Guest Reviews
- NELDA (10/5): -
- Journey63033564200 (6/5): They screwed up our trip! - A lot of my negative is due to a ridiculous corporate policy that wasn't clearly communicated ever, but also because the La Cascada staff only communicated with us about this policy as we were already on the way down from Dallas to San Antonio. By waiting until the last minute like that they ruined the vacation.
I think I might have given this resort a 2 star rating shortly after we bought into their Discovery program in August 2025. So my review of this resort in particular is because of the sales program that takes place at this resort. I'm downgrading them because we had one more unpleasant surprise today as we were driving down from our home near Dallas to spend the next three nights at the La Cascada Resort in San Antonio. And while that's partly a screw up on the part of the La Cascada staff it also can even more be blamed on the corporate sales staff at this resort here in Williamsburg.
The bottom line is between the two of them they pretty much ruined the one free day we had of our four nights in San Antonio. Here is how that happened.
The sales people at another resort didn't tell us when we bought last August that at least at La Cascada and I presume at all the resorts, Discovery members have to spend part of their stay attending YET another meeting that includes a tour of the resort. I'm sure it also includes an attempt to upsell.
To make matters worse the La Cascada people also neglected to tell us that when they called last week to go over our reservation. No, they waited until this afternoon when we were already on our way down from the Dallas area to tell us that.
Problem is we are on a very tight schedule, because as we told them when they called last week, this is a working vacation. We will be spending the late afternoon and early evening hours tomorrow in Schertz, Texas about a 35 to 45 minute drive from here setting up a trade show. Then we will be spending all day Saturday selling at the trade show.
This particular show we have the added burden of needing to be back in Fort Worth before 2 p.m. Sunday for activities with our grandchildren.
So, that means we would have had tomorrow morning and early afternoon exploring San Antonio. But because of the corporate policy that's not what we will do. Instead we will hang out here until 11 a.m., then get bored to tears by whatever they're going to pull tomorrow and then walk out on them at noon. And then we will have just enough time to eat lunch somewhere before we go to Schertz. We would have been better off getting the hotel in Schertz that the trade show has a group rate for!
- bryannasalas (2/5): TIMESHARE SCAM!!!!!! - We are absolutely disgusted by this company, I wish I could give less than zero stars! When my
husband and I were sold this timeshare, the salesperson was deceiving and dishonest. When
he noticed that we were wearing crosses, he pulled out a bible and started trying to tie the bible
to timeshares. He then lied to us, telling us we could cancel ANY TIME we wanted to, but we
later found out this wasn’t true. It’s one thing to be a shady dishonest company, but to insult our
faith? Despicable. We have been trying to reach them for MONTHS and nobody will call or write
us back. If anybody reading this is thinking about buying a timeshare- DONT DO IT!!!! Especially
not through Wyndham.
- bobsF482DE (10/5): Excellent building and location - Excellent building and location. Their time share sales is VERY aggressive. We accepted their 3rd request with us receiving a $100 gift card. After a brief visit up front, they said we can leave and not receive the promised gift. We are a little angry about this as we changed our plans to attend the meeting
- D6593QQjoec (10/5): Very beautiful resort and beautiful city to visit - The staff is extremely helpful and the parking staff is also extremely fast getting your car in and out. The resort is lovely. I would definitely come back here in the future with my family. The place is very clean. The city is full of life and it’s beautiful. The location is amazing, right in the center of the city and everywhere is walking distance. So you don’t have to go look for parking anywhere else and waste more money on it.
- F4198JTmarcc (10/5): The Wyndham Resorts - Above and beyond and well above accommodations . Definitely would recommend highly ! It feels more a like a luxury apartment to me !
- sezelle2026 (10/5): Nice resort - Convenient location with walking distance to most places we wanted to see and eat!!! Staff were amazing!
- Jet50638477413 (10/5): Trip With Friends - La Cascada is located close enough to the River Walk to walk most places and also has a shuttle if needed. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
- jac2580 (8/5): Home away from home - We were very satisfied with the room and the full kitchen. Our stay was enhanced because of the flexibility of the resort to accommodate our needs. Very centrally located and easy to find things to do. The staff was always ready to help.
