- Jean-François (10/5): Séjour très agréable - Nous avons adoré notre chambre. Le lit king size était d'un confort absolu et la salle de bain très grande. La petite cuisine est pratique. L'emplacement était idéal pour nous qui ne souhaitions pas être sur le Strip pour éviter la cohue. Nous étions tout proche mais plus au calme. La navette qui vous y emmène est un vrai plus. Et que dire de la piscine (enfin des piscines), une vraie oasis. Le divan lit pour nos garçons était peu confortable.

- valeriecV9845DR (2/5): Horrible Experience with the Sales Team - I’m not one to normally leave bad reviews, but I am going to about this one. The sales team was absolutely horrible to deal with. Extremely pushy, and wouldn’t take no for an answer. We finally had to tell them we would think about attending a meeting and get back with them just to get them to stop. We discussed it and had not changed our minds, so I texted the guy and informed him that we absolutely would not be attending the meeting and to take us off of the schedule. They never responded back, and never took us schedule, so we got a call the morning of our “meeting” from the sales manager. He was extremely pushy and rude. I explained that we already told the other guy we wouldn’t be going, and I had asked him to remove us. He kept on, and kept on. I finally just had to say, listen, we aren’t changing our minds, we won’t be there, and as I was in the middle of saying thank you anyway, he HUNG UP ON ME. Mind you, I was friendly this entire time and not once was ugly, rude, or disrespectful. I am absolutely disgusted by the behavior of the MANAGER and his staff. I understand having a job to do, but you catch more flies with honey, AND you’ll never keep clients with that type of behavior. I will NEVER return to Club Wyndham Desert Blue in Las Vegas and it’s honestly sad, because it’s a beautiful resort. I will also be reporting this man’s and his team’s behavior to corporate.
- genalync2024 (2/5): Club Wyndham Timeshare Exit - We have written 5 letters within a couple of months to Wydham, informing the company that we have a lot of concerns. But there has been ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE or Acknowledgment of our letters! This has been the worst company to deal with. The lies and misrepresentations by the sales team were the start of this horrible experience. They build it up to make it sound so good; once you purchase it, you discover they're liars and no one will communicate with you! They all said to wait at least 10 days to reach out again and I wondered why? Later, I found out that that was the period to be able to cancel the sale and NOBODY told us. We were on the 5th floor and it did smell like Marijuana next to our room. I don't feel it was the hotels fault but housekeeping did great to get rid of the smell. The hotel provided coffee social in the morning and a 3pm refreshment social which was great. I would definitely stay here again. Nothing, it was a great stay.

The pool rules are a bit strict for family. “No pool toys” even if they are simple dive toys for kids. Amenities and activities offered through the week are lovely. The activities staff 10/10! Friendly and helpful.

Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The rooms were spotless, and the pool and pool bar were perfect for beating the heat. We also loved the complimentary coffee and drinks in the lobby—such a great touch! A special thank you to Erick at the front desk. He was incredibly kind and knowledgeable during check-in, and it was so nice that we got to see him again at check-out. Truly outstanding service all around. We highly recommend staying here!

- 208patriciap (8/5): Very Nice Resort - Very nice resort with helpful and friendly staff. Complimentary coffee and juice bar in the morning and margaritas in the afternoon are nice touches. It is extra efforts like these that make resorts stand out even more favorably in my mind compared to resorts that don't bother or charge fees for every little extra activity or experience. Appreciate having a washer and dryer in the unit. However, keep the following in mind when booking here. 1. Cleaning fee charged is higher than what is posted on the RCI website. 2. We had a 2BR that advertises as sleeping eight. The most I would consider staying in this type of unit is six. That's because the beds in the second BR are only doubles (not queens) and with the overall size of the unit eight people would end up tripping over each other. 3. Resort is not on the strip so you need to take a shuttle that runs once an hour from the resort and once an hour back to the resort.

- Steve0Colis (8/5): I would definitely stay again. - Its actually a very friendly and nice resort to stay.. for my first time i was impressed from all the free alcohol drinks and free hot or cold coffee in the mornings.. complimentary valet parking and self parking to even a shuttle to Tresure Island where you can walk to the strip and high roller. It was great.

