Guest Reviews
- Julian (8/5): - How spacious the room was. Value for money was worth it. Complimentary daily breakfast. Reception had a pool table free of charge to play. Mattress was a little hard to sleep on. But of a distance from other attractions but not a big problem as made public transport work. 20 minute walk from Takeda train station.
- Sally (10/5): - The room was AMAZING. Staff were so friendly The fact that we didnt stay longer
- Summer (10/5): -
- Shannon (8/5): - Very spacious, enjoyable breakfast, plenty of extras such as massage chair and games room. Daily housecleaning done well Did notice a few stains but nothing major, a few taps and other bits weren’t completely secured.

Lite stykke unna nærmeste stasjon, 10min gange i behagelig tempo.
- Rita (8/5): -
- Scott (5/5): Cigarette smell but got a refund - Free parking, massage chair Smelt of cigarette smoke, moves to another room which also smelt of cigarette smoke and no empty fridge
- Linda (6/5): Pleasant - The room size and bed is great for someone who is used to a bit more space. Parking was free and very easy. Too many laminated signs on counter tops that were sticky with lube. The bathroom ceiling has obviously has a leak and had been hastily repaired . It still leaked slightly from the floor above. Bed linen wasn't great. Satin not my thing.
- Rongling (10/5): I love the sauna build in the ensuit and bath tub . - Very impressive
- Arnaav (9/5): Superb -
- Harsha (10/5): Definitely recommend - Clean and luxurious. Mattress were hard.
- Sergey (7/5): Good -
- Melvin (9/5): Amazing rooms! - Absolutely amazing sized room, and the hot tub and massage chair was excellent. We loved the free breakfasts provided as well. The location is a little walk from the nearest station , but it's not a huge negative.
- Moca (8/5): - the room is very spacious. be warned that it is a couples hotel but overall my bf and i enjoyed the hotel room. the room we had, had a ‘all you can drink beer’ faucet which my bf loved. the area is inconvenient because the nearest train station is about 17 mins by walk, but not unbearably bad. we did notice pubic hair under the sheets, but that was the only thing that was unclean. stuff like amenities were free as long as you bring them back to the front desk area. all and all, would come back and recommend
- Jolon (7/5): A great room, but suspicious stains on the sheets were disappointing - The room was very spacious and the amenities were great. It is a love hotel, so there was a communal vibrator in the room, but if you ignore that it just looks like a very nice hotel room. WiFi was good. Got a free breakfast too. Staff was friendly and was able to explain things to us with some English. A strong smell of smoke was apparent as soon as we entered the room, however, I got used to it quite quickly, so it wasn't a major issue. You can only stay in your room for one night at a time, as we discovered after asking online, so we reduced our booking to just 1 day. The worst part was the very obvious semen stains on the bedsheets. There were lots of them that were visible under normal white light.
- Vanessa (7/5): Good - - size
- amenities
- price - location
- hard bed
- blood stains on the bed
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great experience!
- Leona Luya (10/5): - This is a love hotel for couples, a bit far from main train station and malls, but very spacious and amazing bath.
- Kimberley (7/5): Good -
- Daniel (8/5): Great price-value relationship! - Very nice experience with an exceptional amount of luxus when having the price in mind. Due to being a love hotel there is a rather anonymous atmosphere and the furnitures were quite used.
- Prescilla (10/5): Exceptional - Everything is nice and perfect
- Claire (10/5): Exceptional - Very good and valuable hotel. So many free facilities : from candy to sand bath, pool... Loved it ! The room was really great! Just be sure that you entire Within the parking lot using the right elevator ;) now you have to go there to understand!
- Xiaodong (10/5): - Q
- G (9/5): It's a 'love hotel', but don't let that turn you away - Very spacious room with a massage chair, spa bath, large TV, and excellent facilities.
There are plenty of free supplies like bath salts, beauty products, and snacks available. Breakfast is included and is very nice. Foreign travellers should be aware that it's a 'love hotel', but don't let that turn you away. For a low price you get an entire suite and its very thoroughly cleaned.
