• Laura (7/5): Great location and cute spot for a short term stay! - We loved the location! Perfect for walking around downtown Lisbon. We also had a nice skylight that lit the place nicely during the day. The bathroom sink was leaking during the stay. Water kept getting all over the counter. The shower door wasn’t connected properly and kept falling off the track. They also didn’t close fully which lead to leakage.

• Kahanek (10/5): - Lorena at the front desk was very kind. Due to an early morning flight, she set up a driver to pick us up at 2:30am the day we departed. That worked out very nicely. We loved the location, cleanliness and quietness of the studio.

Con il passeggino e la vaglia da 20kg ho dovuto fare una rampa di scale per raggiungere l'ascensore. Non accessibile in sedia a rotelle. Costante odore di fogna dal bagno. Accessori scarsi (mancano attaccapanni alle pareti, strofinacci, caffè, condimenti per cucinare). Acusticamente poco isolato dagli appartamenti adiacenti

Doskonała lokalizacja w centrum miasta (wszędzie blisko na piechotę), a do tego spokojnie. Co dwa dni zmieniane ręczniki i sprzątany pokój. Bardzo blisko stacji metra. • Eton (9/5): - Location is wonderful, quiet neighbourhood. Close to metro, restaurants, attractions. There are few things I. The bathroom that need to be fixed or updated. There is no hook in there to hang stuff, the toilet keep dripping water throughout day and night, and I am a light sleeper and it woke me up in the middle of the night.
• Laura (9/5): A nice quiet stay, central to the city, amazing views! - We stayed on the top floor which gave us an amazing view of the city and some of the great land marks. The apartment was nice and light filled during the day, shutters provided a peaceful morning by blocking out the light. The location was fantastic and central to everything whilst also being very quiet. Warm water runs out very quickly in the shower.

• Leigh (8/5): - I booked because it said it had an elevator. It did but it was up 8-10 marble steps no hand rail and 4 wood steps no rail. Thankfully a bellman took our luggage up to the room and down. But I found using the stairs scary. I am 76 and use a cane. The people and location were great.

• Christopher (10/5): - The location is great. Walking distance to all the places we wanted to go. The apartment is quiet and you can barely hear the street noises. Although you can hear the footsteps from the apartment above ours. The footsteps noise from the apartment above ours.

C est le logement parfait pour visiter Lisbonne! Et il y a un "brunch" au bas de la rue qui est délicieux Quelques difficultés pour ouvrir la porte du logement du premier coup (code à composer) mais après 2 ou 3 essais la porte s ouvrait.
• Henrik (8/5): I enjoyed the apartment, the open balcony door, and the location - I wasn't told how and where to receive keys/code before after I'd accessed the apartment. By then, I'd waited outside the street entrance to the apartments until a resident came out, and told me the rental office was two doors down the street. The office person gave me the access codes and apartment number, and sent me practical information via WhatsApp, which would have been very useful when I arrived. But apart from that, the persons in the office were very helpful.

I asked for it, the property said they will give it to me on the first day. I left the flat and still the coffee machine was not there. 2. The sewage smell was everywhere in the flat. Specially at night. I had to keep the windows open which made it hard to sleep because of the noise outside. 3. The water in the shower turned cold after 6 minutes! 4. They didn’t even bother to put a new dish scrub in the apartment. Don't recommend the place.

• Nadine (9/5): Nice apartment in a great location! - Really good location and nice apartment clean and tidy. The roof sloped in the living room where the sofa bed was so the apartment wasn’t as useable for 3 people. It was fine for a short stay. Other than that everything else was great.

Apartment is in an excellent location for metro, trams and in walking distance of many eating places. The room is well insulated from street noise, despite its central location. Apartment is very small, without much space to store clothes etc. The kitchen is adequate for preparing breakfast and a sandwich but we did not try to cook a meal there.

Het is verder een fijn appartement, wat kleine details wat beter kan. Wc rolhouder, aardappelschilmesje, schaar. Haakjes om handdoek op te hangen. Bedden waren heel goed en genoeg handdoeken.