- O2200AAjoshp (8/5): A San Antonio Fave - As a frequent visitor to this resort it has become a favorite for our family. Close enough to riverwalk, market square, king William area and more. Staff is friendly and accommodating and rooms are spacious and comfortable. Looking forward to our next visit.
- marciarudzinski (10/5): La Cascada - Great Experience! Front desk was exceptional. Unit has a balcony and also was exceptional. Bed was comfortable.
- jeanbaptistechantal (10/5): Excellent experience - Highly recommended resort. Very friendly courteous staff. Very clean suites. Free Margaritas several days a week.
- Voyage24069909769 (10/5): Our Hometown - My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Club Wyndham La Cascada. The staff was very friendly from the time we arrived. They understood that we had a busy schedule and didn’t continually try to get us to schedule a meeting. Our rooms were large, comfortable and provided all we needed for a relaxing stay. The location on the Riverwalk is a great location to walk into downtown or to Southtown. Head to Southtown for excellent non-chain restaurants and bar options.
- Kelly (10/5): - My family and I had a lovely weekend. The view from my balcony was so beautiful and very peaceful. Overall wonderful stay!
- Greg (8/5): - Place was very nice the staff was amazingly helpful the only complaint/ issue I had was if ever came back I would make sure and ask for a room that is not over the dumpsters in the alley way as the trash trucks coming in the morning are VERY noisy.
- Rich (2/5): - Cancelled my reservations 1 hour before we were to arrive. Leaving us scrambling to find a new place to stay. We traveled from Indiana to Texas and got a text on the airplane of the situation. They overbooked and we suffered. Had our reservations for 7 weeks. So much stress to start a vacation.
- Sapien (10/5): -
- obashir32 (6/5): San Antonio - Hotel room was nice and clean. We were placed over the parking lot for a week stay and the noise drove us crazy. We asked for another room but they weren't to concerned with the request. Not a lot to do at the hotel, wanted to play corn hole being from the south but they were very worn and needed to be replaced. Good location and they did offer a shuttle. The staff overall were pleasant.
- Tracy (10/5): - Great property
- Milivoje (10/5): - Loved the pool and within walking distance to several attractions. It was also nice to have a kitchen.
- Terry (10/5): - Clean, great location, great customer service
- Jamie (2/5): Never stayed here - I booked this room and the day of check in the shuttled me off to another hotel. Where is was stuck in a 1 room hotel room with no kitchen, tiny beds, 1 bathroom. So ya not happy.
- wilmapm (10/5): Nice Timeshare in San Antonio - Great stay in 1bd/1ba in La Cascada for 2 nights. Unit was very spacious, huge bathroom (2 doors - from bedroom and from living room). Valet parking ($25/night), fun activities (cocktail hour, art and karaoke). Staff were very friendly and helpful. I went to owner update and didn’t get hassled to buy more points. The property was really close to the Riverwalk (nice and shaded from the heat), but we still had to walk a bit to get to restaurants/bars area. The Alamo was about a mile walk. We also walked to the cathedral at night and they had a film projected onto its facade. Do NOT cut through the parking lot next door (we didn’t see signs and the area wasn’t gated off, but we accidentally set off the “leave the area immediately” warning). Overall we had a great time and would recommend La Cascada when visiting San Antonio!
- Donna (1/5): Bad - The pictures were awesome. Was excited to get to stay there. The facility canceled our reservation at the last minute, with really no explanation. I think they overbooked. We had to scramble to find another location to stay.
- Nelda (10/5): Great - Great
- Q5534ZQjenniferm (10/5): Great Resort and location in San Antonio - The La Cascada was in a great location to walk to the riverwalk, activities, or the local HEB grocery store. It was a close drive to the zoo, the caverns, top golf, and all the things we wanted to do on our weeklong trip. The resort was so clean and the room was a great size and had everything we needed from a full kitchen to the washer and dryer. It is always nice to have a separate bedroom from the living area and the bathroom had 2 separate vanities which works great for my spouse and I. The only downside was the bed was a little hard for our likings, but I know everyone is different, so that's just my comment. All of the staff was wonderful, everyone was so nice and we were always greeted with a friendly hello as we were coming and going. We also enjoyed the margaritas and social hours they had with drinks and snacks during the week. There were a variety of activities they had during the week which we attended. Rooftop pool was small, but it had a nice view. There was a BBQ there and a couple games like cornhole and the large connect 4 game. Overall a great place for us to spend a week and we look forward to staying there again.
