
- frank (8/5): A favorite place to stay. - Nice place to stay at a reasonable rate for a normal visit. Easy access and comfortable. No breakfast except for special events. Not a deal breaker, but they need to be more up front about it. Bookings.com needs to update their listing to reflect the fact.
- Jeanne (6/5): Good customer service, nice beds, older motel - Affordable, kind service, proximity to Washington State University Thin walls, older
- Kevin (10/5): The best motel we've ever stayed at... - The staff, the comfort of the bed, location, and value we're all exceptional. Best Motel we have ever stayed out, hands down. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive.. The comfort of the bed and pillows, felt like home. A+
- Ruth (9/5): - This hotel is in a good location within a short walking distance to the downtown area. And the pillows were excellent.
- Aubrey (8/5): -
- Naber (8/5): - Proximity
- Allen (9/5): The hotel was clean, spacious, short walking distance to town and friendly service. - The bed was Clean as well as spacious and was in modern colors. The room was spacious as well with a table, side table and a comfortable chair. In the bathroom was a bathtub-shower combination. The cooking top was in the corner which when one used the cooktop, one had to lean over the side to be able to use it. Some floorboards squid when we walked on them and around the room, which was noises. Therefore, we tried to avoid the creaking boards so that we did not disturb the other guests at night.

We slept very soundly, found the location convenient for visiting nearby universities, and appreciated the friendly staff. We'd strongly recommend this motel for anyone visiting Pullman or Moscow.
- Faustina (10/5): Perfecta - Excelente ubicacion. muy céntrico.
- David (10/5): This is not a five star hotel. But for what it is, this place is absolutely wonderful. Front desk staff was so friendly. - Super friendly staff. Office closing at 8:30.
- Andrew (9/5): - This was my second time staying here. The customer service is 5-star. The room cleanliness is 5-star. The value for price is 5-star.
- Olga (10/5): Friendly staff and an overall fantastic stay - The staff were extremely friendly and professional. I had a room on the top floor and it was amazing, with beautiful views of Pullman, WSU, and the sunsets. I will definitely stay here again.
- Roth (8/5): - No frills; comfy and clean and enjoyed the staff.
- Richard (8/5): Will be back again - This is a very comfortable room at a great price Hard to control the room temperature.

- Matthew (10/5): Easy check-in / check-out. Friendly desk person, very comfortable bed, clean room - Easy check-in / check-out. Friendly desk person, very comfortable bed, clean room.
- Shari (9/5): Great visit with college student. - clean room. Met our needs. Close to stores. Allowed us a late check in. it was wine. no breakfast, but I get it. worth the $
- Willie (6/5): Quant hotel for the value - The parking was great. The room size was nice. The bath tub was very old and the shower faucet was hard to engage. The room didn’t have a clothes iron or ironing board.
- Virden (10/5): -
- Mario (9/5): - Clean
- levora (8/5): Go cougs - Location
- Troy (9/5): -
- John (7/5): Good location for a basic motel. - Cougar Land motel is fine. It is a basic motel that delivers everything you need. Nothing fancy. The walls are a little thin and I could hear the TV on in the adjoining room.
- Paul (10/5): Older motel within walking distance of downtown that's well maintained and clean. - Location is walking distance to downtown. An older motel, but it has been well maintained. Room was clean. As an older motel, I did find some difficulty in plugging in electronic devices (laptop and phone). I had to unplug a lamp in order to use its socket for my laptop.
- David (7/5): Quaint little motel with friendly people and a nice breakfast, but parking is a problem on weekends. - The rooms are nicely appointed and clean. The staff is friendly, but the front desk closes at 8:30 pm. If you will be late make sure to call and make arrangements. Motel is conveniently located in downtown Pullman, not far from the football stadium. They serve a nice breakfast. They gouge visitors on football weekends, with room charges going from about $90/night to over $250/night. Also, the parking is very limited and trying to find a spot in their lot after a football game is impossible. Even the alley was stacked with cars, finally had to drive out and park on the street.
- Taunia (9/5): For an inexpensive stay then this is a great spot. - I liked that the bed was comfy and the room was clean. The heating/AC. I was either freezing or too hot.