El apartamento está bien dotado para pasar 4 días como fue nuestro caso.La calidad de los colchones excelente para dormir. No puedo decir nada malo.Todo correcto.

It offers amenities such as a hair dryer, iron, kettle, air conditioning, and TV. There was no soap in the bathroom. The reception had been moved two buildings down, but there was no information about it at the building entrance or on Booking. We waited for a while after ringing the bell for nothing.

• SANDRA (8/5): - La ubicación era perfecta en pleno centro, y rodeado de restaurantes, bares, cafeterías.... Las almohadas para mi gusto muy blandas, y tan sólo tenia una sarten para cocinar que estaba muy rallada. Aunque sólo cocinamos una noche, se quedaba corto.

Staff was lovely, helpful, friendly, and gave clear instructions on location and access etc. The keyless entry was great. The kitchen was well equipped for basic cooking. The bed was comfortable. Great value for money. The shower. The door did not close, and water went everywhere. The bathroom tap also leaked everywhere. It was hard to dry the floor etc. Washing machine, but no way to dry clothes. A tea towel to dry dishes would have been useful.
• Paul (10/5): Great stay in a great location! - Great staff. Amazing location. Very nice accomodations! Had most things you would need for a long stay. You have to carry your stuff up one flight of stairs to the elevator, so this might be difficult for some people.

• Riccardo (7/5): La posizione è eccellente, si vede che chi ha investito lo ha fatto con amore ma la manutenzione è pessima. - Posizione ottima Zero pulizie in 5gg di soggiorno, solo cambio asciugamani. Cucina scomoda con poche stoviglie e lavandino quasi inutilizzabile perché al lato della porta di ingresso. Arredo in origine carino ma non manutenuto e quindi con pezzi mancanti o rotti. Wifi attivo solo a tratti.

• Erika (5/5): Gute Lage, nah am Zentrum. - Gute Lage und freundlicher Empfang Leider stimmt die Beschreibung nicht ganz. Es gibt einen offenen Schlafbereich (ohne Tür), kein separates Schlafzimmer.
• Daniel Martinez Molina (6/5): No todo vale - Lo mejor la ubicación. Está a 200m de la parada de metro Baixa-Chiado. El hecho de que esté muy bien ubicado, no da licencia a practicar la desidia en los servicios de la habitación. Hay malos olores en la entrada al edificio y en el cuarto de baño, que huele a tubería y tiene que permanecer con la puerta cerrada. La habitación con bastante suciedad en general. Utensilios de cocina muy limitados, ni siquiera había cucharillas para el café. Tiene cafetera con cápsulas, pero no te dejan ni una cápsula y no vas a comprar la caja de 16 para 4 días. Además del café, también podrían dejar alguna infusión, aceite, vinagre, sal... como hacen tantos otros apartamentos.

• Jacob (10/5): Great location and friendly staff. Worth the price. I will be back! - The room was very spacious and the location was great, in the centre of baixa. The staff were extremely helpful and were always on hand to help. I needed some assistance with packing my suitcase and they went above and beyond to help me with vacuum to use for my vacuum storage bags. The colours of the apartment were a little bland but this isn’t the end of the world!

Situada en pleno centro de Lisboa pero en una calle tranquila, perfecto para conocer la ciudad. - Instalaciones le falta mucho mantenimiento. Muchos desperfectos. - Olor a humedad / tuberías. Deberían echar productos diariamente porque el olor en ocasiones se hace insoportable. - Nuestro apartamento estaba situado en la ultima planta (parecía un añadido). Las fotografías de booking no correspondían con las instalaciones de nuestro apartamento.
• Vivas Glez (8/5): Ubicación genial - La ubicación era genial. Estaba muy limpio y las camas y almohadas muy cómodas. Para nosotros fue un poco rollo el que al entrar hubiese escaleras hasta la primera planta donde está el ascensor, ya que íbamos con carro doble de bebés.
