- David (8/5): Ok for cost. - Location and outside of hotel look nice. Numerous minor room and lobby maintenance issues. Coffee pot rusty, shower grab bar, shower caulking, bathroom fan, light fixture, elevator, lobby men’s bathroom all need repairs. Mattress was clean but felt cheap and marginal comfort.

- Angela (7/5): Overall we had a nice stay, but probably won’t ever return to this specific hotel. - Bed was cozy Horrible shower pressure & water never got hot enough.
- Traci (10/5): Huge room - The room was huge, bigger than some apartments! The bed could be replaced, it was not the most comfortable.
It would be great if there was a USB port next to the bed, instead all the way across the room on the desk lamp
- Karina (10/5): -
- Madison (10/5): - Big room! Lots of space!
- Daniel (10/5): It was great overall it was comfortable and cozy - The size of the rooms and the location I had to pay to use the washers
- Alfredo (8/5): All in all a great stay great area. - 1 bedroom king was a great room. I was placed in a secluded area which I enjoyed. Friendly staff Room could have been cleaned a bit better.
- Evelin (10/5): -

- Lou (5/5): Not a good value.quality of food not like I have had at other staybridge hotels no water pressure large rooms and clea - Size of room, location No water pressure
Food was lousy
- Sheila (10/5): Nice accommodations and good location - I accidentally made two reservations through different sources. The hotel brought this to my attention at check-in and immediately rectified the situation. We had stayed here before and enjoyed the privacy of a two bedroom suite. It was also nice to have a kitchenette. Additionally, there is a nice grocery store and we discovered a delicious donut shop nearby! Nice accommodations and good location.
- Griselda (10/5): - Love the property and staff
- Ryan (10/5): - Good
- Cottrell (10/5): - They stay was great. The rooms were clean and the hotel staff were extremely friendly. We will definitely stay here again.
- kathyrn (10/5): - Very nice and Quiet stay. When ever we visit again we will book a room here again.
- Clarissa (10/5): comfortable and relaxing - The staff was excellent very helpful nothing at all
- Carmen (10/5): - I didn't like that they did not accommodate me with extra towels when i asked for them.
- Marlaine (2/5): - My room was so disgusting - filthy floors- hair in the sink- ROACHESSSSSA‼️ It can’t get any worse in my opinion especially for $1800 for 5 nights!
Stupid ridiculous pricing!
I’ve should’ve left & fine next door.
Hilton is trash!!

- Paul (10/5): - Room was spacious. There were many eating options nearby.
- Melisa (4/5): - The only thing i liked was the lady that checked me in , the swimming area was nasty, dirty, the pool hasnt been cleaned, the patio is not clean, my son had 2 ticks on his leg, this morning we come to have breakfast, no coffee, no waffle batter, just about everything was empty, we had to wait about 30 minutes to get coffee, just a bad experience , not happy 😡
- Sellers (10/5): Our stay was excellent 😀 - Breakfast appearance was not good fruit section looked like it was from the day before so we didn't bother going any further to check anything else out. Like I said the fruit bar section appearance was the done dill for us.
- Montoya (10/5): -
- Armando De La (10/5): - I liked how clean everything was.
- J9132CXjanetl (2/5): I was treated badly - Beware ! I booked through Expedia . Staybridge took my credit card for “incidentals “ then charged me again for the rooms . After 6 months of battles with Staybridge, Expedia, and my credit card, I’ve been informed this charge is too old and I can’t get a refund .
- Adriana (10/5): Exceptional - It was great! The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast could have been better but it wasn’t bad.
- Jessica (4/5): - The 2 room suite was supposed to have three beds and it only had 2 beds and a small pull out couch. The carpet was dirty and left a residue on bare feet. We had to wear shoes in the room at all times. The pool and hot tub were dirty. The water was not clean with a lot of debris in the water. There was no ice or filtered water for the rooms. The doors to get back into the hotel from the pool did not work, locking us out. We had to call the front desk to come let us back in. They verified that our key was working and it was the door readers that were broken. The staff was friendly and helpful but did not offer anything with the lack of a bed which was what was booked and paid for.
- Navigator37000444919 (2/5): Do Not Book Here - This was the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. I booked the two room suite with the king sized bed and two queen beds. The lady was very rude at the front desk, I had cash to pay for the room and provided a card. After just staring at me she threw my card and ID back at me and said that was unacceptable and I was not allowed to use cash whatsoever. We left and deposited my cash, came back to check in. No problems there. We went up to the room and was immediately met with plastic all over the room, tools everywhere. There was no way that we could have stayed in the room, especially with children. We go back down to the front desk. I ask her if she knew our room was under construction. She replied with "No I didn't. It was left as dirty, I assumed that housekeeping didn't change the status, but was good to check in to." After looking in her system she said she had another room just like ours that we could switch to but she had to call and check if it was OK. After 15 minutes of her being on the phone with someone she came back and said "I don't have anymore of those rooms available I can do two adjoining rooms for you so you can have the extra beds. The room you booked has been out of service for months now and the others like it were all booked. So the closest was the adjoining rooms." I informed her that two rooms wouldn't work cause it was two adults, my husband and I along with 3 kids. All under the age of 13. Her response was "Well I guess you can take this or go somewhere else." No I apologize, nothing. I asked what happened to the room that she had said we could switch to. She said that one was dirty cause the maids didnt get to it in time. So it was a room with a king bed and a pull out couch or nothing. There wasn't adjoining rooms anyway. After becoming extremely aggravated, due to her stories changing. We left and decided to drive home.
