- inlovewithmykonos (6/5): Building work, limited room cleaning, maintenance issues and lack of hot water marred our stay - Travelled as a couple in March 26. The weather wasn’t normal for this time of year (it was poor). We thought the complex was just ok - which was a shame. Pros - Large rooms with large living space - TV with good choice of channels (for bad weather!) - Clean communal areas - Heated pool - When new, this would have been a great place, some of the decor is really chic - Central for Los Cristianos and close to airport Cons - Building work is impacting the hotel. There is construction above, to the left and to the right. The noise is consistent. - The cleaning of the rooms is not frequent enough and when it is done, it’s very light touch. We expected a better standard. - Towels are poor quality and not replaced often enough. - Hot water was an issue in our room. It was not consistent. This continued for the duration of our stay. - Basic maintenance issues in our room. Bedroom window wouldn’t lock and main patio door had handle hanging off. Quickly resolved. - Didn’t love the on arrival deposit and required inspection pre departure. I would go back (for the right price), I think the building work (and weather) made it a particularly depressing place

- J6824AVeileenw (10/5): Lovely stay - Just returned from 10 days at ohasis boutique suites. Hotel very clean, staff very friendly. Food was good. Although situated up a hill we didn't find it too demanding and we're both in our 70s. Will definitely be staying there again.

Apartments modern & spacious regularly cleaned by lovely staff Pool area lovely plenty of beds and looked after by the lovely Andreas, plenty of beds lovely toilet facilities which are kept very clean. Great pool bar served lovely food and very friendly staff. Lovely 2nd bar near reception with heaters which were need at night as cooler in the evening Great check out as I left something in the room and it was brought down to reception straight away Yes there was building work which we were informed about but did not affect our holiday 10 out of 10 for excellent holiday great staff remember you from previous year look forward to January 2027 😊
- Katesmitheram1981 (8/5): Good hotel. - Arrived on 23rd December for a week with my husband and 2 teenagers. We arrived 1pm and our room 402 was ready. Not going to lie it was a struggle to get 3 large suitcases up the steps and into the apartment but it was worth the struggle. They’d apartment was lovely and spacious. The kitchen had all utensils required. Nice touch that the fridge was full of things should you want some things straight away, water, wine, Kit Kat, beers etc…. And not too expensive either. Also a dolce coffee machine with pods. We bought extras from the local supermarket. My husband and I decided to sleep on the sofa in the lounge and let the kids take the bedroom as we like to get up early in the morning and saved us creeping around. The surrounding of the hotel is lovely, nice sofa chairs etc. We ate by the pool twice for lunch which was good on both occasions. However unfortunately the pool wasn’t heated and was shut for 3 days of our holiday, no one could explain why. So it was freezing and we didn’t end up going in the pool. The hotel is at the top of the hill so definitely no good if you’re not fit. We walked to las Americas most evening takes around 45 minutes. Taxi back varied from 8-10 euros each evening.

Our only complaint is the fact the pool was out of order for 3 days… totally dismissed by management, no apologies, no updates and if you tried to ask when it would be fixed you just got shrugs of shoulders. Would have been nice if this could have been acknowledged and perhaps a complimentary drink thrown in but nothing.

However the pool was supposed to be heated and wasn’t which didn’t matter to us but would to other people so keep in mind if you are wanting a heated pool. As well as rude reception lady but other reception staff were very accommodating. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and will be coming again!!