- Sofia (1/5): Worst adult only hotel in Japan - “Free” samples of a lot of things: some snacks, bath products and games… (We knew the type of hotel we were going to. Exactly for this, hygiene must be a priority) Our room looked as if they forgot to clean it. In the bathroom things from the previous guests were still there, and the bathtub was full of hair. The floor was sticky and pillows were clearly not clean, with fluid on them. The sofa was ripped. We found a (used? We did not check) vibrator hidden in the tray next to the bed. As we confronted the staff about the dirty bathtub, they looked more annoyed than comprehensive by our request to have a clean one. In the end, they came and cleaned it, but we had to wait around 30 minutes, and it was already 11 p.m. We went to bed without using anything we paid for. Cherry on top, the bed was as hard as a stone. Terrible experience!
- Victor (8/5): Very good - Almost everything even the vibrator in the side draw Some things did not work but it still it was good
- Kaitlin (8/5): Fun place to spend a night with a partner, cleanliness could be better - Large room, the open air bath was amazing, massage chair was great. the breakfast the next morning was better than a lot of the other hotel breakfasts we had The room wasn't very clean. The pillows and couch were noticeably dirty, and we found a few strands of hair in the tubs
- Kamila (10/5): Exceptional - The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff, excellent lunch and breakfast
- Kanko (10/5): Excellent - It was well appointed and they give you a key card so you can enter and go out as you please unlike most love hotels. My room had free all you can drink draft beer with a tap which I was not expecting and the beer was cold and fresh.
- Travelsheba (5/5): Could be better. But friendly staff and nice room facilities. - The room was spacious. A nice bubble bath with tv and also a big TV in the room. The bed was also very big. You get a lot for the price you pay in my opinion. Cleaning has to be better in my opinion. Also the bed was very hard and the pillow was not comfortable at all. I haven't slept so good because of this. Location is not so good if you want to go to the station it takes a 15-20 min walk with luggage it is not so good.
- Amber (10/5): Loved it! - The rooms were big and luxurious! The staff was very friendly! Would really recommend! Nothing
- Aljaž (8/5): The biggest "room" I ever had - The biggest room i stayed in the hotel so far, private bubble bath, great and a lot of free amenities to pick from by the reception and in the room, huge TV with surround sound, massage chair, in room delivery of breakfast. Receptionist wasn't always there and we had to wait for some time.
- Amanda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gustavo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jaleel (9/5): Superb -
- Katherine (7/5): Very spacious with amazing amenities. - I liked the huge space and amenities of the room and hotel. I didn’t like that the sink and shower area had a constant sewer smell. You know how you randomly come across that swear smell while walking around in Japan? Maybe that cannot be fixed in the room. The bed was a bit too firm, like a board. Could have been cleaned better. I found a few hairs around. Maybe a deep cleaning once in a while would be best. Good for one night.
- Lindsay (7/5): Good - Very very good price. We were looking for somewhere with a king bed. Front desk staff was so kind and friendly and helpful. Ordering items to be delivered to the room on the tablet was fun. Gave us the experience/novelty of staying in a love hotel. From a quick glance it looked very nice but looking closer the room was a little run down. Location was not ideal 15-20 min walk to train station. Fun to stay at a love hotel for the novelty of it but at the end of the day it wasn’t our scene. We checked out 1 day early.
- Raphael (10/5): Exceptional -
- Joe (10/5): Spacious room with lots of freebies - We had a lovely stay, the rooms are massive and so is the TV, bed and bath! We were surprised at all the freebies: breakfast delivered to your room, sweet treats at reception ans toiletries, free meal each and drink and bath bombs etc. It is a love hotel so you will hear a daily rendition of bump and grind and toys & outfits can be bought if you choose to! Do not let this put you off, you will still have a comfortable stay. The staff do have limited English but google translate fixes that and they're very helpful and friendly. Just to note you have a new key card everyday and choose your breakfast for the next morning. The hotel is a little away from the train station also. But the walk is worth it for the massive room.
