• Nicole (10/5): Our go to vacation spot in Anaheim when we visit. - the proximity to the Disneyland parks was absolutely amazing. And the garden walk was right next door so we could get amazing food while not in the parks. Was super quiet and the staff were so lovely and helpful. Shout out to David... nothing. It was an amazing stay. We've stayed there in the past and will continue to book this hotel in the future.

• Danielle (10/5): Excellent - It was in a nice area and it was about a 20 minute walk to the Disney Parks. The staff were very friendly and helpful. You do have to pay for parking but it is in a secured garage where your room key is needed to get into garage. Bonus there is a Starbucks in the hotel so you can grab a coffee for your morning walking to the Disney Parks. The Starbucks also is a mini convenient store where there were additional snacks and drinks. 10/10 recommend staying here!

Being asked to attend a timeshare presentation just to receive our keys is a bit of a turn off. Talking to a sales rep should be optional rather than a requirement. Parking and wifi costs were a bit steep as well. Wifi should be free this day and age.

• ovedeflal (2/5): Canceled for no reason, would not communicate - Wyndham sent an e-mail from a do-not-reply e-mail address "confirming" we had canceled our reservation, they were sorry we couldn't make it! I called the number on the e-mail saying "we didn't cancel." They said "you can't call this number, we can't help you." I said "it's the number on the e-mail." They said "you have to call Vacationshare to discuss it with them." I was like "I have no idea who that is." Turns out Wyndham lets their rental bookings be managed through a third party. They will not take ownership for the third party. I spent literally two hours on hold with Vacationshare before I gave up.

Very spacious though. Amenities were nice, although they charge for WiFi (who doesn’t have free WiFi these days??)

• lbeach2014 (2/5): Watch for overbooking problems - We had reservations for two nights (Jan 5-7) for four adults. Upon arrival, I was told that they overbooked and we did not have a room available there. They gave me a phone number to call to make other arrangements. After spending 45 minutes on the phone with the booking rep, we were offered a two bedroom suite at the Sonesta ES Suites in Anaheim, which was a much nicer property with free breakfast, pool, hot tub, etc. Worldmark knew they were overbooked and should have called/texted/emailed me prior to our arrival so we could have made arrangements sooner. After reading other reviews about similar incidents, I will not book Worldmark again.

• Vacation226377 (2/5): Mona Lisa Sales Review - My family and I had an absolutely terrible experience during the sales presentation at WorldMark Anaheim. We arrived the night prior and were staying as guests of my Sister-in-law. We were promised a "fun" sales presentation, and we made it clear to the concierge who signed us up that we had no intention of buying a timeshare—especially since we already had access through our family. Despite this, we were forced to sit through 2 hours and 15 minutes of relentless pressure from the salesperson, Mona Lisa. From the very beginning, Mona Lisa was rude and dismissive of my needs. I told her at the start of the presentation that I have medical issues with my back and would need to stand most of the time. Later, she used this against me, claiming that my standing was "bothering and concerning" everyone in the room, which was both insensitive and humiliating. Throughout the presentation, Mona Lisa constantly interrupted me and even attempted to portray my wife as someone who has to "put up" with me. She took things further while we were walking down the hallway to view a suite, telling my wife that my opinions didn't matter and that I should keep them to myself—all because I expressed that I did not want to buy a timeshare. The presentation was supposed to be 90 minutes, as promised by the concierge desk, but Mona Lisa stretched it out to over two hours, with no regard for the promise made to us or our time. We made it very clear from the start that we were not interested in buying a timeshare. It doesn't suit our needs, and we do not see any value in it—especially with the ongoing monthly maintenance fees. Despite this, Mona Lisa continued her aggressive tactics, making the entire experience feel like we were being strong-armed into a purchase we clearly didn't want. To make matters worse, after this awful experience, I spoke with manager Randy, who was sympathetic and promised that someone from the sales department would reach out to apologize. He assured me multiple times that this would happen, but we never received any follow-up call or apology. It's extremely disappointing to see that even after expressing our grievances, the promises made to address our concerns were empty. Why is your sales department so aggressive towards people who have explicitly said they are not interested? And why promise a "fun and easy-going" sales presentation if the reality is a pushy and uncomfortable experience? These misleading tactics do nothing but frustrate and alienate your guests. If WorldMark is truly the best vacation timeshare, as claimed, then such high-pressure tactics should be unnecessary.

Horrible! - WorldMark Anaheim cancelled a reservation I made in May 2024, 4 months ago at the last minute, the day before my arrival. a week after they sent m an email confirmation reminder of my reservation. I was offered alternatives at the last minute, options which I had rejected in my research. I spent weeks researching area accommodation options. After calling them back, I had more than a 20 minute wait on the phone. They ended up rebooking me to a completely different resort than the one we discussed. I am again on hold calling them back about their second botched job with my reservation. I can not believe this is happening and last minute. I have a million things to do to finish getting ready for my trip and I don't even have a reservation for my stay which I had taken care of 4 months ago. I can not think of a worse travel experience I have ever had. I have never had a reservation cancelled in this manner and at the last possible minute with insufficient time to research an alternative. When I protested they said they could cancel the reservation and I could look for another option on my own. What? I spent weeks to narrow down the accommodation that met our needs. I can not find another option on my own a day before my arrival. This is insane!

