Guest Reviews
- Neil (8/5): Really nice - Convenient to travelling south from Las Vegas, it was a higher level of comfort The pool closed early
- Gavin (3/5): Needs refurbishment. Pool opening hours are unacceptable. - Staff were generally very friendly and views from upper floors are amazing. However the hotel is looking very shabby and rooms in the West Wing desperately need a refurbishment. We had to change rooms three times during our 7-night long stay. The first room was filthy when we checked in - heavily stained and dirty carpets, filthy bathroom and damaged furniture. The second room had an adjoining door to a room with a screaming child. Third room was still grubby and in need of new carpets and furniture.
The pool hours are ridiculous - the pool is only open from 10.30am to 5.30pm. No opportunity for a morning swim or ability to sit by the pool and watch sunset.
- Krishonna (10/5): Nothing like sunny days, adult vibes, true relaxation home away from home - Absolutely loved the rooms, the pool and tv, the adult pool side was nice with music. Wish adult side open more even if just to swim. Loved the complimentary valet parking and the dolly with our stuff being brought to us NO MICROWAVE….cant have food reheated which I hate because I don’t waste FOOD o beg of you offer a heating service or microwave rental or just add to rooms
- Amanda (3/5): N/a - It was clean The food, restaurants and bar were awful, the pool closes way too early.
- Ruth (10/5): - The rooms are very spacious and nicely decorated.
The hotel itself is beautiful and it's smoke free casino is great!
- Varda (10/5): - אחלה מלון. עם בריכה מהממת.
הצוות היה סימפטי. היה כיף
- Scott (7/5): Great room at a fair price, but the rest leaves a bit to be desired. - The room was excellent! Check in was difficult. Front desk didn’t have our reservation on file. Not the friendliest front desk staff. We waited over 10 minutes to get any info. Ice machines on many of the floors were broken. We had to check 4 floors to get ice.
- Giovanni (10/5): Overall stay was excellent and would reccomend it. Pricey so not a place to stay for bargain hunters - Room was very well appointed and very clean with a modern touch. Water pressure was a bit dissapointing being a high-end facility.
- Marc (10/5): -
- Fant (9/5): -
- Heidi (9/5): Convenient stay in Las Vegas - The room was spacious, modern, beds were comfortable. Large hotel, can be a bit confusing to navigate.

- Samantha (10/5): The rooms were amazing and the food downstairs was great - Loved how beautiful and clean it is. Nothing

- Lesly (7/5): - The food was delicious and staff at the hotel were nice and very professional, check in, room service. Make sure you ask if the pool is OPEN and the times before booking. In late April they only open from 10 am to 5 pm. The staff at the pool were not very professional and did not advertise us that you had to pay more for a day bed. Even after asking for price and wanting to change to a day bed, it was an inconvenience as waiters don’t like it.
- Gina (8/5): -
- Chia (9/5): Enjoyed our stay w -
- Susan (7/5): Lovely property, clean, staff was exeptional, from the houskeeper to the meal service, to the bellman…top notch. - Lovely property, clean, classy, lots of choices for food and places to ‘tuck into for a conversation’. I was given a choice of a room with a tub or just a shower, I chose the shower. Roomy, nice. Casnio staff were really helpful and friendly to a novice gambler. Shuttle drivers were so helpful too. Food was AMAZING…both in the restaurants and also the conference banquet. Barternders at the banquets were awesome as well. 1). Pillows were WAY to fat/thick. No choices for thin/soft or fat/firm like other hotels. The maid was lovely and helped get me one from the rollaway which was a bit thinner, but both created a crick in my neck. 2). No coffee in the room makes me angry. 3) the pool closed at 5:30 pm. We were at a conference and many of us were excited about going to the pool in the evening to eat and swim and have conversations, but nope. Kicked out from the pool and bar on the minute the clock turned.
- Brandi (7/5): Comfortable stay cation - Staff was nice and a beautiful hotel. I booked the hotel to swim with my daughter for mothers day. The pool closed at 5 and so I didn't have a chance to swim at all. Maybe they should announce pool and spa hours at check in.

- Mark (9/5): Will definitely book again. Great location if you want to stay off strip. - Great view over Las Vegas and the strip. Pool closing at 18:00 during off season.
- Petra Varenkamp (9/5): Prachtig hotel - Groot mooi hotel Niets
- Daniela (10/5): -
- cassidy (8/5): - The pool was amazing. But it closed at 5:30, too early
- Alejandro (10/5): -
- Felicia (10/5): M for magnificent! - Location, price & room