- Anton (10/5): Great place, highly recommended - Really big room with jacuzzi, super impressive and much stuff to do. Nothing
- Abigail (9/5): Great! - Massive room and huge bath with ambient lighting, huge TV, great sound system, food served till very late and delivered to room, soundproof Room smelt a bit smokey
- Jessica (10/5): Exceptional -
- Méndez (10/5): Exceptional - The room is HUGE! Included bath tub, breakfast to the room, is a love hotel we just realized being there so they have sex toys available to order, snacks free in the lobby, even salts for the bath tub completely free, also karaoke and other games. The bathroom is very equipped with all you need, skin care, shampoo, creams, hair dryer, and more. Was so fun to experience this kind of place in Japan. The place is 15 min away from the subway which is not bad but there's not many things around, more than other love hotels and some stores.
The staff is very kind even tho they don't talk English perfectly they manage to help you using translate.
In the room you have many options to order food from outside, there's no restaurant.
So quiet! No worry about hearing street noises or from the next rooms. The subway is 15 min walking distance but very far from attractions, you must transfer at least once to arrived somewhere.
- Nick (10/5): Would only stay here in Kyoto again - Massive room so much included must book best place so far nothing compares 100% coming back lovely staff breakfast is good and free snacks, bath bombs and spa bath Nothing maybe just a 15 min walk to the nearest station but well worth it for the hotel
- Gemma (10/5): Exceptional -
- Martina (10/5): We highly recommend this place if you have a car - The room is very spacious with sofa, huge TV screen ; everything is very modern; there are freebies you can take from the front desk ; free parking Nothing
This place will be inconvenient if you don’t have a car
- Jdcoach (10/5): Would stay again - Huge room especially for Japanese standards
Extra food available at night
Staff accommodating l location is out of the way
- Maria Alejandra (10/5): - -
- Alex (8/5): Very good -
- Karan (8/5): - The property itself is very well maintained, with every possible amenity available you can think of. However the idea of it being an “adult only” hotel may not be comfortable with everyone (you get the idea).
The hospitality by the staff was excellent, no doubt, food was great too, and the rooms are massive!
But getting here by public transit could be painful, as its quite a walk from the nearest train station (Takeda).
- Marc (9/5): Superb -
- Arthur (10/5): Stay there again in a heartbeat - The bathroom is bigger than most Japanese hotel rooms
King size bed in Japan?
Coach?
80 in tv screen
Just the location is bad about 18 min walk to Takeda station then 10 min 4 stops to Kyoto station
The size of the room made it worth walking everyday Walking
- Arthur (10/5): More comfort just out of the way - The room is huge the bathroom alone is bigger than the holiday Inn I stayed at in Kanazawa
Breakfast could have more variety and be better 20 minute walk to Kateda station everyday for 4 days a bit tedious
But for the bigger room it is acceptable
- Joanne (5/5): Passable -
- Mayu (5/5): Passable -
- Chik (7/5): Good -
- Mary (10/5): Amazing hotel such brilliant value for money - Wow this hotel was stunning. My room had an enormous spa jacuzzi bath just what I needed after a long day of travelling. Everyone was so helpful and friendly
- Rachel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sabine (10/5): We loved our stay! - We didn't know this was a love hotel (because it was not really mentioned on Booking.com), until our Japanese friends told us. We were a little bit afraid that it would be like a dirty motel or something, but it exceeded our expectations in a positive way. We really loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again! You get a lot for what you pay for.
The room was spacious with loooots of amenities (hairclips, haircomb, bathsalt, hair wax, razors, tootbrushes...).
At the reception, there were also lots of amenities, like free candy, chips, bath salt, alcoholgel, earplugs, popcorn...
The hottub in the showerroom was great. The bathroom even had airco.
It was all very clean, the room was cleaned every day with fresh towels and new amenities.
A big plus was the free food and drinks and the breakfast of choice. You could also choose food (to pay) from a large menu.
