Hotel is extremely expensive. The Restaurant stuff needs a great improvement. The restaurant is rated "the best in town " .But I think people rated it for its price and not quality. They have invested in the furnitures ,but forgotten about the main thing; service and food! The breakfast was ok . Again the stuff in the morning also treat you like they are doing you a great favour . I heard the Restaurant isn't related to the hotel but it's right on the lobby and they serve the breakfast there so . The Restaurant should at least follow the hotel standards.

- Elias (9/5): Foi muito agradável sim, embora passamos alguma emoção em resolver questão de secador e passadoria. - Café da manhã excelente, facilidade de ter almoço e janta, ótima localização, local sem barulhos externo, boas vagas de estacionamento, quarto muito agradável, ducha ótima. o anúncio menciona secador de cabelo no apartamento, porém segundo a equipe eles estão descontinuando esse item e poucos apartamentos tem, meu quarto não possuía secador, e era um item importante pois fomos para ser padrinhos de casamento e minha companheira precisava se apresentar de cabelo lavado e seco no salão de beleza, após bastante insistência que no descritivo havia sim a menção de ter o secador, a equipe nos forneceu acesso a outro quarto com secador. O serviço de passadoria tem que ser contato com bastante antecedência.

The location in Itabira was very convenient for people who want to commute to the surrounding areas. The breakfast ingredients were descent. The hotel lobby was spacious. The breakfast hall (in restaurant attached to the hotel) was small and very bad planned for serving the guests. The service in the breakfast was awful! One day you could not find the table, the next you cannot find the cups for coffees, another day glasses for fruit juice...