- ericar05 (10/5): Loved it! - This resort is right on the Riverwalk so we never had to drive. It's also walking distance to the local supermarket so we could stock up on groceries easily. And it's walking distance to downtown San Antonio so it's very conveniently located. It was very clean and spacious and the staff was super friendly. We'd definitely stay again! Only complaint was the fitness center was super small-- one treadmill, one eliptical, one bike, a few free weights. If anyone other than our family was in there, there wouldn't be enough room.
- Robert (8/5): - Liked the Condo feel, able to cook in the room,
Balcony didn't face the water/city
Parking Valet only, or find a lot yourself,
Luckily walking distance to everything, only got car to leave on our 3 day 2 nite stay
- Donald (10/5): - We loved our stay at club Wyndham. This is a timeshare style hotel, we are lucky and found it on Expedia for three nights. I loved how the rooms had a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and a bedroom. It's hard to find that in San Antonio. I am already trying to book my next stay. It seems hard to get more than two or three days unless you're part of the timeshare program with Wyndham. I would love to get six to seven nights in October. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The valets guys were very good, they had my car ready whenever I needed it, very friendly and hard working guys.
- jeanenem2017 (10/5): Fantastic Stay on Riverwalk - Quiet end of Riverwalk. Short walk to middle of downtown riverwalk. Fantastic view off back patio overlooking riverwalk and dam. Newly renovated and nicely done. Staff wonderful before and during visit. We are 80 and were not told that our week was during Final Four. What a shock. We got a text the day before we were leaving to drive to San Antonio that the City had closed the streets around hotel and they were not sure how we were going to reach them. The next day we got an email with map and road closing times. The staff kept us updated almost hourly with what streets were being closed. Staff was absolutely fantastic helping us maneuver craziness.....
- regenia (2/5): Do not waste your money - Worse experience ever at a hotel. Made the reservation paid the money. Had several texts over the next week about our trip and if we had any requests. Day we check in at 3:54 we get an email our reservation was CANCELED!!!!!!!!!!!! GAVE US 3 OPTIONS. NEVER RETURNED THE EMAIL SAYONG WHERE WE WERE TO GO. We went to the property and sure enough it was canceled and they couldnt help us. Gave us a number stayed on hold for at least an hour altogether disconnected twice. Manger said he couldnt help. Finally after losing our cool they got through to the 800 number. Sent us to another hotel by the time we drove the 3 blocks that hotel couldnt take us. And they gave us another hotel to go to. Finally got a room 3 hours later on the first floor with a homless man sleeping outsode our window and a shower that flooded the entire bathroom. For almost 700.00 3 nights. ZERO STARS
- V7218DKdawnl (6/5): Completely Settling for mediocre - So we’re hesitant to use our timeshare because of many bad experiences so we decided to stay here and this hotel had clean rooms… I will give them that, however we ask for a better view and the people were very adamant about not having anything available . Valeria and Valerie were our two people at the front desk one manager one desk reception. We didn’t get an early check-in. We waited for three hours. OK we can accept that then when we checked in, we asked for a better view since we arrived so early and they were all booked up, which I’m sorry, is ridiculous even though we came in on Monday, no rush of holiday season. And this is our view bottom line they don’t give a two cents if you’re a timeshare owner, don’t even bother.
- Ana (5/5): I am very dissatisfied with this booking. - We were unable to stay at La Cascada due to the property being overbooked. We ended up staying at a Westin on the other side of town. We were charged a lot more than our room was worth, plus we incurred Uber fees that we were not anticipating on incurring. We lost out on a lot of site seeing due to overbooking fiasco. Instead of saving money through Booking.com, the relocation cost of time and money. Beyond disappointed.
