• David (10/5): Fantastic stay, great service and food. - Our butler Mahinda was fantastic, the room is enormous and the breakfasts tasted great (and were more than we could eat). The plunge pool is well located for an evening swim while watching the sunset. They treated us to high tea as we had booked a long stay, this included an infusion on traditional and Sri Lankan items served in the private dining room. Really enjoyed this. We would definitely stay here again. Also recommend a night walk on the beach to see the thousands of crabs, including hermit crabs The hotel is spotless, but the surrounding beach could do with a clean up.
• david (9/5): Excellent. Can’t believe how inexpensive for a villa on the beach with a private butler! - Excellent luxurious clean accommodation Mahinda the butler, couldn’t do enough for us. Very attentive and we enjoyed chatting with him about real Sri Lankan life. The dog was a boon - so friendly and protective of us! All staff were friendly and helpful Food was well cooked and delicious Too far away to walk to any food outlets, which we like to occasionally just to try something different
• Joe (10/5): Affordable Paradise - Wow what an amazing place. So peaceful and tranquil, excellent location and facilities. All of the staff were so polite and helpful. Especially Phyo she helped facilitate my late checkout with ease. They should have a mosquito net in the bedroom. A thinner net in the shower room so the mosquitos don’t get in.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Das Hotel Jetwing Lagoon, ein 100m langer Pool ist das riesen Highlight. Aber auch sonst bekommt mann an diesem Ort alles was das Herz begehrt. Wir verbrachten drei Wochen im Jetwing Lagoon, und können es absolut weiter Empfehlen.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Great Veuve villa with direct views of the Indian Ocean, with all the convenience of access to the main hotel facilities just across the road.
• SueM (8/5): Great hotel for late night arrivals - We were upgraded to Master room, most enormous shower, spa and bed. We had to go over the road to Jetwing Lagoon for breakfast which was not a problem. We had the whole complex to ourselves which included a decent sized plunge pool. Very happy with the overall experience.
• John (8/5): Great for a short stay by Colombo airport - Clean and comfortable rooms opposite the Jetwing Lagoon. You might be the 'poor relations over the road' but all the facilities at the main hotel are available to those staying at the villas: and the setting and facilities (including a 100 metre pool) at the hotel are great. No swimming allowed on the beach. Staff very friendly and food great.
• neil (8/5): Huge room, lovely hotel opposite villa - We stayed in the villa on the beach for one night. It was a huge place with its own pool facing the beach. The villa was situated opposite the main hotel, which has a few restaurants and a huge pool, this can all be used if you are staying in the villas. Overall I’d say the place is lovely, a little tired around the edges but we’ll looked after and we felt safe and happy with our stay.
• Sarah (10/5): Beautiful Villas - Villas were beautiful! We are a family of 5 and had the Master Suite and another room. Very spacious and private with a luxurious feel to them (own plunge pool and spa jacuzzi). We were able to use all the facilities of the main hotel which was fantastic. Staff very helpful and courteous. Food in hotel restaurant was fabulous. Close to the airport but situated away from main town of Negombo. This did not bother us as we only stayed here for one night to recover from long flight and jet lag.

• Hugo (4/5): GEEN TOPPER - De villa wordt gebracht op de site dat je gezamenlijk de pool kan gebruiken dat is niet waar.alleen de gasten van de bovenste kamer +60 dollar kunnen daar gebruik van maken ,er is een zwembad op 100 meter lopen zonder schaduw . de kamers beneden weinig sfeervol geen telefoon en een idee dat je een beetje in een gevangenis zit, tevens moet je elke keer direct betalen in het andere hotel van jetwing erg klantonvriendelijk. geen aanrader ook gedateerd.
• Alfi (6/5): Seelenloses Hotel. - Das Hotel ist zu weit weg von der City Negambo. Ist zwar neu gebaut, wirkt aber irgendwie seelenlos und kalt. Das Restaurant verlangt fast schon freche Preise. Mit Kindern nicht empfehlenswert, da kaum Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.
• Jan (8/5): - A lovely hotel with a huge pool and a great location. The breakfast was good but the only two restaurants didn't open until 7.30pm and the food was overpriced.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Great Place to book out completely - Our group consisted of two couples. The rooms were really nice and the place was a good private get away with close friends. There is a plunge pool on the upper level overlooking the sea. Unfortunately access to the plunge pool is limited to those who pay the higher rate and book the master bedroom. We had access to it until dinner time since the master bedroom was unoccupied. When we returned from dinner myself and my friend walked up to find another couple in the pool. Needless to say they were quite horrified when they saw two dudes with bottles of whiskey tucked under each arm come up the stairs :D The guy yelled "privacy! privacy!". I'd recommend you book the master just so you could have the private plunge pool. You could cook your meals if you request to use the kitchen. Otherwise you have no choice but to take the 5 min walk to the Jetwing Lagoon Restaurant.

• Julie (10/5): Lovely villas connected to jetwing lagoon - The villas are lovely...Great aircon big room with seating.. big bathroom... dcomfortableaily cleaning. Luxury bedding and room as per all jetwing hotels...very limited room service menu and general food service is slow but for privacy with own pool for villas plus use of all jetwing lagoon facilities including restauants and bar..you can't beat it for the excellent price. I would definety stay again. Highly recommended
• HY (10/5): Good resort hotel - The facility (reception and dining, etc.) has been shared with Jetwing Laggoon. But it only costs half as Laggoon. Very reasonable.