- LadyMeliss (6/5): Disappointing Christmas Stay - We stayed here over Christmas firstly I will comment on the Pros: Sun Loungers the comfiest I have ever laid on. The pool area is very clean and well maintained, and no need to rush to reserve there are always plenty available and the pool area doesn’t open until 9.30… The cons: unfortunately there are many firstly the staff are all so miserable and quite rude the hotels moto is “time to smile” well I only encountered one staff member friendly and smiley and this was a blonde lady in housekeeping the rest were solum looking. The place has quite a lot of rules one being no smoking or vaping around the pool only designated areas.The breakfast is ok if you arrive early we found if you go after 9.45 majority of the food has gone and they are very reluctant to replace. Often empty baskets of pastries and fruit plates you had to ask for things much to the staff’s dismay the breakfast should run until 10.30! The apartments are ok well equipped but not the cleanest we had to ask for towel change on one day, but luckily for us we didn’t spend much time in the room. If you have mobility issues this place isn’t for you everywhere is accessible via steps so I would avoid, this fortunately didn’t affect us. The hotel is located on a hill and is a fair walk to get to the first lot of restaurants and bars I would say a good 20 mins to get Los Christianos centre. The pool was closed on two separate occasions due to pump issues. On Christmas Day I expected the staff to be slightly more up beat and happy but this wasn’t the case all So miserable didn’t even have a Merry Christmas whilst entering the restaurant that morning !! Would I stay here again probably not which is a shame this place could be so much better.
- BeemerMax (8/5): An very under rated 3 star hotel. - From our arrival the staff were very welcoming, professional and polite. Check in was smooth and we were assured that if we were flying out in the evening we were more than welcome to leave our bags at reception and welcome to use the facilities until our departure time. The atmosphere is extremely relaxed, with great pool, gym and obviously bar facilities. Our first breakfast was complimentary however, as we enjoy travelling elsewhere early in the morning and dining out we only ate here once. The breakfast we had was good and the freshly made omlettes are highly recommend. The suites are modern,clean and spacious with a good house keeping regime and well supplied kitchen area. The provided mini-bar and snacks are very reasonably priced. The hotel is currently in a quiet area with no bars or restaurants within the immediate vicinity though there is currently a development in progress next to it. As I'm unsure of the developments use the previous statement may be subject to change. The only negatives are the hotel is located on a relatively steep hill so for those less mobile prepare for a few taxi trips to and from town. From reception to our room is 80+ steps (block 6). For those with accessibility concerns I would recommend contacting the hotel in the first instance. The view is hit and miss with either a great view down to the sea or partially obstructed by other buildings. Whichever block you are in it would have 2 floors, the lower floor has a larger balcony space with a more restricted view and the upper would have a better view with reduced balcony space (almost 50%). We are on a lower floor and have used the balcony daily so this suits our needs. The lower your block number the less steps there are so it might be advantageous to contact the hotel prior to booking if this is a concern. Ultimately we would stay here again and I'm surprised at the 3 star rating as I would personally recommend it as a solid 4.

Great breakfeast too. We had 56m2 apartment (2nd floor) with a view. It was so good!! The whole staff is excellent!! Reception, restaurant and cleaning staff and everything they do is well made with a smile!! Would definetly come back. Highly recommended!!

Apartments were clean and spacious bed and sofa bed quite hard but comfortable enough. Staff very friendly and helpful lifeguard was lovely. I would say these apartments have more of an adult vibe personally wouldn’t go there with children. Lots of places to eat outside. Beach around 20 minutes walk away would definitely recommend taxis back up hill €5. We loved it and will be back again next year

- maxhoskins (10/5): Great quiet hotel. - Clean rooms with enough kitchen equipment to cook basic meals, friendly staff, quiet pool area with plenty of very comfortable loungers and friendly lifeguard. Good selection of breakfast items. Any minor problems we had with the room were quickly sorted. My only feedback to the hotel would be to increase the temperature of the hot food display cabinet, as the breakfast items could be lukewarm. Otherwise, a lovely hotel and staff, I would book it again without question if staying in Tenerife. Ask for a high floor apartment if you like a view, and don't mind stairs.

Hotel is nice and clean, rooms are modern and comfortable. Only reason I would not give 5 stars is the location is quite a walk up the hill (about 20 mins from seafront and it is STEEP!) so I recommend a 5EUR taxi back up the hill. If you want entertainment etc this hotel is not for you, it is a CHILL zone (NOT a negative just a comment)