- George (2/5): - Icebox went out lost food. Breakers went out no power in half of the room. Didn’t move us or help with cost of lost food
- Shelby (1/5): Be careful booking here - The location of the hotel seemed great. We were not able to stay at the hotel. When we went up to the room they had assigned us, room 437, it was under construction with plastic and tools everywhere. I had booked the room with a king sized bed and two queen beds. When we went back down to the front desk, the lady at the front said she had another room but had to make sure it was OK for us to stay in it. She made a phone call, after 15 minutes she came back saying that she could put us in adjoining rooms. It was me, my husband, and 3 kids under the age of 12. There was no way that we could have adjoining rooms without my husband and I separating. I told her that wouldn't work. Very rudely she said "well I guess its a king room with a pull out couch or nothing." When I asked about the room like ours that she said was available she said that it was supposed to have been an extended stay but they checked out early and housekeeping didnt get to it. So I asked then why were we booked in a room being worked on? Her response was it had been out of service for months and the system somehow put it back into rotation. It was marked as still dirty but she thought housekeeping just didnt mark it as clean so she put us in it anyway. After her story changing several times on what was available and why. We gave up and ended up leaving and driving home.
- Weber (9/5): Superb -
- Onijae (8/5): Very good -
- Maria (10/5): - It was an amazing experience! Love how they have many options to choose from. We got the two room h
- Shayla (10/5): - Great hotel
- Karina (10/5): - The staff was really nice!
- Samantha (10/5): - Good overnight stay.
- JULIE (2/5): - We checked in and were put into a room where the air conditioner did not work.
- claudia (10/5): - Awesome overall, Great location, pet friendly
- Susan E Fitzgerald (6/5): Friendly staff, rooms need some attention - The front desk, food service and housekeeping staff were all very friendly. The door to our room was difficult to open and off hinge. The bathroom faucet leaks all over the counter every time it is turned on and the shower head needs to be replaced since it is caked with hard water minerals and mold. The a/c unit was loud. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed during our brief stay.
- Melisa (10/5): - Excellent customer service and very clean hotel
- Nikki Mark (8/5): Fun Weekend! - Nice weekend in Midland with friends. We did an opening baseball game. Fancy dinner with our Chevron family!
- DANA (10/5): - Very helpful staff. Clean and lots of room!
- Rebecca (10/5): Nice place for the night - Nice property
- Yazmin (10/5): - The hotel is nice and the rooms were spacious. We definitely felt uneasy due to a staff going in the room while we were asleep without knocking. It scared my children and I a lot as we have never experienced that. I attempted to speak to the front desk about it but got a bad attitude right away.
- Aaron (10/5): - Very clean and spacious
- John (6/5): Pleasant -
- Ashley (10/5): - Great place with friendly people, clean room
- Patricia (8/5): - The room and staff are wonderful. The breakfast selection is not that good. All the fruit is frozen and bad. Luckily you can make a waffle.
- Dmitry (3/5): Much worse than n photos. Dirty and outdated. - Parking near hotel Room 216, where I stayed was not clean and outdated. Stains on sofa and walls. Rust and hairs in bathroom. Do not recommend this hotel.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Disgusting! - There was a dirty wash cloth left in the bathtub above the shower head. There were also burns in the carpet near the bed that looked like cigarette burns. The coffee pot was disgusting and not usable! I would not recommend this place and will not be staying there again!
- Mark (6/5): - Nice facility but upkeep is lacking and breakfast was subpar
- Sharon (8/5): - Very friendly staff and clean property. The hotel is needing some renovations. Our room had a door that didn't close completely in the bathroom and a bathroom faucet without an aerator. Very quiet. The room was clean and comfortable.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - This is a really nice place!
- Maria (10/5): - Enjoyed our stay
- Rachel (10/5): - Stayed for 3 nights & it was a nice, clean & safe hotel to enjoy a relaxing weekend.
- Wiley (8/5): Very good -
- John (10/5): - The staff was wonderful and very accommodating
- Sellers (10/5): Better Days - Cleanliness, very quite and the staff was friendly and helpful 👍 I guess being on the 4th floor water pressure wasn't good and the breakfast bar on Christmas day and the day after wasn't advertising to eat when you see onions, peaches and the ham looking like they been out a couple of days before so other than that everything else was good.
- Alfonso (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and comfortable N/A
- Kevin (10/5): - Excellent stay
- Amiee (6/5): - The room was pretty but needed several repairs.
