Nick (1/5): - What an absolute joke, paid online . Arrived on agreed time. Had to call after hours reception as no key or key code was left for me and my 8 year old daughter to get in after a 3 hour drive. After hours on the phone they sent us to 2 different rooms that were already occupied ! And being greeted by not so happy already paying customers as i opened the door was not pleasant at all. So 2 hours later we still had no room and were left sitting in the corridor of the apartments. Absolutely NOT acceptable , and no contact today to apologise for the total stuff around. We wont be coming back and will be telling all of our very unprofessional experience. Very disappointing to say the least.

The only downfall was the fact that there was a terrible smell that seemed to come through the drains. On our last morning when looking for the ironing board the cupboard for the laundry was opened and the smell was atrocious!!! Couldn't even leave it open to investigate.

All accessible windows also filthy. Parking is limited and amongst the bird droppings. Bedroom blind is broken and unable to be properly used. Floor waste on balcony calcified over, causing localised flooding. Development outdated and no clear evidence of maintenance conducted except for the apartment doors painted in a hideous colour. Wasn't much of a lakeside retreat at all.