Great pool bar and breakfast had plenty of choice. Can’t fault this place. Have rebooked for March and then for the full family next October. We have found our ideal place in the right location as we love the Mirador Strip. This hotel easily wins vs the competition over the road and down the hill.
- SMoore2010 (4/5): Last minute trip - We chose this hotel as it looked smart, to our taste and it was a very last minute booking (less than 1 week before we went). Check in process was fine but we arrived late in the night, I fact you could say early morning as got to our room approx 1am. We had an apartment in Block 2 (207), this was ok but there were some bugs about. Thankfully I had some citronella candles and peppermint oil. The hotel also provided pesticide killer under the kitchen sink so you know you’re in for fun when the hotel supply this. Housekeeping visited regularly to change bedding and towels. We were locked out of our room twice due to key card not working. Had to force entry on one of the evenings. Not what you want after a night out. The hotel was quiet, plenty sun beds around, for at least 3 of the days there were 30+ unoccupied. We tried to get late check out due to our flights being after midnight to find after asking 3 times they could not. We found this very poor, there were no amenities to get a warm shower or get changed, hotel staff just said use the rinse showers around the pool and get changed in the toilets! We checked out at 11am and had no choice but to do that as they claimed they were fully booked yet there was hardly anyone around but they’ll argue blind I’m sure. We informed TUI who tried to sort but they were not able to get this sorted but did offer to compensate us. Not a lot going on, no music or anything around the pool, no vibe and staff not always attentive. Building works happening which meant a lot of noise during the day which could impact you if you just want to chill. Overall, not the best but weather was nice and few decent places down the road for food and drinks, good bus links too.

Disappointed with the stairs we had to drag 20kl cases when there was a gentle slop we could have used but the receptionist didn’t tell us and told us to use the stairs, we are in our 60’s and it would have been a massive help. We had no electricity for 24hrs and the pool emptied not much communication from the hotel we had to contact tui directly for updates. The pool area was small and didn’t open till 9am which was fine but certain guests didn’t think this applied to them and when in through the breakfast room which caused upset. If you make a rule it should apply to everyone. Room was amazing, spacious and with good facilities. Tv was excellent. The town was Blackpool on steroids and a lot of rowdy drunks, with a large hill to climb and with nothing in the local town we stayed in some nights due to the room being so nice. Overall we would no go back to many negatives. But a nice brake.

However, we were shocked and deeply disappointed to be informed less than 24 hours before our arrival that they overbooked, then sent another email stating we could not stay due to "unforeseen circumstances," the hotel could no longer accommodate us in the room we had reserved. To make matters worse, we received contradicting information, which added to the confusion and frustration. No clear explanation was provided, nor were we offered any reasonable alternatives or compensation. Instead, we were abruptly relocated to a different hotel in the heart of a busy nightlife in Playa de las Américas, far from our original choice—despite the fact that we were traveling with a minor. This last-minute change severely disrupted our plans and required us to take unexpected time off work to urgently search for appropriate accommodation in Los Cristianos ourselves. The entire experience left us frustrated, disappointed and disheartened. The poor communication, lack of accountability, and complete disregard for our situation make it impossible for us to recommend Ohasis Boutique Suites—especially for families traveling with children. We strongly advise others to exercise caution when considering a booking with this property.

- Banksy63 (6/5): Not sure I’d call it a boutique hotel, with some issues that spoilt our stay here. - We stayed here for a week in May and experienced good things and bad. Starting with the positives, the staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean, well equipped and spacious, although I think ‘boutique’ is a bit over the top. I'm afraid the negatives outweigh the positives. Our major concern were cockroaches coming into the apartment from the shower drain - we killed seven during our stay. When reported to reception, they said it’s a common problem in Tenerife. They offered to move us, but that was at mid-night and it included more flights of stairs, so we stayed put. We had to purchase our own cockroach spray and kept the shower drain covered to stop them coming into the bathroom. We stayed in block 3 which involves several flights of steps and lacks air conditioning. Our room was really hot, so you need to keep the bedroom window and patio door open for a through draft. There are fans in the lounge and bedroom, but they just move the hot air around. Don’t be caught out by the 2 for 1 Happy Hour on drinks at 7pm, this is restricted to beer and it’s written in such small print on the posters that you don’t see it. The hotel is located on a hill leading down to Los Christanos and is not suitable for those with mobility issues. We had a good stay in Tenerife, but we won’t be coming back to Ohasis Apartments. If you decide to stay here, there’s a good cafe a short walk down the hill. There are also good Indian and Asian restaurants a short walk away. Request a first floor apartment, if available, as they have better views.

