• M2102RRianh (10/5): Hearty elegance and authentic class. - The architecture, atmosphere, decor and hot springs baths are all unîque, not easily matched anywhere else. Proprietors and staff are alpha plus in regard to authentic service and inter personal relations. The rooms are standard but perfectly adequate for short stays, spotlessly clean. Breakfast is stellar and anything but mono-dimensional. The galleried Restaurant is out of the ordinary, and the cuisine of the meals is modern and nutritious, mercifully nor Nouvelle cuisine or other hopelessly pretentious fare. Local beers and wines are spot on. If you go there, you will want to return.

Decos et verdure superbes! Repas très bon et jolie carte des vins. Petit déjeuner complet. La taille de la chambre assez petite pour le prix!

• Alexander Paul (9/5): Hidden gem - Verstecktes Schmuckstück BLUME. - Überraschend ist das Atrium im Inneren des Hotels, wo man auch frühstückt und die „Aussicht“ geniessen kann. Die Nähe zum 47 Spa ist perfekt. Das Hotel bietet genügend Komfort. Das Klientel scheint mir eher auf der bescheideren Seite zu sein. Als Bürgerlicher fühlt man sich etwas auf einsamen Posten. Das Hotel kann nichts dafür. Ich konnte nirgends eine Blume sehen.

• Priska (9/5): Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Baden, Wir verbrachten zwei gemütliche Abende im Hotelrestaurant. - Wir haben an beiden Abenden im Hotel gegessen, es war wirklich sehr fein und das Personal sehr aufmerksam. Es ist ein sehr besonderes Hotel mit einem speziellen Flair. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Obwohl es ein altes Haus ist sind die Zimmer sehr ruhig, wir waren positiv überrascht. Die Badezimmer sind eher eng, aber es ist hald ein altes Haus (aber schön renoviert)

Had a great dinner for three on the night of arrival. Everything goes very smoothly in hotel Blume and the place is highly atmospheric. Also had a chance to take the hot bath with natural spring water in the basement, fantastic! This is at no additional cost for hotel guests.

• בועז (7/5): מלון טוב למי שמחפש מקום להרגע בו - המלון במבנה עתיק ומעוצב מאוד יפה . הצוות שפגשנו בבוקר היה ידידותי מאוד. הספא נהדר ! הגענו למלון כדי להעביר 24 בין טיסות והיה כיף להעביר אותן ברוגע . התקשורת עם המלון התבררה כלא טובה...הגענו בשעה מאוחרת (עליה הודענו מראש) , אף אחד לא חיכה לנו ולא קיבלנו הנחיות לגבי המפתחות שהיו בתיבה בחוץ...גם בטלפון לא היו זמינים. רק במזל הסתדרנו בסופו של דבר. בנוסף , ארוחת הבוקר די מצומצמת ובלי ירקות בכלל .

• George Juri (10/5): The hotel’s inner court, rooms, thermal spas and restaurant were all delightful. - The location was great. Their thermal spa had private room with excellent water temperature. Water was changed with each use. It was included in the room price.
• Otis (4/5): - Blume is a lovely historical hotel with charm and traditional decor. We loved the interior courtyard with its wrought iron railings. You don’t see that in hotels anymore. My room was satisfactory, large, comfortable bed, and seating area. What was the best feature of the hotel was the recently remodeled hot spring baths in the basement. They have private tubs, saunas, and cold showers. The tubs were comfortably hot and spotlessly clean. We loved the tubs, and they definitely rivaled the mega 47 hot springs center down the street in terms of nice experience. Definitely do both.

Altes ehrwürdiges Haus mit viel Geschichte und allen Annehmlichkeiten. Super feines Essen, abends auf der Terasse. Kanns nur weiter empfehlen. Es gibt nichts zu sagen.

• Colette (10/5): The perfect week in Switzerland. - Baden is a gem of a wellness village, situated on the Limmat River. Blume. is sophisticated, historic and boutique. It is centered in the Kurplatz, where everything is walking distance. The food was delicious, beds comfortable and combo of history and luxury make it an ideal choice!

Excellent hospitality, very friendly host and staff, and a quiet night in a comfortable room. Also enjoyed an outstanding dinner on the night of arrival. Use of the spa is included in the room rate.

Plenty of space to socialise outside the bedroom with elegant balconies around the interior. The hot water thermal spas on the ground floor were included in the price! We slept like kings and enjoyed the breakfasts and evening meals. Every aspect of the hotel was very special and our family is already planning our return. Danke fur alles!

Bring your stub with you to the hotel to validate for a cheaper parking rate Very good staff and owners. They went out of their way to ensure a great stay. Be sure to book a spa time. Very relaxing. Great meal for dinner. Good breakfast. Charming old hotel with character. Bed was the best we’ve had in a month of travel. Short walk up the hill to shopping and a drink downtown. Would recommend a stay here.

But staying at Blume Hotel in Baden Switzerland is just like being at my home. The people at the Hotel are more like Family and that is how you feel when you are there. The Owners are truly like my Family in Virginia, anything you need they will help you with. This is truly an AMAZING HOTEL TO STAY IN. AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO EVERYONE WHO IS COMING TO BADEN FOR BUSINESS OR VACATION, OR JUST A WEEKEND TRIP.

• Lisa (10/5): - Total Spa Bliss! If you want an authentic spa experience in a truly traditional historic hotel then look no further than Blume. The two brothers who host this amazing hotel make you feel warm and at home. The rooms are modern updated, but the hotel has kept its classic charm. There is a famous "Big Hot Stone" that resides outside the doors of Blume and has supplied endless hot mineral water before the time of the Roman Empire. People have been coming here to bathe in its healing waters for centuries. At Blume you can still get a private bathing area for you or you and a partner. The hot water is very special to soak your cares away. They also have in the spa area every kind of shower you can think of from cold bucket pull to a classic bell shaped head, hose type (I liked it best to really cool off quickly!) to arctic mist. The sauna and steam rooms were lovely and designed very well. The "relax area" was unique and made you feel like you stepped back in time 600 years ago. Plus the wonderful candles that were lit for us even during the day was such a nice touch. The cuisine at the restaurant was top notch and the breakfast a great start to our day. Beds are very comfy and you even get a choice of pillows if you like. Plus they have organized the documentation of the hotels history so you can learn about Blume since the 1700's. Very fascinating history well worth checking out!
• martin emile (10/5): - Cet hôtel est un petit bijou qui nous replonge à la Belle Époque où l’on venait prendre les eaux. Ce que l’on peut d’ailleurs faire dans les caves mêmes de l’établissement. L’hôtel est géré par deux frères qui sont aux petits oignons pour leurs hôtes. Les croissants et le café servis au petit déjeuner sont exquis.
• markfO7785PN (10/5): A Piece of History and Relaxation - We spent two nights in Baden at the Blume. It was very quaint and nice large rooms. The decor was a mix in the rooms, but much more historical in the lobby and atrium style hotel. The rooms were clean and quiet. We took advantage of one of the private hot baths, which are very hot, we would do that again. The food was good. The only odd thing was the pipe/pole running through our room, but it made for many good stories and jokes. We still don’t know what it is for.

(looking the style could be 30-40th music), just to accompany the dinner , at low level of the song.

The room was comfortable, but without a minibar or coffee machine, that in my case was not a problem. The food is excellent. But the main attribute is the friendliness of the staff and especially the owners, Silvio and Patrik.
