Yolande (10/5): Idéal pour visiter les villages alentours - Très bel hôtel dans un cadre magnifique très bien situé en plein cœur du village. Petit déjeuner copieux avec de bons produits frais et locaux. La cuisine du restaurant est délicieuse. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le personnel très aimable. Cependant, la chambre mériterait un petit rafraîchissement.

Verified traveler (4/5): Extrêmement décevant - Cliente depuis une douzaine d’années, et connaissant quasiment la majorité des chambres, lors de ce séjours, j’ai eu la très désagréable surprise, pour la première fois d’avoir une vilaine chambre. Lorsque l’on dit sans vue… on ne s’attend pas à avoir un mur devant soi la fenêtre ouverte. Quant aux fenêtre fermées, j’ai eu le droit aux bruits de moteurs de climatiseurs extérieurs. Des odeurs d’égouts se dégageaient dans la salle de bains. J’ai dû installer ma couette et mes coussins moi même chaque soir!? Les photos jointes témoignent de la négligence d’entretien des lieux. Un hôtel 3 étoiles ne devrait pas commercialiser ce genre de produit tout en affichant des prix attractifs.

La carte du restaurant est également à essayer : plats soignés, terrasse très agréable. Le parking fermé sur place est un plus dans ce secteur très prisé.

Les chambres sont grandes et confortables mais quelques finitions n’étaient pas parfaites. Situation proche de Gordes, l’Isle sur la Sorgue…8/10 pour l’ensemble.

La perfection. - Séjour formidable excellent accueil excellent réception excellente service de grande qualité extrême propreté immense gentillesse de tous les personnels autant discrets qu’à l’écoute disponibles sympathiques très bonne communication avec eux et elles stagiaire de réception très compétente agréable et sympathique comme tous les jeunes hommes travaillant auprès d’elle et les moins jeunes ...c’est un séjour extraordinaire que j’ai passé grâce à eux et elles mais aussi grâce à tous les soins qui sont apportés à cet hôtel chic où le silence règne où mille détails de décoration raffinée expriment le respect de la clientèle dans un cadre somptueux et majestueux celui de la montagne de la rivière du parc avec animaux du jardin potager dans ce magnifique village de Fontaines du Vaucluse sans compter les petits déjeuners variés et attentionnés consommés avec vue sur la rivière tout près des canards et vue sur la montagne dans un cadre très respectueux de la nature sublime dans lequel l’hôtel du Parc est situé je recommande infiniment cet hébergement dirigé par des professionnels très compétents très sympathiques extrêmement attentifs à leur clientèle Les repas midi et soir sont élaborés par un chef talentueux et servis par des personnels dames d’un service sans faute irréprochable avec grande amabilité je leur souhaite longue route dans leur profession et ... je reviendrai très bientôt à l’hôtel du parc... merci pour tout bravo bravo bravo congratulations!!

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Küche ist in Ordnung, die Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe sollte man aber auf jeden Fall ausprobieren.

Jill (8/5): Smart hotel right on the river - Lovely smart hotel next to the river. Lots of outside seating & tables which must be lovely in the summer. Also lots of very comfortable sun loungers in the grounds (which, even in October, we managed to use for a couple of hours - although we did get lots of insect bites). Plus Marcel and Pagnol, donkey & Shetland pony, in the grounds making it very homely and interesting. Excellent location right in the centre of the village (down a small side road just before the bridge - looks like a pedestrian road) and large, secure car park. Room was comfortable with good view over the grounds. Only complaint was that the very air conditioning was very poor. Even in (an admittedly warm) October we could not get the temperature down to a comfortable level. Breakfast was good. We ate in the restaurant twice, overlooking the river. We very much enjoyed our first meal but then they changed the menu and the second meal was not of the same quality. There were plenty of other restaurants within only a minute or two’s walk although in October a few were closed each night. It’s a pretty village, though quite commercialised. Good location for exploring the Luberon. We’d particularly recommend Roussillon and the ochre trail. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again if they sort out the air conditioning!

wendy (8/5): Hotel was Good - We will stay here again. Staff are very helpful. Nice hotel. However they need to get the lift fixed, which I am sure they will. We have stayed before and had good food. however this time the Evening meal was awful and we will eat in the small town next time. Food was like fast food, home made chips ? It is always a shock to us in France to get food that bad in a good hotel.I do not think the excuse Sunday chef is good enough. Not many of the residents were eating there.
Verified traveler (10/5): Splendid stay and location - What a wonderful stay. The hotel has great parking and the staff is extremely kind and caring. Totally recommended. The only downside is that wifi is hopeless, so if you are looking to connecting and staying connected online, dont expect that.

YuChen (10/5): Good experience with this hotel. - This hotel has a big parking lot. Their staff were friendly, and checking in was fast. Our room is big and clean. We hiked Castle of Philippe de Cabassolle. The view on top of the wall is great. Then, we went back to hotel, and drank beer in our patio.