Other than the fact that the walk back to your apartment does feel a chore, we loved our stay. The apartment & all facilities were Immaculate, the pool area lovely & calm, we ate at the pool bar & the food was delicious. Our apartment 610 was spacious, the beds super comfortable & a fantastic ocean view, with the bedroom and lounge windows open we didn’t need air con as it let a good airflow through. The mini bar was priced very well & drinks/food really reasonable. Overall we had a lovely relaxing stay,would highly recommend !

The night we arrived we were met with a hearty welcome and clear instructions. Our room is lovely, clean, big, beds comfy.. all balconies are south facing. Breakfast is exceptional, sun beds are another level of quality.. padded and sturdy.. pool warm and clean. There is a unique culture of no fighting for sunbeds at this pool, we were shocked, pool opens at 9.30 and very few people take camp .. bums on towels only, the lifeguard is funny, he polices the poolside well.. and it works!! Wow!! It is so relaxed and very friendly. Staff are lush. Location wouldn’t suit anyone that doesn’t enjoy walking but we do. On tired nights, taxi home was 4 euros.. it’s safe, sunny and clean. We will be back
- DaisyLouise1991 (8/5): Great Quality Self Catering Apartment - We stayed here as a family of 3 for a week during the Easter Holiday's. I booked via Tui because the quality of the apartments looked much better than anywhere I could find in the much more central and touristy areas of Los Christianos & Las Americas within the same budget. Due to the reviews about the steps at this resort I did email prior to our arrival as I was 22 weeks pregnant to request a low level room, nobody did get back to my email but upon arrival we were situated at the lowest block in room 101. I'm not sure if the email was received or if this was just a happy convenience but either way it worked out very well. We arrived at the hotel at around 9pm and greeted warmly by reception who had the barman bring us complimentary drinks which was a very pleasant start and introduction. We had a one bedroom apartment which was exceptionally clean and very spacious with a large sofa bed in the living room which was easy enough to store away to make use of the living area in the daytime and also prepared with bed linens when folded out. We were told at check in that room cleaning / bedding / towels were every other day which we could manage fine, hospitality workers actually had a two day strike during our visit and we were warned services were reduced but we really didn't notice any difference when it came to cleanliness and the same high level was upheld throughout! The kitchenette area had everything you needed to make small meals /snacks and a full size fridge is always appreciated when abroad. The fridge did come stocked with essentials but we made use of the supermarket just down the road (a slightly larger / cheaper supermarket is available just past the first 24hr one you come too after the roundabout). Whilst we were staying here it was also my birthday which the hotel kindly brought a bottle of cava and card to my room for which was a lovely surprise although I sadly couldn't drink it myself. The pool area/ lifeguard is strict- no balls, no inflatables, no jumping in. My son got told off several times when playing with other kids but the guy is just doing his job. The pool area is only small so if all the kids were acting like that all of the time it likely would make it unpleasant for people trying to relax so I get it. The Pool bar food was great, a little slow but good quality and great value for money, they are also not strict at all about you bringing your own food and drink around the pool- just no glass bottles which is a great benefit. The walk down to the beach front is only 10/15 mins and around 20/25 into more central Los Christianos, we did walk back a few times but it is steep uphill in parts. We walked into Las Americas a few nights which is around a 40/45 minute walk and stopped off for a drink on the way to break up the journey but we always got a taxi back which we never really struggled with and are very reasonably priced. All in all a lovely quality self catering apartment at a budget price if you are prepared to walk / spend money on taxi's to get to the busier and more touristy areas. Would recommend and visit again if I was given the chance but their is little atmosphere in this area or very local too it.

- AdrianA797 (8/5): Nice place if you like walking - This is a great place to stay if you don’t mind walking lots up Hills and up steps the apartments are at the top of a steep Hill from the seafront which takes about 20 minutes then when you get to the apartments, there are lots more steps to get to the rooms It there’s not very good if you have problems with walking The rooms are very spacious and clean with all the facilities to be self-sufficient. The bars and restaurant are all very good and reasonably priced. We enjoyed our week here one good tip is a taxi from the bottom seafront to the hotel cost just under €5 so worth doing if you’ve had enough of walking If ever a hotel lends itself to be in adults, only this one should be not much for children to do
- Lalala2104 (10/5): Great Apartments - The apartments are a generous size and well equipped. Spotlessly clean throughout with a well maintained pool area. Pool is salt water but warm even in January and plenty of sun beds. The apartments are on a hill which means there is a slope up from the beach and stairs to the apartments. We were in block 6 - right at the top and it would be a hard slog for anyone with mobility issues or who was severely unfit. There are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants nearby.

