- O'Neill (8/5): Luxury apartment - It was like a luxury hotel apartment with lots of space for things like yoga abd exercise, and a nice kitchen and dinning area with utilities, a nice bathroom and bedroom. A nice location, peaceful. The front desk closing at 11 p.m. was a bit nerv wracking. Although there is a kiosk to get your key if you check in late. It's always nice to know there is someone around to help and assist you at any time if you need help or to use the free parking.

- Jeffrey (7/5): Good location, clean but lots of annoying things - Great location, near the Haeunae Metro (exit 7). A walk to the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. Beds are comfortable. Shower water hot, bathroom is roomy. The place is clean and the housemaids do a good job. Elevators are the biggest problem. Sometimes a 10 minute wait. There are 4 to service 42 floors and the bottom 6 floors are retail shops with lots of shopper usage. Make peace with yourself about this issue. Our bathroom had No shower curtain. This was not by design as there was a curtain rod with rings Weirdly there is Lots or space for closets and drawers but none. Faux cabinets if you will. No washer-our unit was supposed to have a washer but it did not. They did offer to move us to a unit that did have one but by then, we were settled in. Even though the unit had a microwave, refrigerator and even a hot plate for cooking, there were No utensils
- Kikbim (5/5): - The apartment unit itself was clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Nothing to complain of there. Loved the bed! Design: nice. Good fridge! And here's the rub. The check-in clerk was reluctant to say anything at all to the point of rudeness. His colleague had to wave him on to encourage him to process me. Left to himself he was looking at his screen, minding his own business. When I finally got the key, I made it to the lift. Because I got no explanation whatsoever of how the system worked, I was stuck in the lift for 15 minutes (while going up and down but not to the desired floor) because the front desk employee couldn't be bothered to tell me (a tourist couple had the same issue) that you needed to either use a password or tap the card against the slot to use this lift. Tha password was on a leaflet! But not a leaflet with an English translation. So go figure. I ended up learning how to use the lift thanks to another guest who showed me the required actions *(language barrier but she saved me.) Also if you're unlucky the lifts can be slow because it's a 42 story building and exiting can be laborious at rush times. In short the staff don't want to speak to you, not even to tell you how the facility works.

- Ekaterina (9/5): Very clean and very convenient. But beware of elevator games… - Sooooo convenient, connected to Metro/subway station. Very clean unit was provided to us on 30th floor with great views! convenience store, luggage lockers, 24 hour food, movie theater on the 1 floor etc! So walkable to many great food places and shopping and connected to other parts of the city. If you book an excursion from major online companies online, many of them also have pick up right by exit 5 or 7 of the Haeundae station downstairs. Can’t beat that! Great non-intrusive housekeeping, too - with bottled water provided daily. Would definitely stay here in a heartbeat (but would be more prepared for the “negative” below Elevators!! Living nightmare! Seems like they are not programmed correctly and are always either all up on 40 floor or all down in basements. Then when they eventually come, they come all at once and travel down stopping on every other floor while nobody is there to pick up any longer - because the previous elevator just got those people. So you end up stopping for no reason many times and it can take 10 plus minutes to go downstairs. For some people with vestibular or claustrophobia issues (and often for young kids) it can be a nauseating and overall non-pleasant experience. And then that can make you late for your excursion pick up time, so keep that in mind. We have witnessed that one morning. Not Felix’s fault, but something to be aware of …

- Lim (8/5): - 시험을 준비하러 부산에 내려간 것이었는데, 식탁이 책상처럼 공부하기 좋고 조명도 좋아서 공부를 하기 좋았어요. 이용하기 매우 편했어요. 24층이었는데 엘리베이터가 2대만 운영해서 기다리는 시간이 너무 길었어요. 엘리베이터는 빼고는 다른 불만은 전혀 없었어요. 조식이 좋다고 좋은 평가가 많았는데 리오픈한다고 하면서 폐쇄를 해서 이용을 할 수 없었어요. 하지만 해운대역 입구라 24시간 오픈한 돼지국밥집 가게가 많아 이용에 불편은 전혀 없었어요. 가성비가 좋아 다시 해운대 오게 되면 또 이곳에 머물 것 같아요.

