grace (8/5): Nice and location is good. - Location and Service Overall, my stay was good, but I’d like to share a few things that could be improved. The Wi-Fi vouchers didn’t work inside the rooms, and we had to stay in the lobby to access the internet. Also, the construction at the back of the building was quite noisy early in the morning, which made it hard to rest.

michael (8/5): - I was incredibly happy with my stay! Yes the hotel is older and can use some renovations but it was clean and the staff were so nice and helpful! The live music and club were very fun but I would advise sleeping with ear plugs if you are on the poolside. You can request to be on the quiet side and they asked me when I checked in but I was fine with my ear plugs in. I also really enjoyed the large pool as it was so refreshing on a hot day. So for value and quality of staff I would highly recommend. It’s an older hotel in need of updating but the price reflects that.

Yung mga room service at restaurant is excellent. sa Pool side. Dito ako always nag instay tuwing nabakasyon ako sa Iloilo. The saddest experience ko lang ay nung dumating ako.from US nag check in ako pero doon sa loob ng Hotel kasi fully booked na sila sa Pool. . ung CLEANING LADY meron ATTITUDE. 😬😬😬 GRABE... I think that was Oct. 27, 2024. NAPAKAMALDITA ng babae na naglinis ng room namin. I think the only reason na nainis sya eh yung nagchange mind kami na magpaservice na lang since may 2 visitor kaming darating at bday ng anak ko yun. Ayoko naman magulo yung room especially kagigising ko lang.kahit napakabastos nya. Okay lang yun hindi ko sya pinatulan instead binigyan ko pa sila ng 200 na tip. Yung lalakeng kasama.nya okay naman. Sana mapagsabihan nila nakakahiya na meron silang cleaning lady na banyan madadamay pa.pati kadama nya at yung hotel. For more than 10 years along pabalik balik dito sa Westown/ El Dorado first time ko na experience na may banyan service sila.

bobetjohns (2/5): Avoid at All Costs – Absolutely No Safety or Privacy! - If you value your safety and privacy, do not stay at this hotel. While in Iloilo, I was threatened by someone with direct ties to the hotel manager. To make matters worse, this manager was actively providing them with real-time updates on my whereabouts, who I was with, and what I was doing. It didn’t stop there—the staff was ordered to secretly take videos of me and my girlfriend without our consent and send them to the person threatening us. This is beyond unprofessional—it’s criminal. The hotel manager, whose Facebook name is Veni Vedi Amavi (I don’t know her real name), was directly involved in this. The fact that a hotel would spy on its own guests and endanger their lives is absolutely horrifying. Management needs to be investigated immediately. I wouldn’t wish this nightmare on anyone. Stay away from this place at all costs.
Steven (8/5): Good value for your money - We came on a Friday, the night of the live band. Hotel was great; sensitive to us asking if we wanted a room away from that to sleep. Breakfast was good, very reasonable price. Room was okay, had smart TV.

Verified traveler (6/5): 1 night stay at manduriao iloilo - It was just a 1 night stay, the hotel is ok for shorts stay.. it is situated a walking distance to SM manduriao and esplanade.. the hotel was busy during our weekend stays, we waited longer before we checked in to our room.. the front desk’s staff was so nice and courteous.. our room is facing the mo2 bar so we can hear live musics at night time, the front desk informed us about it and we didn’t bother though but i wont recommend those rooms if you are sensitive to a loud sound.. overall it is a good experience for a short stay.

Ferns (6/5): Pleasant - The room is really nice and cozy. There's enough space to place your stuff and open your luggages. The people working there are nice and kind as well. There's a gutter smell in the water whenever you flush or open the bidet. I also cheked the urinal in their common area, there's also that scent. In terms of their late check-out rules, it seems like front desk people aren't aligned with what they know. During our check-in, the front desk confirmed & allowed me to check-out out late 'til 6 without any charge. Then during our last day, I was called by a different front desk staff telling I need to pay equivalent to 1 night after 4pm. It was really confusing. Their wifi is the most disappointing. Their wifi connection resets after 1 day. The first time, we get to connect because the link going to the code was working. When the wifi resets, the link doesn't work. There are bits of trash near the bedside table and under the bed. One thing I also noticed, housekeeping tends to go inside the room even though we don't want to. Inside the room, there's a door sign if you want to make your bed/room that you can hang outside. We didn't hang ours, so technically, we don't want the service yet. The next thing we know, someone fixed our room already, plus our key card isn't working after that. You have to go back again to the lobby for all the reset and hassle.

Gawthorn (7/5): Good - Approachable and helpful staffs I'm your loyal customer, every time I visited Philippines, but I always noticed your internet/wifi is very poor, I complained about it, but nothing been done until now to please your customers , city like iloilo you should have better access/connection with internet in your hotel rooms..my family home is right in the bottom of the hill village and have Better internet access. It's frustrating when I tried to contact my family and cannot access due to poor connection. I wish when I come back next month to stay in your hotel ,these problem already sorted, as these was already a problem and complained about it 4 years ago and nothing been done about it..😕

We only had about 6 hrs sleep the night before and were insistent that we check out on time which left us with six hours of tremendous noise outside of our room. We had even use our own ear plugs!

Michael (6/5): Should not have stayed 2nd time - Stayed here twice, before & after Boracay - mainly to limit our load while traveling to Boracay by bus (to & from) & to store our luggage for the return - wished we hadn't for the return night was horrific with the hotel generator coming on (just outside our room) at 6am (lasting all day). Both stays required a technician to fix the TV. With the power out there was very limited WIFI & that being in the lobby. Spent virtually the whole day in the room with earplugs. Security staff are rude and generally the hotel is within an entertainment (night spot) district - we knew this & reason we requested back of the building (did not know about the generator location). Despite this, no apologies from the hotel about these conditions

Cemileah (4/5): Good for partygoers, bad for business travelers - This hotel is great if you’re traveling to party and got a lot of time on your hands. The check-in process is slow. There is a restaurant with live band that plays ALL NIGHT LONG, from 6PM to 2 AM, and a nightclub that plays loud party music from midnight to 5AM. That being said…. Initially I had booked 2 rooms to sleep 2 people in one room and 3 in the other. The room I reserved for the 3 people was supposed to be either a queen size bed + twin size bed, as I was traveling with my elderly mother and aunts. Upon checking in, we were offered a room that faces the bar, being warned that the music “gets a little loud sometimes” and declined it. Where does the clerk put us? On the bar side. I think to myself “how bad can it be?” In a nutshell, it’s absolute hell unless you sleep like the dead. The music gets progressively louder from the band and the nightclub causing a cacophony of bad karaoke and ooontz oontz until literally 5am. The first night, we decided to bear it, but we were miserable all night because we couldn’t sleep at all. They were gracious enough to move us at our request the next night, but overall, that experience was terrible.
Tom (4/5): - I am not impressed of $100 per night for broken fridge that water has been stored for a while , TV not working, phone not working, towels are too old and small for an adult, shampoo and conditioner not enough for 1 person for one time use. Linens are too dirty. Overall not satisfied and not worth it with the value of money we paid. Food were expensive but ingredients are too old and very salty. I am not happy. I got diarrhea and really bad stomach with the water and food.
