- Russell (10/5): Let's go Buffalo! - This hotel is connected to the keybank area, parking garage, southern tier brewery, and tim Hortons. Can access this all without going outside. Walking distance from the casino and Buffalo river works(15-20 minutes depending how fast you walk. I have no complaints, place is clean and staff is friendly.

- C7228EJstevenj (10/5): Best Marriott in Buffalo Area - A very well run hotel with a great staff from valet at check in to the front desk at check out. Great location with beautiful views of Lake Erie. The restaurant on their 7th floor has a lively bar and is a great spot to eat. I have stayed at two other properties in town (when this wasn't available) and always try to get a room here first. If you stay in other Marriotts, you'll quickly see how excellent this location is to stay.

It's centrally located in downtown Buffalo; so a good choice for any events in the city you might be visiting. Will definitely stay there again if we return to Buffalo.

- Excursion672629 (8/5): Good modern Marriott starting to show signs of wear - Rooms are starting to look a bit worn down, not that same fresh, new, clean feeling it had when I started staying years ago. Gym is way too small for the hotel size, and very often doesn't accommodate the amount of folks looking to use it at peak times. Aside from that all is good here, even though things are starting to look worn it's far from the worst when it comes to outdated Marriott and Hilton properties, it has convenient covered parking, great restaurant, decent M lounge (fix the espresso machine! and a poultry based meat for breakfast would be nice), and staff is typically very friendly. This hotel is one of my go to places to stay in the area.

We had to ask for any room to even change and get ready in order to not miss our event as hour went by. I just cannot understand for a hotel that is near by for an event is not prepared to serve customers that have reservations.

The hotel was very clean, from the elevators to the lobby to our room to our room. Towels were changed and beds were made daily. We had dinner at the restaurant Panorama on Seven in the hotel and the food was delicious and the service was excellent!