- Richard (10/5): Great Stay - Everything was perfect. Hard to turn the shower on without getting a cold spray! No big deal.
- JakeDenton (10/5): Excellent accommodations with a Great Location - On the Riverwalk in San Antonio. The venue and staff are both first class. Wonderful base from which to explore the Alamo City!!
- Vickie (8/5): La Cascada - Love La Cascada! Be prepared for alot of renovations/construction. That's my only complaint. Wish I would have know about the pool being closed, that's the reason I booked here. Besides construction, everything and everyone was great!
- Julie (9/5): Enjoyed the stay! - Great suite. Great staff. Great location. Very comfortable bed. Under construction, so some areas not available for use.
- X4113YUmelissab (4/5): Warning!!!!! - Wyndham apparently uses a third party for valet parking and they stole our belonging. Wyndham wouldn't provide camera footage and assist AT ALL. It was basically not their problem even though it happened while parked at the front door waiting to valet parked in the garage. There aren't many parking options and the fact you can't trust the third party providing the service made for a terrible experience. The valet company wouldn't help either even though we suspect it was one of their own employees. Be warned!!! Don't leave ANYTHING in the vehicles!!! Even for a few minutes! They are scumbag thiefs!!!!
- Monica (10/5): - Upscale condo like hotel that was clean, quiet and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
- VanessaC1165 (2/5): Do not book a stay with Club Wyndham - Do not ever book this place!! We booked even after reading the reviews and what a mistake! We booked with RCI exchange back on April 2024 for a week starting December 6 and just got notification that they cancelled our reservation as they overbooked again. We are flying in from Canada and have flights booked, tours booked and supposed to do a 5 km and half marathon race while in San Antonio. Now we are trying to find a hotel in San Antonio last minute. This is a huge inconvenience. We booked this place as we needed a kitchenette and wash/dryer and the location was good. Now we are looking at hotels with no kitchenette or washer/dryers for double the price. I will never book a Club Wyndham again and I caution everyone to stay away from them. Very poorly managed.
- Rees (9/5): Superb - The apartment was very spacious and had air con and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The pool was great and always quiet. The staff were so lovely and the location was great for us. Just off the Riverwalk. I read reviews prior to our arrival about rooms being cancelled last minute due to this being a time share apartment block. So this caused stress prior to arrival but once we were checked in that went away.
- Felicia (10/5): Amazing experience!! - The staff was attentive and thoughtful… Always stopping whatever they were doing to engage. We came in from a long walk on the river and they got us cold water to take to our room. Highly recommended and will definitely return if ever in the area. Nothing….
- donnalee014 (2/5): BEWARE - Booked a 2 bedroom/2bathroom suite in May, 2024 - 36 hrs. before we were to fly to San Antonio, we received a call saying our reservation was canceled due to overbooking. Our booking was through booking.com but apparently Wyndham doesn't update their availability properly which results in overbooking issues. When I called them directly, they said this happens "all the time". Had to do a last minute scramble to find accommodations even though they had our money for 3 months.
- Tim (10/5): Exceptional - Everything, great location, lovely staff, great property Nothing was fabulous
- Jennifer (10/5): Exceptional -
- jrnewdirection (6/5): Unknown hidden charges / No housekeeping - Was charged for housekeeping at the end of the stay even when they never cleaned our room or refilled supplies/ towels etc. They hit us with unknown hidden charges at checkout and said that multiple people didn’t know of the hidden charges. But then basically said tough luck you still have to pay for the housekeeping fee. Not recommended to stay , better options elsewhere.
- Medina (8/5): Very good -
- Jose (1/5): Bad -
- dauphineyoung (4/5): Family trip to La Cascada - I was placed on the second floor right about valet with only view of parking lot as guest entered. Toilet was broken the entire time and I was told I had to pay housekeeping fee but resort doesn’t offer housekeeping until after 7 days. We stayed there for 5 nights.