Then finally i asked the reception he just said 'no cook' so i assumed not allowed to cook. So disappointing... - thin pillow and only one per person - only one duvet to share for 2 guest. It was a struggle at night as my partner or I pull the duvet while we sleep - elevator takes time

Our room also had a washing machine (with detergent included) and a drying rack on the balcony -There are so many options for food and drink, both inside the building and on the main street -Great ocean view -The hallways to the suites sometimes look a bit rundown, but the suites themselves are fine -Because there are so many floors the elevators can be very slow, set aside a few extra minutes if you need to leave on time

Was close to Haeundae Beach bus stop so easy to get connected to where you want to go. Lots of cute cafes across the road. A CU convenience store downstairs. A Daiso across the road. Felt a bit dingy, old and dated. Could’ve been a been a bit more cleaner. We had to get the bedsheet changed on arrival. There was some weird stuff stuck on the dusty bed head that took a few antiseptic wet wipes to get off. Deliberately not looked for more uncleanliness else would’ve been put off.

- Yiu (4/5): Honest review. - Location very central to everything in Haeundae. Subway right below hotel. There was a male staff member at reception that was friendly and willing to help. Poor value for money. The female front desk staff was rude. The pictures on Booking.com are not accurate. We asked the front desk why and they said those pictures were before the renovations. What renovations? The wallpaper in the hallways leading to our room were bubbling and peeling off. There was no air conditioning in the common areas. The room was old and dated. AND the elevator service is horrendous!!! Be prepared for slow elevators and long wait times. Some days you only get one elevator for the entire hotel. Terrible.

- Burj Halil (9/5): This hotel offers a comfortable and well-equipped stay with an unbeatable location right by the beac - The room was very comfortable and had everything needed for cooking meals. The cleaning service was excellent, with the room being cleaned every other day. The location is a major highlight. It's just a 100-meter walk to a beautiful beach. There are also numerous cafes and restaurants nearby, so you have plenty of breakfast, lunch & dinner options. The elevators are fast, and the hotel is very well-connected. The subway line is close by, and there are bus stops directly in front of the building, which is very convenient for getting around. A 7/11 convenience store is located right on the first floor. There is a convenient laundry facility not far away from the hotel, which is very helpful for longer stays. No notable complaints were observed during the stay.
- Kazuko (9/5): 駅近レストラン街にも近く快適 - 駅から直結されていて便利。 ビーチやレストラン街にも近くて便利。 スタッフも英語が話せるので困ることはなかった。 洗濯干しはあるので、洗濯物が少なかったらそれで足りると思います。 ガラス張りのバルコニーの中で、洗濯物はよく乾きます。 洗濯機があるが乾燥機がないので洗濯の予定がある方は家からハンガーのを用意していくのが良いと思います。 ただ、ハンガーに吊った服とかは洗濯干しが低いのでお風呂場に干すことになります。 お湯の出方は良くありません。

- Francoise (9/5): Logement bien situé, confortable et très propre. - Hôtel pas au centre ville tel que nous le concevons mais néanmoins bien situé dans une zone touristique et relativement au calme. Centre ville accessible facilement car station de métro au pied de l’hôtel. Quelques difficultés pour se faire comprendre à la réception car des employés ne parlaient pas anglais. Ils essayaient néanmoins de comprendre ce que je voulais (eg réservation d’un taxi)

- Grace (8/5): Comfortable hotel in the heart of Haeundae - Overall, it was a very nice hotel with a nice view in a great location. The bed and swivel chairs were very comfortable, and the bathroom was excellent. My suite had a kitchen, but no pots or utensils, which was kind of odd. I would have liked the option to skip cleaning or reuse towels to make my stay more eco-friendly.

Staff was prompt to send up extra towels when requested. front desk was not 24 hours. if I knew it wasn’t, I would not have booked it. no drop off point for the apartment. housekeeping was very basic, not very detailed, did not provide new box of tissue when the existing one was finished. Toliet fixtures are dated and old.

