• Hoài Thơ (9/5): Affordable stay - Nice staffs. Ms Diem and Ngoc supported me a lot when check in and add more day staying Wifi is a bit slow when staying at high floors. But it was OK after called staffs. They brought another router to my room.

Tất cả dịch vụ đều rất tốt, mọi người hài lòng và nhất định sẽ chọn ở tại MT Tam Kỳ nếu quay lại. Trong thời gian lưu trú, gia đình mình được sự hỗ trợ nhiệt tình và chuyên nghiệp của các bạn lễ tân, đặc biệt là các bạn Nguyên, Ngọc, Phúc. Cảm ơn các bạn rất nhiều đã hỗ trợ gia đình mình.

• Nikki (5/5): - Location was central and staff were friendly. The gym was good and around 9/10. Was a bit warm but the machines were in good working order and equipment varied. Breakfast was ok. The pool was awful. Was run down and not clean. Looked like it hadn't been used in months. No deck chairs or seats and was locked up like it shouldn't be open ever.

Dobrý pokojový servis a jídlo z kuchyně za slušnou cenu v dobré kvalitě. Tím, že jsme byli mimo sezonu v hotelu většina věcí nefungovala. Snídaně průměr, nenadchne ani neurazí. V blízkém okolí není žádná restaurace ani bistro, ale stačí ujít kousek dál a najdete gastronomické skvosty.

• Larry (8/5): - This hotel, part of a chain in Vietnam, has a large impressive building with quite spacious rooms with good window lighting. That said, there are things to improve: poor bathroom lighting, no room safe, notepad or pen, and bathrobe that are usually standard. Staff are very nice, eager to help but their limited English proficiency limits their ability to do so. The place has a lot to offer if improvements are made. Tam Ky itself is a great out of the way town to visit.

• Rainbow1801 (10/5): A very good hotel in downtown - This hotel, with its tall building, stands out in the center of Tâm Ky city, which has barely 125,000 people but is spread out. It is the best hotel in downtown Tâm Ky. In fact, one can walk from the central train station to this hotel. The service is outstanding, especially of the front desk staff, who are ever willing to help out. The rooms are spacious. And the breakfast has a variety of dishes to choose from.

Came in early and although occupancy was very less, staff did not allow me to check in even 20 minutes early to the agreed time. • Malay (10/5): Amazing Staff - The property is quiet peaceful, comfortable and customer friendly. I had a small issue and it is very promptly and carefully attended by Ms. Ngoc. She has not only attended it but also delighted by many ways. I can see that she is working hard to keep up the reputation of the property. Nice place and I recommend for a comfortable stay

Merci à madame Mẫn dans la salle à manger, très gentille, efficace, souriante. Elle s’assurait que nous ne manquions rien au déjeuner pendant notre séjour. Il y avait 2 monsieur qui fumaient dans la salle à manger pendant l’heure du déjeuner, et ce pendant nos 2 déjeuners . En 2025 je trouve que c’est inacceptable de leurs part de faire cela . C’était tellement désagréable.

• anhtuh2024 (10/5): My parents are very happy - The room is clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice and attentive. I went with my parents who were both more than 85 years old. The hotel staff would check with me and my parents all the time if the room and the food were ok and showed their willingness to provide support. The breakfast buffets had many choices. My parents, especially my father who was almost 90 years old was very happy.

I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet which had a great variety of choices 😀 The staff were helpful with answering questions too.

Most important is all Staffs are friendly, well trained and helpful. Room is fine, clean and comfortable. Food is nice and abundant for your breakfast. The restaurant also has room service until 10:00pm Location is also the advancetage point, in the center of city with all things you may need all around.

In room dining was very good. Hot, fresh and good quality food at a reasonable price. WiFi was absolutely useless - slow and kept dropping out. Had to revert to using phone. Fridge only got things nearly cold - had to request ice from Reception. Found the bed too hard. Hot water was insufficient. Staff struggled with English. Very limited range of restaurants within walking distance.
