• Maria de las Nieves (9/5): Solo me quede a dormir despues de un evento - El lugar se ve bonito, la habitacion de buen tamaño y el baño muy bien. Limpio la cama un poco incomoda. No hay servicios adicionales como SPA o alberca o algo que lo haga más interesante
• Jade guadalupe (8/5): Vista hermosa - La recamara es amplia y cómoda, los paisajes de la hacienda son hermosos, la comida del restaurante está excelente. se puede escuchar lo de las demás habitaciones 😳 y si acaso podrían mejorar la iluminación en el hotel , llegamos cuando ya estaba oscurecido y si es un poco oscuro para los que usan lentes, pero en general está bien .

• Paola (4/5): - La cama muy incomoda y ruidosa. La television no se veia bien y tienen una variedad de canales muy limitada. Dicen contar con cafeteria o deli, no lo vimos; y el dia del check in preguntamos sobre la cena y nos dijeron que nos podian marcar en la noche para ver si nos podian preparar algo (pero dijeron que lo iban a verificar). Al dia siguiente que decidimos adelantar el check out nos dijeron que sí tenian servicio 24 horas. Las instalaciones no son exactamente lo que indica en expedia, ya que no tiene sala de juegos/videojuegos, los jardines que existen ahi son areas comunes con un fraccionamiento y restaurante por lo que no esta completamente cerrado.

• Cecilia del Rosario (2/5): No cumplen lo que ofrecen en al hacer la reserva - En casi 4 años que tengo de ser socio categoría GOLD de hoteles.com ningún hotel en los que me he hospedado, me había negado alguno de los servicios ofrecidos en la reserva, reserve 10 noches (5 habitaciones por 2 días), al llegar al hotel y pedir me indicaran donde podía estacionar mi carro, me negaron el servicio al que tenia derecho, "estacionamiento gratis", diciéndome que no lo incluía mi reservación, les mostré la página de hoteles.com donde al hacer la reserva indica estacionamiento gratis y me dijeron que no me lo podían hacer valido, pedí hablar con el gerente y me dijeron que no estaba, que se comunicaron con ella y que no podía hacer nada, desafortunadamente nadie me pudo ayudar ni en el servicio al cliente de hoteles.com

• Miguel (10/5): This hotel is a tranquil location for relaxation. - The restaurant is located next to the hotel. The food is good, so I recommend making a reservation. The service is satisfactory but somewhat slow. The menu features a great selection of Mexican dishes. The view of the green mountains is a fabulous start to every morning. The hotel is located in the forest, blending old buildings from the farm with new developments around the hotel. We were unable to explore the area or discover the old monuments from the historic farm because they are located on private property belonging to the developments around the hotel. Additionally, the restaurant closes at 7 p.m., so if you want to eat something at night, you’ll need to leave the hotel and drive 15 to 20 minutes to find other dining options.

• Victoria (4/5): Facilities great, Hotel manager attitude the worst. - Facilities are great. Most of the personnel was great. All was very well. We stayed the night because we celebrated our wedding in the property that weekend. Also several of our guests spent the night/weekend there. The facilities were great, but the service given by the manager of the hotel was horrible. We took pictures there, in the facilities, and her attitude towards us was awful; saying that we couldn´t take pictures, that the hotel was not full with our guests and so on...I mean her attitude is not an attitude of a manager, especially when you are spending good amount of money in the property, hotel + restaurant.

• Stéphane (10/5): Étape pratique et sûre - Un étape sympathique et pratique dans cette hôtel situé tout près d’une sortie d’autoroute (mais très au calme). Situé dans un quartier très sécurisé l’hôtel présente une architecture traditionnelle. Les chambres sont simples et fonctionnelles.

• Raul (10/5): Lovely wedding celebration! - The high ceilings in the room made it especially atmospheric. We loved the restaurant just outside the hotel. We attended a wedding there, so it was ideal to have the room so close. It was a lovely stay We didn't find walks to do around the property. It might be easy, but none were clearly marked.

• ANTONIO (10/5): - Un edificio viejo clásico muy bien adaptado, con el encanto de la hacienda y la comodidad de un hotel renovado. Excelente alternativa. La queja es que el restaurante esta rebasado: como también acude mucha gente a desayunar, sobre todo los fines de semana, los huéspedes debemos ir a otro lado a desayunar porque no hay cupo, y hay lista de espera larguísima. Tal vez podrían implementar otra ala del hotel para esas ocasiones, o darle prioridad a los huéspedes… algo así, para no tener que irnos… o servicio a cuartos, algo que resuelva, cuando menos una carta básica.

• ANGELICA (2/5): - Hermoso lugar, buen servicio del personal, pero las camas muy incomodas, muy malos los colchones y rechinaban las bases, pero lo peor fue que me cobraran la leña para la habitación que cuenta con chimenea y que por ese motivo es 1,000 pesos más cara que la habitación estándar. Me pareció un abuso y una tomada de pelo.
• Ariadna (4/5): - Un lugar lindo rodeado de mucha naturaleza. El estilo es típico de una hacienda. El costo es elevado en comparación con otro lugares cercanos. Todo se cobra por aparte, incluso el estacionamiento. Las amenidades son pocas y todo se escucha de madrugada.
• Samuel (2/5): Do not stay here - I wish I could give this property zero stars. It’s not really a hotel and should not be operating as such. There was no heat, no service, no taxis just an isolated freezing cold room in a strange location.

• Jose Luis (2/5): - Stay was horrible the Hotel does not offer any food service after 7pm, it’s very secluded and if you do not have a car you can’t do anything, delivery is not an option, Hotel does not have any car service, you basically you are stuck in there, taxis will charge a ridiculous amount of money to get there, hotel does not have climate in the room and there are extremely cold during this time a year, overall it was a horrible experience, they sell it as a very exclusive full of amenities and it’s NOT! DO NOT STAY THERE! ITS NOT WORTH IT

El lobby está muy simple, empezó a oscurecer y nadie prendió la luz, no hay música, el bar no tiene ambiente.... La habitación muy bonita y limpia.