- Wilson (8/5): Relaxing and Fun - The hotel was beautiful, very clean, and an all around great place for a relaxing getaway. Our room was very clean and comfortable, the shower was amazing. The Casino was very comfortable and clean without the frenzied feeling you get in most others. I'm sure I've not been in a hotel room in the last 25 years that didn't have a coffee maker. They could do a better job of informing me guests of available amenities. We only accidentally found out that Marrinelli's served an excellent breakfast.
- Katherine (9/5): I would go back - Clean convenient Nothing
- Big Mike (8/5): - We liked ALL the staff, starting with the valet, then the front desk and finally the cleaning staff.
The hotel itself is great, spacious, it smelled good and we ate at the Raiders Tavern. My wife didn't like the cleanliness of the room. She felt that it was not thoroughly cleaned. However, she called the front desk to voice her complaint. The cleaning staff arrived and thoroughly cleaned the room. Other than that, everything was great!
- Vida (10/5): - The M is always excellent. The place is clean and the amenities are so good. Definitely book the M Resort of you want a good hotel that's off the strip!
- Shayla (10/5): Amazing stay! We officially have our hotel for when we come to Vegas - Staff was amazing and quick anytime we called I couldn’t stay longer
- Tanya (9/5): Clean, stylish, and fun! - The room was well decorated and exceptionally clean, I liked that it had mostly hardwood floors. It also came with a full ironing board plus iron which helped me as I needed one for a wedding I was attending. I also enjoyed the pool, I reserved a cabana with some local friends who met up with me and we had a wonderful time. Staff were super nice. I wish there were a microwave in the room so I could heat up leftovers from dinner. There was an empty fridge, which was nice, but no way for me to heat up anything. I also wish the shower got a bit hotter.
- Pamela (8/5): I had a relaxing staycation with a terrific view from my room. - The location was good, they have great public areas, nice restaurants, a very nice spa and very nice pools. The west tower rooms are getting a little worn. Time to refurbish.
- KAORU (10/5): -
- Alicia (10/5): Hotel was beautiful. But staff needs to treat all guest the same not just flirt with males checking in. - Beautiful clean Staff were rude and the female that checked me in was only friendly to the male clients she was helping am completely rude and short with me “female” when checking in
- Jeffrey (9/5): -
- Corina (10/5): -
- Laebriell (8/5): Great experience overall. I would definitely recommend - Great facility and experience. The rooms were clean and nice. Everything was dusty.
- chris (9/5): Excellent staff and nice rooms. - Room with view of downtown Las Vegas. No coffee maker in my room.
- Lucie (10/5): -
- Rebecca (6/5): Facility/common areas nice & kept up. Staff was great. - The outside areas were beautiful I did not like that our bathroom had mold in the shower, beds stiff, shower head leaking and water pressure was way too hard.
Being in the luxury room I expected a better experience with the premium price we paid for everything.
Room service: we got some breakfast burritos and most of them were JUST. Cheese. Super dissatisfied with that & money spent.
VIG DELI: gave us raw burgers and not edible and since it was already midnight we went to bed without eating but paid $70 for the meal we got.
- Priscilla (10/5): - Family friendly
- Nuno (6/5): - Piscina e zona exterior fechadas
- Christian (8/5): -
- Lisa (8/5): Use "Resort Fee" to add in-room coffee/tea facilities! - Room was in the recently-built tower and was immaculate. I liked the floor to ceiling windows, and the size was good. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom was gorgeous. Overall decor was very nice. The pool looked nice but it was too cold to swim. The onsite bakery was nice (but overpriced). No coffee in room? What is the $40+ "Resort Fee" for? That fee is bogus, we all know that, and this is the first room I've stayed in for ages that had no coffee/tea facilities, and we've traveled a LOT. And while the Italian restaurant was nice (with good service), the main dishes were overpriced and mediocre. All food and drinks were overpriced, though I understand Las Vegas is like that these days.

- Amy (10/5): Everything was great. The room was very clean and comfortable. Showers worked very well. Bed was comfortable enough. Fro - Facility was beautiful and pool was very nice for adults and kids. Room service was excellent and food was delicious. Service at pool was terrible. We were at the pool for 2.5 hours and only got asked twice if we needed anything. There were servers around but they seemed to purposely avoid coming up to guests. There was a specific guy who would walk around very fast but never look directly at guests. My husband and I would had loved to drink more and stay longer but the service was just bad
- Diana (3/5): It’s far from the strip, room was good, pool and gym close at 6 pm. Way too early. - Room was clean Workout facility closed at 6 pm
- Stephanie (6/5): -
- Margo (9/5): -
- Stephanie (6/5): Pool closed yet no price cut. Other hotel resort pools were open but we found out at check-in. - Friendly and clean The pool was closed. If we had known, we would not have stayed here. Other pools were open. The pool should be ready for swimming by the beginning of March. Spring breaks vary throughout the country and world.