The staff was very friendly and very helpful. They did everything they could for us.
We loved using the free karaoke room and playing biljart/darts!
Massagechair and huge television in the room. The beds were very hard.
Our first room smelled like smoke, but we could change our room to a non-smoking room, which smelled a lot less like smoke. Smoking rooms are just a thing in Japan...
It's a 18 minute walk to the metro station, but the neighbourhood is fine.
You will notice it's a love hotel, because the lamps at the reception are hanging low (covers faces), the food and breakfast is brought to your room via a hatch, the windows are blinded, there is a closet with sextoys, flyers with special costumes in the room... It didn't bother us, but just so you know. It was all very discrete so maybe you won't even notice if you don't know. 🙂
- Vishamber (8/5): Very good -
- Mateusz (9/5): Relaxing Japan - This hotel was quite a funny japanese experience I will never forget. It’s a spa where you can rest, and use different spa products, sit in the jacuzzi, and also order food on the tablet which has some of the food included for free- so you could also get it additionally to the free breakfast. However most of the food had prices and you pay when you check out- it was still a great option I used! Their restaurant was open 24/7, I could even order at night. The staff was very nice to me and helpful and I felt like I’m the only foreign guest there, but I liked it and it was funny to me. I’ve got a room by the reception and everyone knew where my room is without me telling then- maybe because I booked a long stay. They were helping me whenever I had any issues. Almost everything is in Japanese which is fine but a challenge- TV of course, tablet where you order food (I used live google translate camera on my phone while using it), and sometimes google translate is required to communicate with the staff but I did not expect them to speak English or any othet language of course :). They’re very respectful and try their best to be supportive and nice. The card to the hotel room is changed everyday- it feels like the hotel is intended for one night stay (couples). Sometimes they were calling me and waking me up, asking me when I’m going to leave my room because they want to clean it- but it was my mistake because they asked me the first day if I want the room to be cleaned everyday and I said yes. It’s also quite outside Kyoto and the nearset metro station- but I still loved making the way to this special place.
- Henry (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alex (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mohammad (10/5): Most relaxing Hotel stay ever. - Very luxury and clean hotel with many facilities and kind staff. Great value.
- Inês (10/5): Exceptional - The room was huge, comfortable, and awesome. We specially appreciated the jacuzzi and the massage chair. Breakfast was included and was tasty. There were plenty of amenities. We loved it. It was a bit far for our goal of visiting Kyoto but we would definitely come back again!
- Samuel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sarah (9/5): Superb - A great hotel. So many free amenities avalible which was great!! It was a fun couple of nights. Staff were incredible! The bed was rock solid! Be aware if you are staying for more than a night or two. Also a 15+ walk to nearest station which can be a bit of a pain with bags.
- Amy (8/5): Very good - Beautiful rooms, very romantic. The staff were great, and helped to work through the language barrier Some items didn’t work (the bubbles in the outside tub)
- Olcay (8/5): Very good - - Great big rooms
- lot of things they had were for free especially for the spa in the room
- friendly staff, they do struggle to speak English but they try their best! - The bed was very hard, I couldn't sleep on my side because it hurt
- the shower and bathroom tiles were coming out and water was under tiles when stepped on
- location isn't the best, nearest station was a 16 minute walk
- if you want a quiet little stay this is the place but if you want the city close to you then maybe stay close by it
- not a bad place but wasn't for me
- Lena (10/5): - The staff was so helpful. I do not speak Japanese that did not stop the none English speaking staff, they went above and beyond to show me how to navigate. They even let me use their phone charger when I had forgotten mine. My room was clean and I felt safe being a solo traveler here.

- Nadia (8/5): Very good -
- Nekuhikari (10/5): Exceptional -
- Derek (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sepúlveda (5/5): Passable -
- Brent (6/5): Pleasant - good size room/s hard bed, room smelt of smoke, tile on bathroom floor had come loose, suspected love stains through place, no one ever at reception