Disappointed to have to drag all our cases up 5 flights of stairs only to discover 4days into our holiday there was a ramp up to the 4th floor, why would reception not tell us? No electricity for 10 hrs and no pool for 24 hrs, which would not have been a problem if we had some communication, after messaging tui call centre the rep finally sent a message. Can’t fault the call centre, but the hotel could have done more to communicate. I agree with the comments about nothing for the children. We are in our 60’s this hotel would be better for adults only. Bed around the pool we to close not enough room for the amount of rooms. Won’t be going back to this hotel or resort! It’s not for us.
- 571kerrieh (10/5): Excellent, friendly accommodation - We stayed at the Ohasis Boutique for Christmas and New year and really enjoyed our time there. All the staff we encountered from reception staff to life guard to cleaners were all very friendly. Special mention to the staff at the pool side snack bar who were exceptional. The room was spacious, clean and modern with a lovely sunset view over the sea. We didn't feel we needed to purchase the air con but the option was there. There was no rush for sunbeds around the pool which was refreshing after sunbed wars at previous hotels over the years. We knew the swimming pool wasn't heated but my husband and daughter still enjoyed time in there. The snack bar served good quality food. The accommodation as mentioned is up a hill but wasn't as bad as I expected it to be at all. We enjoyed it so much that whilst sitting on the sunbed we rebooted for xmas 25.

Apartments are spacious (for 2) lovely view of the sea. Beds are firm (we padded mattress with blanket) slept fine. Breakfast generally a good selection, bacon and sausages not to our taste but plenty of other options available. Unfortunately during this stay cleaning was not up to its previous standard, with a lot of dust especially under the bed. Pool area is very clean and enjoyable. Previous reviews mention how steep the hill is, we are in our 60s and find it no problem, however the last 100 yards are a little steeper. Overall we would recommend the Ohasis Boutique Suites.

- Summerloving2013 (2/5): Our belongings Stolen! - If I could give this a zero rating I would! Currently here on our lastnight and about 4.30pm today our room was broken into via the bedroom window this was shut and locked (however we have since found it the window was actually broken and didn't lock, which we didn't know). We was in reception area for approx 10/15 minutes and during this time some of our expensive belongings was taken, the apartment was fully ransacked. We immediately went to reception and they came out to see and that was it! I asked if they had CCTV, they agreed they did. I asked if we can see it and they refused, said it was protocol to ring the police etc, to which I have rung the police several times, they put the phone down, I even rang the British consulate and no-body was interested at all, it leaves me tomorrow (on the day I leave to go home) to go to the police station and try and get a crime reference number. Honestly the hotel couldn't have been less helpful, it was like we was an inconvenience to them. We was in room 105 for future reference to anyone staying here. All holiday we kept hearing things like watch your stuff, pickpocketers are about and the last thing we expected was to be robbed in your hotel room! Honestly we had a lovely week and this has ruined it completely! I will never return to Tenerife. From staff to people with authority they don't care at all about tourists! If your coming, watch your stuff, probably don't even let cleaners come in!
- LIZW826 (8/5): Pleasant & Quiet - Cocktail Bar Is A Must - We really enjoyed our stay at Ohasis. The staff are very friendly, the pool area is very nice and the cocktail bar is fantastic and was our favourite place to end each evening looking out over Los Cristianos. The room was well furnished although the fan, though absolutely massive and noisy didn’t really move the air around so each night was pretty stuffy. It is one of the highest spots in Los Cristianos so was very quiet, even though there was a strip of shops and bars not far away. The hill is not especially steep but it is quite a slog distance wise from the town and the beaches get nicer the further away you go. There are a lot of buses however, which we didn’t take advantage of but I’m sure they would make getting around a bit easier.

