Friendly helpful courteous frnatdrsk and staff hassle-free ch in and ch out warm wel come with traditional juice. Specially i would like to mention that breakfast is worst the spread is not suitable for a butic property. Nothing found better which appetite will eager to eat the cost cutting break fast.

- jeet (1/5): It's not worth it. - Look like they are scammers, it's not worth it to stay hotel ketan. 2hours no electricity and staff is rude and they provided breakfast according to the clients. I didn't like anything. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. They charge a lot but facilities is average.

- Ajay (8/5): Nice clean place - Excellent location. The staff are very helpful. The hotel itself is generally very clean. Thanks to Vaibhav who tried his best to help when we put in some requests. Wifi is terrible (and restricted to a few devices only) and this is surprising in a city like Pune. Upon check in, it takes 15-20 mins to gain access. After that, one needs to keep logging in to keep your WiFi connection active. For many of us who do remote working, this is a nightmare.

The free breakfast was very filling and fun to try local dishes. The room was spacious and clean and had everything I needed. The staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful. They were able to arrange a car from the airport upon request.

Ordering was not feasible because I was warned it would take very long for food.

Cleanliness is something which is not compromised. Sometimes the cab will take you from back side of the hotel and that may confuse you, better to get down at main road near Vaishali and walk 1 min to the hotel.

At the day of leaving, we asked reception to order us a taxi and not a uber to the airport because we had to leave at 3 o clock in the morning. They asked us to pay in advance (1200 rupees) what we did. In the morning a car drove us to the airport and it turnes out that they ordered us an OLA Taxi and the driver asked us to pay 344 rupees cash. When we told that we already paid at the hotel he called them and they didn‘t want to pay him. This whole experience spoiled the nice stay we had.

He literally saved me from getting stuck at the airport and made sure I have everything I need during my stay. The hotel itself is super nice, clean, cosy and warm. The room was spacious, bright, great view, sparkling clean, has all the items you will need for your stay. I also enjoyed the breakfast they have there in their beautiful backyard. The location is great and the area is one of the best in Pune. Very grateful for Mr. Vaibhav for all his help and kindness!

Indian hospitality - they will take care of a lot of things for you and give you water bottles whenever you leave. There was a bit of confusion about the laundry, but it was resolved. Great location on FC Road. A bit inside from the hectic main road. Confusing Uber map location. Go towards Vaishali Restaurant, but turn left into the lane before Momo’s, near all the clothing shops. Walk to restaurants. Get rickshaws in front of Fergusson College.
