Gabriela (10/5): - We stayed here last weekend and I honestly can’t recommend it enough. The place was SPOTLESS — seriously, one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed at. Cleanliness is always my biggest concern when booking a new place, and this one totally exceeded my expectations. The room and bathroom were both super spacious and comfortable. I also loved the little kitchenette setup — a fridge, sink, and space to prep or warm up something quick. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and the bathroom was just as clean and fresh as the rest of the room. Another thing I LOVED: no traditional check-in or check-out process! They called me beforehand and gave me super clear instructions on how to get in. We arrived late at night and the office was already closed, so this was a lifesaver. And when it was time to leave, they simply left our receipt at the door — no hassle, no lines, no stress. This made the whole experience so smooth and easy. To top it off, they had a folder in the room with local recommendations for restaurants, cafes, beaches, and things to do — so thoughtful and personal. Such a beautiful, peaceful, and well-kept place. Thank you so much Addys Villas for having us! We’d definitely come back!

Room was impeccably clean, all the amenities we needed, and such a convenient location. It was chilly so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool, but the staff was personable, attentive and kind. Verified traveler (6/5): 10/10 I Do Not Recommend This Place - I was not happy with the service at Addys Villas at all. I booked online, a villa in which the description of the villa said it included a queeen bed, two twin beds and a pull out couch. There was only one tv in the entire villa which was located in the living room. Upon trying to open the pull out couch, we discovered a lock on the couch. Super weird. I asked the front desk and they told me they dont unlock the couch for parties less than 6 people. When booking the villa, it didnt say anything about the amount of guests needed to unlock the damn pull out couch. I specifically rented that villa for the amount of sleeping arrangements i was looking for only to be told they wouldnt unlock the couch for less than 6 people. Never in my life have i seen a place put a padlock on a pullout couch. I showed the man at the desk my booking description which included the couch and he literally told me that wasnt his problem and then charged me another $90 because my kids were with me and apparently i only listed two adults when i booked online. Yet again, i booked an entire villa which was a two bedroom, two twin beds, queen bed and pull out couch. He decided to charge me $90 more dollars because apparently they charge per person and not per room/villa. I will never stay there again and i dont recommended this place to anyone. Your money will be better spent elsewhere with all the accommodations you pay for with out getting sassed and over charged by the staff. Never again.

Verified traveler (10/5): Comfortable Accommodations - Addy's Villas is a small facility located on US 41. It is set back from the road. The location is convenient to the beautiful Nokomis Beach. The property, however is sandwiched between a large car dealership and gas station but the does not detract from the charming appeal. The actual villa has a full six=zed kitchen and sitting area. The management is attentive and well organized. I have stayed here several times, will return and highly recommend.

Very clean, kitchen items all personally wrapped, and all things included to keep place neat during stay. Save money in eating in as Publix and Aldi are only a block away. Great grassy area and plenty of safe space for kids to run out their energy. 2bd cottage also included washer/dryer and private garage. Will definitely return and stay longer.

Jeff (10/5): Beyond Excellent 11.0 - Chuck and Mike were the most excellent hosts! They have done so much to make the villas beyond excellent!! The only drawback was construction in and around the villas. To the south there is construction for a new FORD dealership going on with the beep beep and rumble of heavy equipment. They also had reroofing going on from Hurricane Ian, so the constant Pop pop pop of the roof nailer was annoying. That is the other downside to staying there for me.

Christin (10/5): - Very clean and quiet rooms, well manicured property. The two bedroom villa had enough space for the four of us. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs.

Tiffany (10/5): - The property was so well manicured, and even though its off a busy road, it still felt so quiet and quaint. Our cottage was so warm and welcoming, and it was SO clean! There are so many different beaches and activities all super close to the villa. Our family had such a wonderful time staying there! 10/10 would definitely recommend!!!

We usually stay @ Marriott or Hilton brand properties, the cleaniness @ Addys Villas has those guys beat by a long shot! The welcoming attitude and professionalism of Chuck and Micheal was the best! Alan (10/5): Excellent stay! - Very nice place! Very spacious and felt like home. Glasses and plates wrapped in plastic so you know they are clean. We would absolutely be back! Owners are friendly! Only issues were at check in where someone was there but the office door was locked. Eventually we knocked and someone checked us in. Also some mold in the bathroom.
Ravanna (10/5): - It was spic and span. I felt so safe there. The best door lock system I have seen anywhere! No keys nor card needed. Actual grab bars in the shower. So many thoughtful touches for the guests. The pool was nice. And actually heated by more than the sun. It is near Bay Point Church. Which is a super beautiful church from the 1700's. Also in the backyard of Addy's is a gorgeous big tree. There is plenty of room to roam about without leaving the property.

jason (10/5): - I will definitely be back! The owners are great and on site. This was the cleanest room I have ever stayed in, and newly remodeled well. Tons of towels, basically a full kitchen (-oven). More like an furnished efficiency at a motel room price. Still walkable to the beach, but more convenient for stores and local travel, less than 5 minute drive to anything you need.

Raquel (10/5): Great Place to stay with the family!! - Great Hotel!! We really enjoyed our stay at Addy’s Villas. The unit we stayed in was very clean and well maintained. The only thing that we wish were improved was the Laundry Room hours. The fact that the Laundry room was open only from 9am to 7pm made things a little complicated since we were out the whole day enjoying the beaches and wanted to be able to do laundry when we arrived back at the hotel. Another fact that made it a little harder was that they only have one Dryer and one Washer. I think that if the Laundry hours were updated at least in the summer which gets dark way past 7pm would be a great help for people who stay out enjoying the beach until sunset and want to be able to do Laundry when getting back at the hotel.
Melissa (10/5): Absolutely wonderful! - Our experience was amazing. I couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. The owners are great and provided everything we could possibly need. Very clean, free WiFi, full kitchen, toiletries, utensils/cookware etc. and more provided. The villa was very clean. Laundry and saltwater pool on site. The beds and all other furniture are very comfortable. I will never stay anywhere else when I visit the Nokomis/Siesta Key area. Nokomis beach is less than 5 minutes away and Siesta Key is approximately 12 minutes away. Addy’s Villas is absolutely fabulous
Roberta (10/5): A great find! - This trip was for a family wedding in Nokomis. Addy's villa was centrally located to the church and venue. The place was better than I hoped for, clean, private, quiet, comfortable beds and furniture. The pool was clean and only a few steps from the house. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.
