• Shannon (10/5): Lovely well appointed hotel. - Casa en el Campo is a very beautiful property. The most interesting architecture and grounds are beautiful. The staff is super attentive to all the guest and we totally enjoyed our stay. We left two items in the room and they promised to mail them back to the states. We had many meals in the restaurant and the food and service was very good. It was cold in our room and they brought us two blankets.

• Raquel (6/5): - La cama KS que nos tocó en esta ocasión en la habitación Fuentes, estaba demasiado dura. Y la comida que ordenamos en la cena no nos gustó, específicamente la hamburguesa BBQ. Es demasiado pequeña y estaba demasiado tostado el pan, por el precio en que la ofrecen está demasiado cara para lo que te sirven. La verdad es una lástima en su menú (cantidad, variedad y precios) sirven poco, omiten ingredientes que ellos mismos publican en su menú que llevan sus platillos y los precios están muy elevados. Y si quieres ingresar alimentos el exterior te cobran una multa por ello. Entiendo que cada hotel tenga sus políticas pero si me parece que deberían cambiar esa parte ya que por lo demás es un lugar perfecto para descansar.

Lupita Benito (gato) , las habitaciones en general muy bonitas Magnolia Sandías , La fuente etc todas diferentes con buena iluminación y ambiente. Reservamos la alberca y estaba sucia el agua turbia, lo comente y querían limpiarla, pero eso no se hace en 10 minutos cuando las paredes y el fondo estaba hasta verdoso , nos dio asco la verdad además de fría el agua, lastima. El servicio restaurante atención muy buena , pero durante mi estancia no hubo pollo, en los días que nos hospedamos... es decir ningún platillo enchiladas chilaquiles enmoladas etc no se hacían más que con huevo o queso. Los waffles qué pedi eran de caja de los congelados qué venden en Sams horribles!! Quitenlos del menú, les dije y me los cambiaron por hotcakes integrales qué fueron hechos al momento. Otra observación es la incomodidad de agacharse al suelo literal para abrir y cerrar la.puerta de las habitaciones y más si llegas por la noche debes de ayudarte con la luz del celular para ver la cerradura. Por que el la habitación las Fuente no hay luz hacia la puerta. En la habitación el Mirador hace falta contactos de luz en los laterales buros .

Lo recomiendo mucho para quienes buscan demasiada tranquilidad. El servicio es muy bueno y la gente super amable. Sin duda volvería a regresar

Muy recomendable y de verdad es una delicia descansar aquí.

• Robert (9/5): Unique resort like hotel located in a semi-rural enclave. Perfect place to stay and relax. - Great resort feel with unique grounds and buildings set in a semi-rural part of Morelia, yet convenient to the center and shopping at big name stores including Costco and Soriana.. Our Mirador suite was spacious with great panorama views and a distinctive layout that exuded style. The grounds were very enjoyable and perfect for walking with our dog. Restuarant offered good food with a varied menu. Service staff was very responsive and friendly. Beds were a bit firm. Neighborhood dogs were noisy at night and prevented us from venturing outside the property due to their rowdy behavior. Entering and exiting by car required phoning the hotel to open the gate.

• John (6/5): - The property is far from Morelia which was inconvenient for me I had to take a 20 min taxi every time. Also the solar water heating is unstable you have to be careful while taking a hot shower or you run the risk of being burnt while in the shower.

• Thomas (3/5): Not recommended, won't be going back. - Nice views of Morelia, pretty garden. Money grabbing and poor value -- looks much nicer than it actually is. Repetitive officious e-mails outlining excessive charges should you want to check-in early or check-out late (we didn't). We asked for nearby rooms and were charged an upgrade to a "master suite" for the privilege. The aircon in the master suite was faulty and buzzed intermittently for four hours after being switched off. Reception didn't care. The blinds in the master suite didn't properly cover the windows so there was too much light after sunrise. The whole place could be cleaner - window blinds were very stained, blanket on bed needed washing, dead fly on shelf, mucky tub. In general all of the facilities need a coat of paint. Electric sockets by the bedside table would be a nice addition, not to mention a coffee machine.

• Raul (4/5): - The room was completely different from what was advertised. It looked like a cave carved into the side of a hill, converted into a room. Mosquitos were terrible. We had to fumigate the room ourselves, killed mosquitos (an amount never seen anywhere else at other hotels), ants, and other bugs. Cockroaches were also found in the room. The water pressure in the shower was terrible, shower head was clogged. Spent two nights there out of three. There was no AC, no windows to open and let air in. I have never stayed in a room like the one assigned to us, labeled as pet friendly. The only thing I noticed that possibly made this room pet friendly was the absence of floor mats. After complaining we were moved to a suite. Now, this looked a lot better but just old looking and in need of repair. We didn't mind that. The shower didn't drain properly, the water took a long time to drain.

Dan ventilador pues no hay aire acondicionado, yo estuve en abril y el clima fue perfecto.

• Manuel (8/5): Hermosas instalaciones, servicio por mejorar - Un hotel para relajarse y disfrutar de un ambiente fuera de la ciudad, las instalaciones son muy bonitas, sin embargo el servicio en recepción deja mucho que desear, podrían ser más cálidos y amables. Igualmente algunos muebles de las habitaciones ya necesitan renovación, los jardines excelentes. Es buena idea que por la pandemia estén dando el uso de la alberca solo con reservación, pero no me tocó porque los horarios estaban llenos.

El único detalle es la cama que estaba muy duro el colchón y cada que me movía rechinaba mucho la madera. Los vecinos de la suite de abajo hicieron mucho ruido puesto que iban acompañados de niños chiquitos y mi viaje fue de descanso. Aunque esto no es responsabilidad del hotel se podrían poner anuncios de silencio después de cierta hora en la noche. De ahí en más todo fue muy agradable.
• Verified traveler (2/5): No mencionan toda la información necesaria - Deberían de mencionar antes de realizar cualquier tipo de reservacion que existe un horario para poder accesar a la alberca, llegamos y nos comentaron que todos los horarios de la alberca estaban ocupados y que solo tenian disponibilidad de 9:00pm a 11:00 pm cuando el agua esta fria, la verdad me parecio de muy mala forma del personal no comentar nada al respecto hasta despues de realizar el pago es cuando te mencionan ese punto, sabiendo que tu pago no se puede reembolsar, mas atentos en estos puntos

What a joke, the Manzanos suite. The bed base is out of wood, hard and feels like your sleeping on the ground. The shower another issue lack of pressure and trying to get it warm forget it. Either hot or cold. The parking is another issue lack of. Only 4 cars fit and you have to wait for them to let you in and out. I like convenience. So not my cup of tee. Food not worth it. Massage Yes Josa works wonders. If your looking for relaxation and nature Yes if not stay somewhere else and closer to town

• Diane (8/5): - It listed the property as a spa but upon check in, no one told us about any services. This hotel is off the beaten path. No where to walk to as it is at the end of a dirt road. You need to take a cab everywhere. It was lovely however and quiet. Wifi only worked in the lobby even though we were told otherwise. It was a good hotel away from noise.