- Jennifer (8/5): Good stay for short visit - Great for just a basic need for sleep. Nothing fancy but that’s all we needed was a place to lie down for the night. Just a little dated but that’s it. Oh and the bathroom door (rm 115) doesn’t shut very easily
- Jessica (8/5): -
- William (10/5): Absolutely perfect - Close to the main drag with great pubs Zero
- Kevin (10/5): - The person at the office during check in was very nice and helpful.
- Amy (5/5): Some good some bad - I was grateful for the gentlemen who greeted me apon arrival I guess the office closed at 830 and I didn’t know it and the texts he sent went unread till I was in my room. He was very pleasant and he got me right in. Sorry I was 15 minutes late The attendant that came and knocked on my door 20 minutes to 11 to tell me check out was at 11 like it was after 11 and it wasn’t don’t be so pushy guys.
- Scott (8/5): - Good beds. Clean. Walk to Main Street and good food and drink.
- Kathie (10/5): - Rooms was very clean and beds were comfortable. Good location. Within walking distance to many businesses.
- Jayne (8/5): - Nice area for restaurants & shopping. Clean room. Convenient.
Comfy, spacious room
- Cathey (6/5): - Parking spaces very small - not EZ accessible
- Mauri (6/5): - One travel site said they had continental breakfast. Fine print ... only on football and holiday weekends! We checked out other hotels during our stay there. Found better rooms, better prices & better everything. We won't be staying here again.
- Wyatt (8/5): - Amazing stay for the price, front desk staff are friendly and quite human. Soft beds, decent TV, and AC work perfectly. Shower pressure is like rain, but hey, if anywhere it HAS to lack anywhere, shower pressure being my only complaint is quite stellar!
- James (8/5): -
- Philip (10/5): - The location was 👍 N/A
- Jay (8/5): Good value and location! - Good value and downtown location. The rooms are a bit lacking on lighting but serviceable.
- Darla (8/5): - Parking area felt very safe, staff were really nice. We were told we couldn't have the room we wanted because all their housekeeping had quit and the ground floor rooms weren't clean. The room is comfortable but also growth in terms of mold growing under caulk in the bathroom, crumbling bits of wallboard, just little bits of Decay here and there.
- Shane (10/5): - Great stay
- Lorraine (10/5): - The staff is great.
- Jeremy (8/5): - The staff was amazing and friendly. Have stayed here before for its close proximity to campus, easy walk to downtown shops and dining, and affordability. Will stay here again.
- Heather (10/5): -
- Eric (6/5): - Work in process! Rooms good, food average, good parking.
- Willow (8/5): Good price for a clean room. - Close proximity to everywhere we wanted to go. Nothing
- Paul (10/5): - Great price, clean, quiet, friendly staff.
- Katie (10/5): Clean and convenient! - Very clean! A 2 minute walk to several restaurants, cafes, pizza, and the cute Pullman downtown. Everything on campus is within 20 minute walk. Easy quick check-in. Room has a fridge, blow dryer, tv, microwave. There is an ice machine. Good blackout curtains for sleeping. Felt very safe. The gal who checked us in was super nice. Key pad room entry so we didn’t have to deal with any hotel keys. Parked right in front of the room. This will be my go-to place when visiting Pullman/WSU.
- Carrie (8/5): - Staff is 5-stars and location to WSU is 5-stars as you can simply park and walk, but this motel appears more like something of an hourly-rate, but because it’s in Pullman, and for $1k on a game-day weekend, it’s considered “fantastic”. You have to lower all expectations as it seems seedy, run-down lacking basics (such as a desk) and the decor and how they arrange the room is super odd (can’t see the tv from the bed unless you move furniture, as an example), but the sheets are from Costco and that part was great! The shower had hot water. The toilet paper was ROUGH (paper thin, sandpaper type), so next time I’ll bring my own roll of Charmin. The slit in the front door reminded me of someone trying to kick the door down at one point, there’s no peephole to see who is at the door, and the hanging red-lamp at the front/only window reminded me of the Red Light District in Amsterdam. Odd. There’s a built-in pool, but it’s not operating/open, which would be a BONUS if they fixed that as the summer-weather in Pullman in September was amazing. We were visiting our daughter, so we were looking for a great location and bed/shower, and this motel was perfect. They offer basic breakfast on weekend mornings, not weekday, so that’s sweet. But walking everywhere from this motel was beyond perfect!
