• Walter (4/5): Sauber und laut - Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal, sauberes Zimmer, zentrale Lage. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück. Es ist furchtbar laut und hellhörig. Man hört die Telefonate der Nachbarn, und nachts um 3 und um 5 h toben sich auf der Straße Heimkehrer aus Pubs an den Mülltonnen aus. Der günstige Preis lockt besonders Gruppen junger Männer an… Es gibt keinen Salon o.ä. Das Restaurant wird außerhalb der Mahlzeiten geschlossen. Das Essen: nicht sehr abwechslungsreich, nach einer Stunde zur Hälfte lauwarm.

The staff in the restaurant were my favorite, they were so welcoming every day! And the location… can’t beat it honestly. I will definitely be back!! Nothing bad to say at ALL! It was perfect

Emplacement idéal pour le ski, pistes et location très proches. Il manque une salle commune pour pouvoir se retrouver, discuter ou jouer. Elle existe (la salle de restaurant) mais elle n’est accessible qu’aux heures de repas.

• Laurent (10/5): WE SKI - Le personnel est serviable, arrangeant. En effet étant arrivé plutôt que prévu, ils nous ont permis de stocker nos bagages et de nous changer afin d'aller skier. La demie pension (petit déjeuner et dîner) est copieuse et variée, La literie est de très bonne facture. L'accès aux pistes demande moins de 2 minutes à pied. Nous recommandons. Juste une amélioration à effectuer, même si ce n'était pas une priorité pour nous. La TV n'était pas fixée en face du lit, c'est un peu bizarre ..

Les lits doubles qui grincent et on avait demandé un grand lit et la poutre a 1,8m du sol, on s’est cogné deux fois et la poutre dans la salle de bain à 1,7 m au dessus de la baignoire idem, j’en ai la trace saignante sur le crâne ! Le chauffage qui marche que la nuit et pas qui n’est pas purgé, du coup en plus ils font du bruit et chauffent mal. 30 minutes à la réception à décortiquer la réservation booking avant de pouvoir prendre la chambre…

• Daniele (5/5): What was supposed to be a special stay turned out to be disappointing. My stay was disappointing due to the room arrange - Very good room cleaning and a good variety at breakfast. The reception was kind enough to accommodate a couple of friends on the same floor as me and my husband. We said we were traveling as a group of friends and that it would be my birthday. There were five of us. The two couples stayed in rooms with two single beds pushed together, side by side, which was quite inconvenient. Normally, some hotels place a double mattress over two single beds. Meanwhile, my friend who was traveling alone stayed in a room with a double bed. At breakfast, we chose a table near the window for the five of us so we could watch the snow falling. When half of the group had already sat down and I was already having my coffee, we were asked to move because that table was supposedly reserved for a larger group. They moved us to the back of the restaurant to a table of the same size. A detail worth mentioning: it was my birthday. I found it very poor taste to wait until we were already seated to inform us that we could not stay there. I also noticed that the table next to us had only five people sitting at it, and the table we were moved from was never used during the entire time we were there. Absurd. I have photos and videos with details, which I will be posting on Google soon. Additionally, the hair dryer was weak and old, losing power after just 2 minutes. The bathroom door scraped the floor and was completely rotting at the bottom, peeling away. The bathroom light was malfunctioning, which left me in the dark while taking a bath in the bathtub. El guarda esquís muy justo (El personal del Hotel, nuevamente, hizo lo imposible para que acomodásemos todo el material, responsabilizándose del mismo y consiguió que notásemos esta limitación)

The staff at the reception and restaurant are excellent, helpful and very pleasant. The rooms are cozy, clean, and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hotel has ski storage, which is very nice and convenient. The street is quite noisy, but the rooms are quite quiet and there is no noise from outside. We would like to express our deepest gratitude to the hotel management for their understanding and loyalty to their guests. We arrived very early in the morning at around 4:30 AM, although the hotel does not have early check-in, they accepted us and gave us a room for which they did not charge an additional fee. We only paid for extra breakfast. We were extremely grateful and now we want to thank you very much for such a warm and cozy welcome. Great hotel, highly recommended, we will definitely come back again. nothing, everything is wonderful

• Selma (8/5): Good location, ok facilities but could be improved - Good rooms although on the small side. Relatively basic, but everything was ok. Food was good and staff was great. Bathroom was impossible to keep dry. Floor was weird and puddles of water got created and did not drain. We had to use a lot of towels to try to dry the floor constantly. No curtain on the shower.

Tous les jours réveillés par le passage des clients, sans parler des clients complètement saouls qui réveillent tout le monde à 3h du matin et malgré l'intervention de la réception le lendemain ca recommence a 4h. Aucune compensation financière pour combler le désagrément. A eviter si vous souhaitez vous reposer.
• Mario (10/5): Good all around - We had a group of 19 people. We were highly welcomed at the hotel. The hotel is very close to the slops, shops and restaurants. The hotel was clean, warm, had comfort beds and pillows. The restaurant staff was supper friendly and the food was very tasty with plenty of varieties. We did received a letter note about the noise about one person of the group been loud, but I believed the horel staff did the right things as they have to look after the other residents too. On average, it was a very hood stay, i would highly recommend and i would stay again if i return to Pas de la Casa. Many thanks Mario

• Victor Isaac (10/5): Volveremos ! - Realmente tuvimos una muy buena experiencia, unos días antes hice unas consultas con el hotel u fueron súper amables y muy serviciales con sus respuestas, el desayuno estaba bueno, y tienen taquillas gratis para guardar los equipos de ski, pero no tiene calefacción dentro de la casilla.