- kevinjK5149LG (2/5): Terrible - You can either park in the street or pay to valet your car. We valeted our car and the valet service did over $2000 in damage to our car and neither the valet service or the Wyndham will take reaponsibility. Our car had zero damage when we left it with the valet service. Makes you think twice about being a member when they won't take responsibility
Kevin J
- Stephen (10/5): Top notch - Our stay was amazing
- Marjorie (5/5): Passable - Friendly staff. The travel scam that wasted 2.5 hours of our time.
- snooplmnvm (10/5): Great property hate the timeshare pitch being a current owner. - If your new this is an amazing place. If your an owner like us. It means nothing to them, they still force you to go to a timeshare pitch and call it an update. But all they want you to do is spend 12x what you already paid for.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Horrible!!!! - Get there after a 4 hour drive and get told their was an issue with the booking and there is nothing available. Had to wait over and hour to get put in a new hotel! Half of our grocery order went to waste! Then at the new hotel we ended up coming out of pocket more $ when we were told that everything was going to be covered! 😡
- Nikolaos (1/5): My stay was cancelled the last minute without any reason. -
- Abigail (8/5): - Great location, spacious rooms and pool are was great!
- Pamela J (6/5): - Good condo-hotel, but it's not a resort as the staff calls it. Be ready for a hard-sell sales pitch that they won't let you leave without calling you hostile when you don't purchase a plan, but you've already stayed over the required time waiting to get the promised incentives and they just won't stop pushing. And, if you enjoy this kind of thing, during the presentation, you may get to watch the presenter "fake" cry! The presentation turned me off to Wyndham hotels.
- Laurie (10/5): Awesome location great area to see the In town sites of San Antonio. - There was no breakfast provided.
- Arvin (2/5): - Very disappointed to receive a cancelation due to “unforeseen circumstances” at 3:54pm of the arrival date when the check-in time is at 4:00pm. We notified Club Wyndham La Cascada a few days in advance of our late check-in. We were traveling with parents (in their 70’s) and arrived much later due to the severe weather on Thursday night. Having to deal with relocation for an hour late that night due to the cancellation is very disappointing. We were relocated to a lesser quality hotel and far from the original location.
- NASHILA (10/5): - everything was good.
- Elizabeth (10/5): - The staff were amazing!!! I would definitely visit again.
- Ardyce (10/5): - We had a wonderful time
- Dominictotino (10/5): Clean, bright & spacious! - Unit very comfortable. Kitchen was very well appointed! Enjoyed the extra large bathroom and the two separate sink areas. Enjoyed the pool!
- Nelda (10/5): Safe relaxing - My grandsons enjoyed the game room
I enjoyed the view from the swimming pool you can see all of downtown
Beds were comfy That we had to check out at 10
But I understand the have to get ready for the other visitors coming in
- Violeta (1/5): AVOID this place. Don't risk sleeping in the street and ruin your vacation. - location Dirty room, breadcrumbs all over the tables, the phone in the room did not work, the cold water was very slow, the hot water was very powerful (almost burning us), not what we expected and paid for...
Everything was reported to the hotel during the stay and when we left. Nothing was done.
Our initial reservation, paid in Dec, nonrefundable, was cancelled, refunded in the day of our arrival because this hotel works in ownership regime and if the share owners decide to come in at any time, you are thrown in the street because they have priority over regular travelers, no matter if you paid in full long time ago. Please be aware of this enormous RISK when
booking. No one notified us before arriving there about cancellation. Shocking how this is possible. No other hotels were available in that short time, because the city had La Fiesta Fair going on, so all hotels were full in that area.
Booking.com does not have this clause written anywhere when we booked with them.
So we ended up paying again for this dirty room, otherwise we would have slept in the street in a rainy night.
We called the hotel a day before and they confirmed that all is OK and they are waiting for us.
We had Very bad and unpleasant experience with this hotel.
Never will stay with Wyndham Clubs anywhere, as regular traveler.
AVOID this RISK.
Upon returning home we called the Gen Manager, Mr. Chad Michaelson and he blamed their travel reservation party, which blamed the hotel because the hotel instructs them what to do and what to cancel.
Four days after checkout, the booking.com still has our initial reservation NOT cancelled. How is this possible? Who is lying??