Dryer was a bit of an issue to use since the door to the closet blocked the dryer door. The lobby and all the public areas are nice and clean. Only downfall is the getting the parking pass. They are very pushy about doing the tour and refuse to take no for an answer. They also double charged my card, had to go talk to them numerous times about it. It wouldn’t be an issue if they were friendly about it. Once you say no the attitude changes towards you. I’m sure we will stay here again and I’m sure next time they will be just as pushy and annoying about the parking pass. And I can see from other reviews I’m not the only one who feels this way.
• Z57EWoscarf (10/5): Why I Loved My Stay At WorldMark Anaheim - We Absolutely LOVED our stay here at this property. We got their at about 6:00pm and got checked in right away the staff was very very nice and super friendly shout out to the Worldmark Anaheim Team they were the best. We also got a small upgrade so first of a we were VIP Members and they said we could go to up to the 13th floor they got us checked into room 1308 It was a 1 bedroom condo which is what we booked. The room was very nice and clean, there wasn't a detail out of place from what I saw. We had an amazing view of the Pool and of Disneyland It was also perfect to watch the fireworks at night. There was a full kitchen and living area with a dining table and obviously the Bedroom and the bathroom. The smell in the room was also very nice. Overall very nice room we stayed in. I would definitely stay here again I really recommend it for families even big ones they have bigger rooms like 2 Bedrooms 3 Bedrooms and Even 4 Bedroom Penthouses. 5 out of 5 star hotel in my opinion.
• Coleen (2/5): Unsatisfied Customer - My reservation was cancelled by the resort the day before my stay. I didn’t check my email because on my hotels.com app the reservation was still active. However, when I arrived I was notified that my reservation was cancelled by the resort and that they had no more rooms available for me. I’m sure they gave my room up to a potential timeshare buyer. After complaining and requesting to speak with a supervisor, which I was told had left for the evening, the person in charge all of a sudden spoke with his supervisor and had a room cancellation after expressing that my parents are timeshare owners. It was a horrible experience and I have yet to receive my refund.

• Hillary (2/5): Overbooked! - I was called 1 day before we were supposed to leave for our Disneyland trip to be told that the "Hotel overbook" and that we needed to find another hotel. We booked this hotel in January. There is no reason we should have been moved and we should have been given more time to prepare. Luckily expedia was great and helped us find a new hotel but talk about a stressful situation!

The room's location was facing a noisy street (earplugs were used) The blackout blinds were inadequate--very bright.

• C6399BFsarahb (8/5): Hide-a-bed in couch is not great - The rooms were a great size and had all the accommodations you may need. Large fridge/freezer, dishes, cups, bowls, utensils, microwave, toaster, stove, oven, stacked washer dryer, laundry soap, dish soap. The one downside for my husband and I was the couch pull out bed. We had three kids that shared the king sized bed and hubby and so shared the queen hid-a-bed in the couch. It was not great. The food options in the cafe area was pretty good. Check my pictures and videos for a peel at that. We would have packed differently had I known all that was available in that food area.

Clean, comfortable and great location. - The rooms were large and clean and comfortable, with everything provided that I would have expected (shampoo, cleaning products, crockery etc). The pool was lovely, and it was nice to be able to borrow and return towels easily. The rooftop area is very nice, the furniture is clean and comfortable and it's cool to be able to see the Disneyland fireworks there in the evenings. There are a couple of hot tubs that aren't the newest, but are very nice to unwind in after a long day. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location was great for us, very close to Disney & a variety of restaurant and shop options. Despite being close to a main road the rooms were quiet & the beds were very comfortable. Staff were friendly and accommodating, but just beware they have clearly been given a script to follow regarding getting you to go along to the pitches for buying into a timeshare. You can politely (but firmly) decline if you do not wish to attend. It would have been good for the pool and hot tub hours to be a little longer (start earlier and/or run later).

I received a message the day before my trip that I had been moved to another property, yet the property was not revealed only a case number. When I called I was given several lesser quality options and ended up at the Motel6. I would seriously consider not booking with HOTELS.COM again

• Julie (7/5): Good - Online it said we booked a condo with two rooms. One was a king bed and the other two queen beds. There was only one queen bed. Luckily we brought an air mattress otherwise we would have been short a bed. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable. They charged us for parking which was never stated in our booking. They said it just started this month but it would have been nice if we had known this in advance. Luckily it was within walking distance to the Disneyland bus parking lot so we did not have to pay for parking there too.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Disneyland hub - Great spot. One of our favorites in Anaheim. We went to Disneyland. Quick walk to the Toy Story parking lot. Doesn't cost anything to shuttle from there to Disneyland. Saved us a ton of time and money.