- 42cliffordo (10/5): Awesome hotel - Excellent hotel. Service was great! Room extremely clean. Only complaint was the heater was out in our room. But location is great and mattress was awesome. Breakfast was the best I’ve had at this brand. They really take the extra step at this hotel. Best in Midland.
- Kellie (10/5): - Towels were old , one of them ripped when drying off.
- Jose (1/5): Call me please still waiting on refund - Still waiting for refund. Booked room was not available. Front desk was super nice. Had to get a room down the street Please have someone call me back about the refund
- Salvador (10/5): - Very nice property, we got a suite with the kitchen and everything was very clean. A few maintenance issues on some loose tiles on bathroom floor and the molding loose next to the bed. My family enjoyed the breakfast that had many options to choose from and it’s set to end at later time than most hotels. Overall beautiful property and very clean. One thing, If you get the room with the sofa bed and plan on using it, ask for the linens at check in, we called front desk to ask for them and we had to walked down to pick them up.
- 701willieg (10/5): Diamond in the rough - One may not consider Midland, TX and prime travel destination, but by way of circumstance, we found ourselves in this desolate area. But as the expression goes, there was a diamond in the rough or in our case, 2 diamonds (Caroline and Tiffany). In my 25+ years of traveling, I've never experienced such proactive hospitality. Caroline with housekeeping stopped by our door for the early routine clean, but we were sleeping in and didn't need it. She could have easily went about her way, but she went above and beyond to say "while I'm here, is there anything you need" and started rattling off all the common things were typically have to call down and request when you are traveling as a family (i.e. extra towels, blankets, pillows, toiletries, etc.). I was blown away. It may seem subtle, but it was a big impact for me and magnificent demonstration of hospitality. Tiffany who managed the dinning/breakfast area, extended excellent customer service, by catering to us while we dined and greeted us each morning and afternoon with such grace and genuine kindness you rarely see in this day and age.
- Gabriella (2/5): - Gave me the wrong room and blamed it on Expedia. Come to find out a guest extended their stay and the hotel gave up our room and down graded us. The room we were give was dirty and disgusting. They did not offer a refund or any solutions to their faults
- Erica (4/5): Disappointing -
- Miguel (10/5): - Customer service was so polite
- Lydia (10/5): - Everything was as expected, very comfy and clean room. A little noisy during the afternoon due to some kids, but overall a great stay.
- Sara (10/5): Exceptional -
- Roger (8/5): - We thought the carpet in our room needed attention. They use carpet squares and several were badly stained which was a stark contrast to everything else being spotless and well appointed.
- Doug (8/5): - Overall, the hotel was clean. The air conditioner in our room was extremely loud! It sounded like a lawn mower starting every time it turned on. The hot water was only warm and there was little water pressure.
- Linda (10/5): - Just came in for the night and enjoyed my stay immensely! Would definitely stay here again. The bed was PERFECT! Hadn't slept that good and comfortable in a hotel in a long time.
- Edward (6/5): - It’s a clean area the staff are amazing and helpful the only issue I had the hot water in my room was not very good and my room had some damage in it that I was not informed of
- Chance (6/5): - Stained carpets in rooms I think it’s terrible won’t ever stay again
- Betancourt (9/5): Superb -
- julie (6/5): - Dirty pillow cases, coffee cups still had coffee on them in the cabinet, hair in the shower.
- Kimberly (2/5): Unimpressed - One of the worst hotel experiences ive had. Main water line break, little to no water pressure entirety of stay. Alarms going off in the middle of the night. Bags of trash stacked in the lobby. Breakfast only avone of the three days. Fruit was rancid and hair in sausage. Elevator broke down and my daughter and i were trapped waiting for help. Stove in kitchen took 15 min to even get hot. Staff told us, well at the the alarms eork and walked off.
- Mackenzie (10/5): Love this hotel and will definitely stay again - Room was great and the staff was more than accommodating! The hot water never really got over lukewarm our entire stay
- Judy (8/5): Very good -
- Joe (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect!!!
- Hernandez (10/5): Exceptional -
- Oriana (10/5): Exceptional -
- James (8/5): - My go-to in Midland. Could use some basic improvements but, overall a great place to stay.
- Francisco Javier (10/5): - Suite was big, clean, ample, quiet. I would return
- Chris (6/5): - Shower had a lot of rust and dirt in the tub
- Thomas (4/5): Poor amenity conditions - Called ahead specifically to ensure their pool and hot tub were in good working order. Was advised they were. When we got there, the hot tub had a bunch of trash in it and the pool was green with algae. To the attendants credit, she did call it in and they came out that afternoon to service it. But because it was in such bad condition, it wasn't useable until after we left.
What happened to managers walking their property and inspecting the amenities each day? That clearly has not been done in week.
The room was in great shape though. So kudos to the housekeeping staff.
- Cynthia (9/5): Superb -
- Castro (8/5): Very good -
- Angela (10/5): - Enjoyed
- Carlos (8/5): - Phone room don’t work
Ice machine at room refrigerator no work
One time water was shut off while taking shower