- ModernGigi2 (6/5): Nice resort but too remote - Wyndham Desert Blue is a really nice resort with comfortable units and friendly, helpful staff. We stayed in a deluxe 2 bdrm/2ba unit with full kitchen, living and dining room. Unit was well maintained and quite comfortable for 4 adults. My only complaint is the location. We do not like staying on The Strip when in Vegas but the location of this resort is a little too remote for our taste and there are absolutely no eating establishments anywhere near resort except for few options @ The Rio Resort which is a 1/2 mile walk from Wyndham. There is a small pool side snack bar that’s open from 11 am daily at Wyndham, and a small lobby market (market not cheap!) for necessities, but that’s it. No other food options on premise. If you drive here & have your own car, resort offers free parking but w/o a car, you either Uber or taxi everywhere or use the resort’s complementary shuttle that runs daily between the resort and Treasure Island and between the resort and Smith’s Market. Had there been some options for food, I would have given this resort 4 stars. As a side comment, The Rio offers a fantastic 3 course prime ribs dinner at its Luckley Restaurant for $49.99. Well worth the 1/2 mi walk to the Rio!

The property has a luxurious look and feel throughout, and the studios are large and very spacious, making the stay comfortable and relaxing. There’s no housekeeping during the stay unless you pay a surprisingly high $70 fee. The room also didn’t have an electric kettle for hot water, and no complimentary bottled water was provided.

- Karen (5/5): Just ok probably won’t recommend or stay again - The pool and grill were awesome The sales pitch was not a great experience the guy was really rude and started an argument with my partner. Made the stay there feel very uncomfortable. We had already told him four times we did not want to attend the sales pitch that he kept trying and kept trying trying and wouldn’t take no for an answer and then proceeded to be rude and ask why we even bothered staying there. In my opinion, very unprofessional.

- Brenda (8/5): Good clean location, the price was good. - There wasn't a restaurant at this location only a bar cabaña. A restaurant would have been good instead of having to travel to get food. Additionally the cabana was only open until early evening. The pool area didn't have any fans and should have some type of cooling system in Las Vegas. It was odd that the fireplace was lit,,,,

- kristian (1/5): Discriminatory treatment, denial of ADA accommodation, and being forced to leave despite a valid reservation. - Nothing. I was not able to stay at the property due to the way I was treated at check-in. I was denied accommodation despite having a confirmed reservation by the on-duty manager, Cameron. Manager Cameron refused to provide an ADA-accessible room and explicitly stated that my disability “does not matter.” I was treated in a discriminatory, hostile, and intimidating manner by manager Cameron. At Cameron’s direction, security was instructed to monitor and follow me until I left the property. No reasonable accommodation was offered at any point. The stay never started, yet charges were processed. This was one of the worst and most discriminatory hotel experiences I have ever had.

- Maryanne (9/5): Did enjoy our stay but when the shuttle ignored me running up to them at 10:30am (they are meant to leave at 10:35am) I - Loved the off the strip location. Rooms were big and comfy The sneaky way they con you into having the timeshare chat. We were travel tired and thought we were being given a tour and a gift! The $40 payment you get back only if you attend the 90 min sales chat was the only reason we went. We had no intention of getting timeshare.

The rooms were very clean and had all the equipment needed for a comfortable family stay. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. Everything was good.

- Scott (8/5): Great time - Very clean... pool is open late and during the winter. Location is good. Its a timeshare and they do try to sell you at the beginning of the stay. If its one thing I can't stand is fake nice. They should tell you about the timeshare aspect of it when booking.
- Carol (7/5): Nice to stay if you avoid presentation - Newer and clean. Secure. Free parking. Windows block noise from nearby freeway. Beautiful views of the strip. Shuttle to Treasure Island hourly. 24 hour snack food and drink room available on premises. No decaf coffee except in your room, then you have to make a full pot. No restaurant, only limited hours grill at the pool. AVOID the timeshare presentation! Lies from front desk Alejandro that it will be about an hour, low key and that he would be running it. Wasted more than 2 hours until we finally had enough and stood up to leave. It was fine for first 90 mins with Brian, then Anthony started on the hard sell telling us we were wasting money stupidly and just "didn't understand" their great deal to pay over $200K at 17.99% interest plus $500 + monthly fees indefinitely. We understood just fine. Then came the final straw when we were told to get your "free" 2 night vacation offer you would have to sign up for another presentation of 120 mins at the next property!

- Robert (8/5): More than fair cost to value if looking for large room for family - Larger room with kitchenette and walk in shower for elderly or handicapped. Free morning coffee. Friendly staff. Hourly transportation to strip. Carpet aged. No airport shuttle.