- Kanghao (7/5): Excellent location but lacking amenities - Excellent location and very friendly staff. Beds were comfortable. The aircon couldn't sweep left to right and had to be manually moved. Also it kept making a clacking sound and was very loud. No amenities such as slippers or toothbrushes were provided.

Love the washer and clothes rack. The room is spacious and bathroom is large. Appreciate the kitchen as well. Lobby is basic. Staff members ok, not outstanding. Rooms varied on amenities. I booked two rooms. One room had a sponge thing to clean the dishes. The other room did not. One room had Kleenex, the other did not. Just some minor inconsistencies. The elevators are not practical. Slow and annoying as one elevator only goes to the high floors starting from 18 onwards. We had one room on 16th and other on 18th floor. If I took the high floor elevators, it would skip 16th floor.

В номере все удобства: кухня с плитой, микроволновкой, холодильником, чайником, необходимой посудой; стиральная машина, гладильные принадлежности; уборка, смена полотенец каждый день; доброжелательный, вежливый персонал. - CHE HUNG (8/5): 滿意的住宿體驗 - 原訂4晚Deluxe double room住了2晚因為熱水器壞掉只能換房間， 因為比較好搬行李我們選擇換到同樓層的3人房， 新的房間比較大，但是雙人床小很多而且太軟， 但是飯店解決問題的的態度還是令人滿意的， 飯店的位置非常好， 在地鐵站上面，到傳統市場及海灘都很近， 附近餐廳美食眾多。會再入住。
- Dharshana Sampath (10/5): We had an amazing stay, almost didn’t wanna leave our cozy studio - Very clean , comfortable and modern.Almost everything was provided except for the disposable amenities which is not an issue at all. Staff was very attentive to our needs , especially the house keeping staff. Location is very convenient and connected to the metro station- Haeundae. Lot of cafes restaurants and convenience stores in and around the building. Money exchange in basement. Nothing about the property but some of the staff at lobby could not communicate well in English, but that can be overcome using translation apps .

- Ayse Ceren (1/5): Cleaning left my room door open - Good location I’ve never had a worse hotel experience in Korea than this one. Housekeeping left my room door open two days in a row. After the first incident, I called to report it and asked them to be more careful. The front desk staff I spoke to didn’t speak English very well. Unfortunately, the same thing happened again the following day. I called once more, but the employee who arrived also couldn’t speak English. Since I had to leave for a meeting, I asked my Korean business partner to help explain the situation. I cannot recommend this hotel.

(8/5): - チェックインはフロントの方が日本語で案内してくださり、とてもありがたかったです。 お部屋には家庭用のような冷蔵冷凍しっかり分かれた大きめの冷蔵庫に、キッチンスペースまであって、食材持ち込んでお料理ができるような充実した設備になってました！ パジャマやバスローブはないので用意が必要です。 バスタブのあるお部屋を選んで大正解。 あちこち歩き回ってつかれた体で、入浴剤入れて入るお風呂は足もしっかり伸ばせる大きさ(私は161cm)で最高でした。 チェックアウトの方法はボックスにカードキーを入れて返すだけのタイプ。 我が家のように過ごせるホテルでした。 ありがとうございました。

- Norma Lorena (10/5): Maravilloso alojamiento en Busan, cerca de la playa. - Excelente suite, muy espaciosa, con todo lo necesario para quedarse unos días, muy agradables en Busan, justo arriba de la estación de metro y de Miles, de restaurantes y tiendas de conveniencia. Puedes caminar a la playa de Busán. Volveré sin duda.

- Jee (6/5): - I’ve been coming for a long time (many years) to this property. However, I’ve noticed the property hasn’t been keeping the rooms up to date. A lot of damage around the rooms (wood damage) (stains) and wallpaper falling down. At night, the room and hall is too dark. They replaced many of the lights with yellow dimmed bs bright white lights. The bathroom was the only well lit room. I was quite disappointed since I stayed for 4 nights. I also found out the check-in desk was moved to a totally different floor. Then i saw a sign that there were a total of 6 hotels in this building.