Generally I think most schools were on holiday in the final week of October). We booked our holiday through TUI. For 2 adults and 2 children. Self catering (B&B is also an option for an additional charge when booking or can be paid for as and when wanted (I don’t think it’s that economical though). The transfer from the airport was very quick, 10-15 mins. We were the first drop off. We arrived around 10pm. Whilst checking in the bar attendant came over and offered us complimentary drinks, which were very much welcome. Our room was comfortable and modern. A separate double bedroom with wardrobe, mirror, bedside tables ceiling fan and full length mirror. The bathroom was clean. The shower had two heads one adjustable. A large sink with a reasonably sized area for storing toiletries. A hairdryer which we didn’t use, hooks and towel rail. Towels were changed every couple of days and toilet paper replenished. Bins emptied in the bathroom and the kitchen and beds made. The open plan living/ kitchen/ dining area included a sofa bed for two, two comfortable seating chairs, a dining table and 4 chairs, ceiling fan, kitchen with microwave, 2 ring hob, coffee machines (we didn’t use these or the hob), fridge with icebox. Glass-wear, mugs and plates etc were limited but we had enough to make do, along with cutlery. There was a pan, frying pan. Not huge facilities but enough to get by. We only had breakfast at the room and otherwise ate out or had takeaway. The balcony area was well sized with a table and chairs, big enough for us to eat breakfast from. A small retractable washing line was able, able to accommodate 4 towels. The balcony was well lit if needed. We over looked the road, which we didn’t find too noisy. We used the hotel pool and loungers most days. The area isn’t huge but we had no problem securing a sun bed. The lifeguard was always very attentive. The pool bar offered great service which a good selection of drinks, snacks, ice creams and food. Modern music was playing. The toilets were always Exceptional! Steps aren’t a problem for us for there are lots of them. This hotel is built up the incline of the road. Good local eating options a short but hilly walk away, although with shops to purchase groceries. Some local bus services nearby, we didn’t use these. The hotel called taxis for us which were easy to use and reasonable priced. We would certainly recommend and consider returning.

Los apartamentos están ubicados subiendo varios escalones, según el piso que te toque. Los apartamentos están muy bien, son cómodos, pero es cierto que hay hormigas, muchísimas, podían dejar un spray al menos para matarlas. Olvídate de dejar nada de comida porque al segundo ahí están y si no, también. El personal es maravilloso.

- Joanna (8/5): - I was initially surprised that this property was only 3 star, however there were some details that became apparent throughout my stay for it being 3* not 4*. The grounds and outdoor furnishings are lovely and it has a very classy and relaxing feel, while being immaculate and outside areas cleaned thoroughly. Room was beautiful with excellent kitchen facilities. Room cleaning wasn’t great, especially when there is a bin for toilet paper where the foot pedal didn’t work and it wasn’t emptied one day. Floors weren’t cleaned. The toiletries provided weren’t great or replenished. Sound proofing was terrible so noise from upstairs was an issue. No lift and pool area was 100 stairs from room on block 5, which wasn’t a pleasant journey in the heat. Huge terrace balcony which was very private. Reception and bar staff were extremely welcoming and polite

- Michael (8/5): Bel hôtel et personnel très agréable, mais… - Hotel en bon état, calme, très propre et personnel accueillant. L'hôtel est situé en hauteur, le mieux est d'avoir un véhicule pour sortir le soir. Par contre les rideaux des chambres ne sont pas occultants donc on est réveillés par le jour, les lits doubles sont très durs et le lit d'appoint n'est pas très confortable (dixit notre fils ado). Les transats au bord la piscine sont réservés le matin à 9h00 par les clients alors que la piscine ouvre à 10h00. La salle de sport était en rénovation lors de notre séjour en février 2020. Dommage car le petit déjeuner est très bon et le personnel très sympa.

- Maria (10/5): - The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff very friendly. The pool area was of a good size. The only slight downside was we paid out a lot of money for deposits and hiring out the safe and iron so make sure you have plenty! It was €15 to rent the safe and €20 deposit. €20 deposit for the iron and €2-50 for each day you had it. €20 for 2 pool towels and €20 deposit for the hairdryer. There isn't an ironing board so wasn't easy ironing on the table. There are no lifts as stated so if you have any mobility issues this is not the place for you. Never tried any poolside food so can't comment. Was a quiet place on an evening. If you don't like walking up hills then again, maybe not for you. I live in a very hilly area so it didn't bother me. Taxis are cheap tho. I would stay here again.