- Andrea (10/5): - Central lication
- Asher (4/5): A place to stay & sleep at for cheap - I liked the parking The bed reeked of cologne, and the bedsheets were very itchy and uncomfortable. The tv in the room had channels but just wasn’t nice.
- g zAnand (10/5): - Spacious and well appointed room. Location was good - is walking to downtown and university campus.
- Berenice (10/5): - Employees are amazing always so friendly. They were amazing in doing a later check in, great experience will be staying here again. Totally recommend
- Jilyan (8/5): - The parking lot is tiny, but it is a decent place to stay
- Richard (10/5): 1st time at cougar land - I really like this motel. For the price can’t be beat and management is very attentive to your needs.
See ya tonight
- Danielle (8/5): - Property was in a great location to walk around Pullman. On special occasion weekends or game weekends they also serve breakfast which was a nice surprise. Rooms are clean and basic. Exterior or property could use updating.
- Lori (10/5): - This is an affordable motel and was what I expected.Bathrooms need remodeling, but again, the price was low per night compared to the area. The air conditioner and bathroom fan was very loud. Staff was great.
- Lorraine (8/5): - The staff is 😃
- Leticia (10/5): -
- Leticia (10/5): -
- Jennifer (8/5): Football weekend - Great place to stay for a game.
- Roberto (10/5): -
- Doris Felipe (10/5): - Clean and comfortable
- Clemens (10/5): - Very nice place to stay I wasn't there long enough to find anything I didn't like
- Michael (9/5): It was good. I stayed there prior - convenient lower level beings my traveling partner is suppering from COPD it was a little tight in the rooms. I would like a bigger freezer space. The air conditioning was right next to the bed.
- Julie (10/5): -
- Mandee (10/5): - What a great place! I am pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and up to date facility!
- camille (9/5): -
- Jordan (10/5): -
- Karla (10/5): - The staff was amazing during our stay!! Everything was at walking distance and near the university will definitely stay here again!!
- Lawson (10/5): - Staff were very friendly and check-in and out were easy. Loved how close this place is to the downtown area with many food options.
- Lisa (8/5): - Solid place to stay when in Pullman. Easy to access, clean and friendly staff.
- Michael (10/5): Clean - Staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Room was older, but well maintained. Bed very comfortable but pillows were a bit soft for my liking. Coffee, fruit, pastry, yogurt, milk, and fruit juice were available during the morning in the lobby of the motel.
- Michael (10/5): -
- Chloe (8/5): - Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Room layout great. Very enjoyable space. The bedspread was visibly dirty when drawn back. The beding was very dated and not comfortable to sleep under. Needs updated bedding.
- ELLI (10/5): - Nice and quiet place..
- Tiffany (8/5): Short and sweet. Clean room with an area to cook and all the stuff you need. -
- Tiffany (7/5): - Very friendly and helpful staff. Room had a slight smell to it, but property is older so that is to be expected. Great value, and the front desk was very friendly and helpful! Would stay there again!
- Quintin (10/5): - Thank you!
- Garrett (8/5): - The bathroom fan was so loud, room 113, but otherwise everything was good.
- Nicole (8/5): - Stayed for 2 nights while dropping daughter off to school. It was a decent and the staff were very friendly. Walking distance to downtown with a wide selection of restaurants. I would definitely recommend.

- Carrie (10/5): - It was great
- Maria (8/5): - Staff was friendly and the room was very clean.
- Mikael (10/5): - This is the nicest motel I have stayed in. I loved this place!
- Amanda (10/5): - Great place, especially for the price. Generous sized room, surprisingly comfortable beds, and the beds have plenty of pillows. Central location within walking distance of several great coffee shops and the WSU campus. Staff was super nice. Not at all your traditional college town motel. Would definitely stay here again.
- Aaron (10/5): - No fuss, no nonsense, solid basics. Very happy with this option.