• Peter (9/5): Overall, highly recommend this hotel for families. Having space to spread out with teens was great. All the staff we d - We stayed in a two bedroom apartment which was great for our family of 4 (two teen boys). The apartments are a good size and ours had two reasonably large bathrooms, one with a washer and dryer which came in handy. The kitchen was very functional as we had breakfast in the apartment every morning before heading to the parks. 10-15 min flat walk to Disney and DCA and you can view the 9.30pm fireworks from the hotel roof. There is a small cafe and gift shop in the lobby and quick service restaurants (with tables to eat in) outside the Cumbria Hotel (5 mins walk) and more substantial sit down restaurants in the Garden Walk(we went to The Cheesecake Factory and a Mexican Restaurant with a live band and both were great). There is a 7/11 5 mins walk away and they have basic groceries. We caught Ubers everywhere and the hotel entrance is well set up for pickups and drop offs. We were positioned on the 4th floor overlooking the main road but the bedrooms had some amazing sound proofing because we didn’t hear any traffic noise at night. It’s an older property but it’s well maintained (credit to the maintenance department). It doesn’t have the theming of the Disney properties but it’s a fraction of the price and we walked through the Disney Hotels which was great to see and do.

We had just traveled 8 hours by car, it was late, we were tired and the woman at the counter was rude and unhelpful. We won’t spend our money here again.
• hwgots (4/5): Nice rooms, bad check in experience - I would like to start off by saying the rooms are nice and spacious. They are always clean at check in and are very comfortable. Here's the reason for the low score. I'm tired of the high pressure tactics to get you to attend a meeting after check in. I've been an owner for more than 20 years, since the days when it was called "Trendwest". I was happy to own back then. They were all about the owner's experience. Now, the new Worldmark wants to hold your parking pass hostage until you agree to a go to a "presentation". This always puts me in a bad mood knowing I have to deal with this. And not even the generic "we are sorry about..." response this will get isn't gonna help until they learn to accept no for an answer. They know what is going on in their lobby.

For starters, the customer service is superb! Secondly, the accommodations are great! Our 2 bedroom suite was clean and had everything we needed. Plus, it was very quiet which made for a great stay! We never received housekeeping service. Not a big deal, but I thought housekeeping would’ve come at least 1 day out of our 3 day stay. Maybe I missed a memo or something. I don’t know, was I supposed to hang something on the door indicating I needed housekeeping?

• Erika (1/5): Dispicable treatment - zero I had the most unpleasant experience due to the Hotel cancelled my stay, as I arrived to the Hotel ( flying in from Florida with 2 children and my husband). They gave NO WARNING! and no time to find another hotel. They said they “ Oversold” and that was it. They claim no responsibility for their action and do not care for their guests. I reserve this hotel four weeks prior to my stay. I was confirmed multiple times,that the room is available and they are waiting for my arrival. Upon my arrival they basically send me away from the hotel, that was an unspeakable behavior, and I would never ever stay in the hotel, or recommend it to anyone. • Wendy (2/5): - We were out up in a different location without notification. We traveled a long way to stay at the Windham to celebrate my daughters birthday with family and couldn’t even stay at the hotel we booked. I’d like to be contacted immediately about a refund. Out entire trip was ruined.

• Bryan (6/5): - This is a great property. Nice condo style rooms with full kitchens and washer/dryer. The weird thing is check-in, which takes a VERY long time as they try to coerce you into a time share meeting trying to get you to spend $100,000 . They use aggressive and unethical sales tactics. They tell you it will be 90 minutes, it’s easily over 2 hours. They make you feel incredibly awkward for not being an owner. I don’t think we’ll ever be staying at a Wyndham property again. It was an incredibly discomforting and awkward experience. This should be made VERY CLEAR when making your reservation. I’m shocked Expedia even books there.

• Beverley (4/5): Accommodations not maintained well. Power washing on outside of pool area for three days unannounced. Good location fo - Location Several maintenance issues. Power washing at pool for three days while we were there which was unannounced before booking. Maintenance issue with kitchen sink plugging … it was an issue that took almost three hours to fix, no hot water in ensuite bathroom shower and inconsistency in other shower. Broken door handle in bedroom, closet doors wouldn’t stay closed, pool party with loud music one evening which made it impossible to use the pool in comfort
• Laurie (8/5): - I marked ok for amenities only because there was a wifi blocker to force guest to purchase wifi from the resort. This is not safe!!! I could not access the internet to check updates or check in for our upcoming flight. same with my shuttle service to airport, nor request a shuttle to disneyland. I attempted to call spouse to check in and there was no cell service as well. As a female traveling alone with my child i found this to be extremely disappointing. Shame on worldmark!

• Heriberto (4/5): - Everything super great and everyone was helpful but we stayed 2 nights and never got our room cleaned and we were out all day leaving enough time to have it cleaned
• Amber (10/5): Excellent - I was hesitant to book because reviews were mixed, but I’m here to tell you, book the damn room. Of all the places we’ve stayed during multiple Disneyland trips this place takes the cake. Everyone was polite, helpful and informative. Everything was super clean and we were close to everything. Plus having the luxury of having 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms with teenage girls was unbelievably helpful. Definitely booking for our next trip!