Something very wrong is going on and no one is taking responsibility.
We will investigate further and go public with this experience, so no one will end up sleeping in the street and have their vacation ruined, as we had ours.
Shame to Club Wyndham, La Cascada, San Antonio for treating its guests like this. You ruined our vacation.
- Jonathan (10/5): - Walking distance to the River Walk.
- Dream29087434806 (2/5): Upset Traveller - I booked and paid for two nights in Jan.2024 for a springbreak
vacation with family. At the airport to get my flight to Houston I get a message from Club Wyndham La Cascada that they have no rooms availble. I suspect that we were bumped for higher paying customers during springbreak. We found another hotel but the anxiety meter was working overtime. Will never book with Wyndham again.
- Carol (10/5): Exceptional -
- jackwA4282FN (10/5): Quality service - beautiful resort extremely friendly and helpful staff highly recommend staying here walking distance to a liquor store grocery and several attractions they also have a shuttle to the alamo area and the riverwalk
- Stephanie (1/5): Booking here does not guarantee a room will be available when you arrive - The resort cancelled my reservation less than 24 hrs before arriving from California. The reason was that they overbooked their rooms. I had to pay for another hotel before being reimbursed.
- JOSE (2/5): Reservation canceled hours before our arrival. - Our experience with Club Wyndham, La Cascada was absolutely horrible! We traveled over 1500 miles for what we hoped would be an unforgettable birthday trip with friends in San Antonio, Texas. We booked the club Wyndham La Cascada in early January and the reservation was fully paid for. However, hours before our arrival in San Antonio, we received an urgent message stating that our reservation was canceled and we would need to call a number for help with a new reservation, I could not believe… I was distraught and in total disbelief!! We had reserved and paid for a two bedroom suite at the club Wyndham La Cascada, and finding a similar accommodation would be next to impossible. I truly believe that we were bumped with the excuse that no rooms were available. Rates for the suite we had were posted for much higher rates that we paid for in January. With only hours before our arrival in San Antonio, we had to settle for whatever was available and with Spring break in Texas, the options weren’t great. We ultimately settled for a Residence Inn by Marriott. We were lucky to have found a place to stay and for this, we were most thankful. However, the unit at the Residence Inn was not comparable in size or quality to what we would have had at La Cascada but with no other options we had to settle for this, I would not recommend Club Cascada by Wyndham as they don’t hold true to their commitment, and there is lack of transparency and they lack customer empathy!
- Tim (8/5): San Antonio in early March - Nice place! Comfy bed and quiet. We did have to move due to a leaking a/c unit that soaked an area of the carpet. Then the ice maker of the unit we moved to was not working, but we were given a 5 lb bag of ice to remedy that.
- JosieWhales (2/5): Club Wyndham La Cascada canceled our reservation hours before our arrival! - If I could give this place a zero rating I would. Extremely disappointed at our recent experience. We traveled over 1500 miles from California to San Antonio for what we hoped would have been an unforgettable birthday trip with friends. We booked the club Wyndham La Cascada in early January. We had the reservation for four nights fully paid for. Hours before our arrival in San Antonio Texas, I received an urgent message that stated our reservation was canceled and we would need to call a number for help with a new reservation. I was simply distraught and in disbelief!! We had reserved and paid for a two bedroom suite at the club Wyndham La Cascada, and finding a similar accommodation would be next to impossible. Similar to another post, I saw on this site, my thought immediately was, that we were bumped with the excuse, and no rooms were available. With only hours before our arrival in San Antonio we had to settle for whatever was available. With Spring break in Texas during this time the options weren’t great. We ultimately settled for a Residence Inn. We were lucky to have found a place to stay, and for this, we are thankful. However, the experience we lived through was a nightmare!!! I would not recommend the Club Cascada by Wyndham as a place to stay. They don’t hold true to their commitment and there is a lack of transparency and customer empathy.
- ryanshaven (10/5): Great Place to Stay - Everyone was friendly, caring and very responsive. The resort was relaxing and in a great location. The room was lovely with a very comfortable bed. We truly enjoyed our stay at La Cascada and would stay there again if the opportunity arises in the future.
