• Reginald (1/5): - Nothing was good. I got sick, It was dirty. Roaches, rusty bathroom, appliances, air conditioner was broken, refrigerator broke spoiling my food. Oh and you will be stating on the brown building not the new blue one.
• Dominique (10/5): - Bery clean and quiet. I was skeptical at first, but was pleasantly surprised. I will definitely come back.
• Eugene (10/5): - The manager gave great service and prompt responses. She also displayed genuine concerned for my needs whenever I requested anything. She also was straightforward and honest. I will definitely return.
• Melvin (4/5): - Only thing I’m mad about was the wrong location they set when you click on the map and the lack of hospitality not ensuring a hot running water. I complained and maintenance was sent and still didn’t fix the water. I just stopped complaining and decided to just finish my trip. Shame cuz the complex is nice

• Steven (8/5): - It was very clean and had the amenities that one would need to be comfortable. Property Manager was awesome. The area was good. My only recommendation would be to have a light quilt for the bedroom. It gets nice and cold at night with the AC on. Only had a flat sheet. Other then that it was a very awesome stay. Definitely going back!!
• Reginald (1/5): Bad - Nothing The customer service was terrible. Upon arrival my a/c didnt work. It took 4 days to properly fix it. At one point i had no running water. When the air was being repaired they had the audacity to show the condo while i was in it on my time!! Anyone can see that this type of service and incidents should warrant a full refund. The property refused my refund and offered a late checkout!!!!! I contacted booking.com several times and sent complaints and pictures. They told me to speak with the property, because the property refused my refund. I stated... i booked through you. What's the purpose of customer service if there is none. The agent said use the pay now feature to pay booking.com and not the rental property. How was i suppose to know this. Booking.com has lost a patron!!!

• Simone (10/5): Affordable Stay - We have discovered that this place is located near Sea Horse Ranch, by far the best and most real estate between Cabarete and Sosúa. Secluded and peaceful at night and direct ocean views. We recommend having dinner on the roof top deck or simply hop in the jacuzzi or lounge in a beach chair for some sunshine. There is a new sister building that gives the area the feel of a city near the ocean. Prices are reasonable for the amenities and location.
• Jean (10/5): Memorable Stay - This is a true gem in Cabarate but closer to Sosua. The place has an enviable deck overlooking the Ocean equipped with a Jacuzzi and plenty of beach furniture. It was a pleasant surprise because the photos do not indicate that. Highly recommend this place. By the way, it has 2 pools and a restaurant on the premises. Ocean views are throughout the unit inside and outside on the balcony. It looks like there is a brand new building looking quite attractive day and night with the lights.