- Adrien (7/5): -
- hynek (9/5): -
- Jesus (10/5): It was a great experience, can’t wait to go back! - Clean hotel rooms, friendly staff, great promotions and amenities.
- Vaculík (10/5): - The accommodation exceeded my expectations.
The view from the window was outstanding (extra credit for the bathtub with a view).
It was a little noisy in the morning.
Everything else was just perfect!
- Ervin (10/5): The stay was excellent. - There was really nothing not like. I wished they had a hotel bus/ shuttle to transport us to the strip. o shuttle No shuttle
- Colon (10/5): -
- Yvonne (10/5): - Loved the room, bathtub with the mountain view was the best. Would definitely stay again.
- Pawel (10/5): -
- Iulia (10/5): -
- Mrs. Izzy (9/5): - The king rooms were amazing. The casino is large. The option for food is great. The pool is very nice. There was broken glass outside our door that was never vacuumed. We had to pick up the big pieces before entering our room. When we called the service desk no one answered. The glass was still there the second day and upon leaving. Housekeeping did not come the second day (I dont know if its a request) we just didn't know what to do with our trash and didn't feel right putting it outside our door so just check if you need to request this service.
- ester (9/5): Great hotel on our way from Las Vegas - Looks great we stayed just the night so didn’t have the time to explore the hotel. Great hotel to start our tour to Arizona

- Rayan (10/5): -
- Edna (9/5): Overall, my stay at The M Resort was relaxing and comfortable. - I really enjoyed my stay at The M Resort. The property is clean, modern, and incredibly relaxing, featuring spacious and comfortable rooms with beautiful views. It offered a quieter, more peaceful atmosphere than the Strip while still providing excellent dining options, a well-maintained casino, and a beautiful pool area. The spa was surprisingly affordable and delivered a wonderfully relaxing experience. Overall, it was a serene, beautiful getaway that I would happily return to. The only downside to my stay at The M Resort was that the pools were closed. The pool area looked beautiful, so it was disappointing not being able to use it during my visit. Otherwise, the property itself was very nice, but having the pools unavailable took away from the overall resort experience.
- Christine (4/5): Disappointing - Staff was nice and the room was clean. The type of patron is not what I was expecting. I lived in Vegas for 42 years and spent several nights at the M resort. Now that the M is the official home of the radiers the other guests are not as nice. I woke up to the room next to me fighting and throwing things in thier room. When I left the property after checking out a patron was cursing out a taxi driver at the front entrance. I won’t be back because of the other guests which saddens me as I have always enjoyed the casino and the rooms.
- larry (7/5): Rooms and staff very nice but not real close to anything - Coffee lines were long in AM. You are having a conference so you should know that alot of people will be there before meetings. One of the resturaunts I called and was told nothing avialble for hours that night. Went by 10 minutes later on the way to the casino and asked and was basically seated in 5 minutes.
- Tanja (10/5): -
- Jennifer (10/5): A must stay! - Beautiful property away from the strip! I have been to Vegas so many times and I never heard of this resort until I look through Booking.com otherwise it never came up as an option! If you are booking through booking.com beware of being charged through booking.com and at the resort. I fully paid through booking.com and the resort took my card for incidentals and at the end of my visit was charged again for resort fees and an extra night when everything was already paid for through booking.com. If I didn’t pay attention I would have never knew but instead I had to ask for my money back through the resort which I did a few weeks later.
- Kevin (6/5): - Facilities was very beautiful and clean This second time I’ve stay there and pool was closed
- Shannan (5/5): - Super nice, updated. Comfortable. Everything you need within the facility I paid a resort fee. But didn't get resort amenities. The pool and hot tub were closed. It was 105 degrees in Vegas. The pool is closed??
- Galina (10/5): Birthday staycation - Comfort, value N/a
- Keri (7/5): The stay in the room was great!!!! Also downstairs in the casino we had gone to one of the bars closest to the venue you - Everything was very clean and nice except for we were charged for the resort fee when the pool is not in use right now and that was one of the reasons why we stayed there because we’d like your pool. I was hoping to get compensated on the resort fee. Rooms were great quiet would highly recommend except for when you do not have the pool open and you’re charging the resort fee that I’m not using due to that that should be given back or not charged at all originally
- George (4/5): - The pool was closed, but I still had to pay an overpriced resort fee.
- Daniela (10/5): - Super. Wir bekamen ein Upgrate auf eine Suite. Mit Blick auf Las Vegas. Alles top, sauber.
- frankl534 (6/5): Good spot for business. - Good place away from the strip. Newer hotel. but pool closes for the winter in November.
- Danielle (8/5): -
- Gina (8/5): Nice hotel!! - Cleanliness Nothing
- GURMEJ SINGH (8/5): -
- Flyboy154 (10/5): - Still the same romantic vibe The new wing that they opened is ok..No bathtubs.. I still rock with the original rooms( they have tubs) lol
- Jeffrey (10/5): -
- SHIVAM (9/5): -
- Maria (8/5): - It was nice The check in person was not nice