- Lyndy20 (10/5): Amazing location! - The location of this resort so near the San Antonio River Walk is wonderful, you can walk out the back door and be to the River Walk in five minutes. The staff were friendly and not too pushy with the timeshare sales.
- Karen (8/5): Very good -
- Cyndi (8/5): See above - It was great. I reserved a 2 bedroom on Nov 13 2023. We were at the airport on Feb 28, 2024 and I received a call saying that the room was not available even tho they called on the 17th to verify my information and reservation. The put us in 2 separate rooms. See above
- Dorota (1/5): Bad - My reservation was cancelled one day prior to trip
- Bill (10/5): Exceptional - It was very roomy very nice.
Didn’t get to use the pool but it looked great
- Tim (10/5): Exceptional - Location was great, facilities all good. Took us a while to check in as room not ready until about 5pm. But we hung out and played pool / chess.
- Kathy (6/5): OK - Pool on rooftop was cool, wish it would have been heated. Nice location on the river within walking distance to the main Riverwalk area. I wish they would've explained that on a map when you check in. We didn't figure that out until day 2. upon check in, the Staff seemed more focused on moving us on to the membership dissertation, super annoying. My bad for not doing my research b4 booking.
- Sara (8/5): - Great property. Location was perfect, facilities on point. Customer service was lovely, BUT I was just interested in staying the 2 nights as booked, bot being pressured to do the timeshare sales pitch. Valet parking service was excellent.
- Steve (10/5): Spacious room in prime downtown location on the river. Easy walk to the river walk, restaurants, etc…valet parking servi - Location; Pool; Room size and layout
- John (10/5): - Just a short walk to the main riverwalk area. Room was good size, it was quiet and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
- Terry (10/5): Great stay - My husband and I stayed here for NYE 24 for our 17th anniversary. It was a great time. There were s’mores earlier in the evening and champagne on the roof top pool deck at midnight, wasn’t expecting any of that. The staff was great, the room was very clean, valets were great, it’s a great location, just wonderful over all in my opinion.
- Cameron (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tessa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Deanese (10/5): Exceptional -
- RONNY F (10/5): - Great location
- Clara (10/5): - La habitación grande, cómoda, limpia y totalmente equipada.
- Joanne (10/5): - Great property. Great room. Nice amenities.
- Ann (8/5): It was very good with some minor issues that didn’t effect our stay. Overall it was a good experience. - Good location, clean, comfortable No food options, toilet was running and we had to keep jiggling the handle
- Jill (10/5): - The staff was AMAZING! They were professional, helpful, happy, and an absolute pleasure to interact with.
- Alicia (7/5): Had a great time. -
- Calvin (8/5): Non Owner Stay Experience - Greeted by friendly front desk and concierge. Speedy and courteous valet, cleanliness of hotel, and spacious room. Did not realize a time share vacation location not mentioned on booking.com. Uncomfortable feeling that every interaction could be a potential sales opportunity. Club Wyndham representatives are spread throughout tourist locations. I was questioned "how did I get a room without being a timeshare owner." Day before stay I provided reason for stay being a 10yr wedding anniversary. Would of prefer a room where balcony did not face the windows of an abandoned office building...mood killer did not end up using. Wouldn't take a room below level 4 if we returned.
- Jinu (10/5): Good - Great rooms. Comfy. Jacuzzi was great. We didn't have any complimentary breakfast available.
Also no drinking water was provided.
- Cody (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alberto (10/5): - Great people working there!
- Paul (10/5): - Didn’t have balcony right on the river side but very nice to sit outside at night or morning with beverages and people watching. Everyone was very nice and friendly and valet parking staff was great. Ended up sitting through a two hour presentation re: timeshare opportunity but other than that it was a great experience Easy access to river walk and Southtown restaurants and breweries
- Kelly (7/5): It was nice but would not stay again - Pool was amazing....the views from the pool was amazing! The beds were comfortable. Paying for parking ...the deposit was too much and there was no carts when checking out....oh and check out was way too early