- J (10/5): Spacious Apartment with lovely views - Oasis Mango Self Catering Apartments are situated at the top of a hill, if walking is a problem for you this accommodation choice is not suitable. The apartments are set out over 3 blocks, built into the hillside, we had number 416 which was not too bad to walk to. The apartment was modern, spacious, airy and had everything you needed to self cater with the exception of air con. There was one fan but we did find it very hot when trying to sleep at night. The patio door onto the balcony had a lockable shutter so we secured the apartment this way leaving the glass door open to let some air through. We did leave the bedroom window open also but had noisy neighbours who liked to sit on their balcony when getting in from a night out and chat, waking us up (could be anytime between 3 until 5am). We just shut the window and then noise was not a problem. We had a great sea view from our balcony and spent most evenings and mornings enjoying the great views. The pool area was clean and tidy and we never experienced any problems getting a sunbed. The pool was always manned by a lifeguard who was very approachable and enforced rules within the pool to make sure everyone could enjoy the pool. Sadly some people (fellow Brits I am ashamed to say) had no respect for the pool rules or anyone else trying to swim or enjoy the pool and then became verbally aggressive when asked to stop what they were doing or leave the pool. This was dealt with by the Manager.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Spacious and clean apartment with amenities - The real bonus of this property were the friendly and helpful reception staff. The apartment served our needs adequately, we were a family of four, the living space was good as were the sleeping facilities. The apartment had a good sized balcony area with outdoor table and chairs. Kitchen was sufficiently equipped for cooking/heating food, tea making. The only problem was the toaster was completely unusable as each time we attempted to use it, it fused the apartment electrics! The hotel staff promptly replaced the toaster thinking it was faulty, however the same problem occurred with the replacement toaster. The apartments are in a good location, the closest beach was 12 minutes walk downhill, we soon got used to the uphill walk. There is a supermarket, shopping centre, cafes, bars & take away places about 5 mins walk away which was convenient. The outdoor pool was well maintained. Internet and pool table available.

- Katy (4/5): Difficult to sleep with no air con - I didn't get and sleep at all as no air con in these apartments and the fan in the room does little to cool down on extremely warm nights. Complex was spotlessly clean and the staff were really friendly and helpful.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Up a hill! - Just back from Oasis Mango, had a good sized living area and kitchen, twin bedroom and bathroom. I also had a terrace which had sun from lunch till evening. The pool area was well kept and was never too busy. The accommodation is up a hill, a decent walk from the beach. Overall, quite happy with my stay.
- D (8/5): Reasonable priced and close to main attractions - When we arrived at the hotel the staff were very friendly and this was consistent throughout our stay. The reception staff left a little birthday surprise for me which was really nice. The room itself wasn't ideal due to having no AC and we were limited to one fan which we have to share between the four of us. When we asked for an additional we were told we should buy one from a store ourselves which was a bit cheeky. We had our room cleaned twice over 6 days, however, the maids did not wipe surfaces or clean the balcony. Like many old hotels we came across lots of tiny insects within the apartment but no large insects such as cockroaches. Overall I woulld recommend not to go with high expectations. It was suitable for my friends and I who are young and only used the apartment to sleep. However, for a family holiday it may not the most pleasent stay in Tenerife.

But it's way cheaper than almost any other place in the area, and is in a good location overall. A good choice for those with a small budget!

- ROBERT (6/5): Big rooms, relatively basic, and good location - My friend and I were backpacking around Tenerife and we needed a relatively cheap place to crash for one night in Los Christianos. We found this hotel on Hotels.com for $75/night and we decided to book it. For the price the room, location, and view were all great. The property is about 10 minutes on foot from the closest beaches and 20 minutes from the nightlife of Playa de la Americas. The hotel seemed to be designed more for families and couples than single guys but there were plenty of bars and clubs nearby for us to have some fun. The room itself was large but it was spartan/basic in terms of finishes and quality of furniture. For the price, though, it was what we expected. My main complaint is that the WIFI signal was too weak to get online in the room so I had to go downstairs to a common area to find a reliable connection. Overall it was good enough and the view and location were the highlights.
