• Francisco José Arnedo Marco (3/5): - La ubicación es ideal cerca del centro histórico y es muy tranquilo. Nos cambiaron el alojamiento tres días antes del viaje sin justificación ninguna. De un apartamento amplio que reservé nos asignaron un estudio pequeño. Pedí explicaciones y simplemente se limitaron a indicar el cambio de ubicación sin justificar el porqué de dicho cambio. Tampoco dieron explicaciones acerca del precio. Nos cobraron lo mismo sin explicar el valor de cada uno de los distintos emplazamientos. El estudio olía a pintura muy muy intenso. Teniendo que dejar la ventana abierta mientras no estábamos en el alojamiento, con las frías temperaturas que tuvimos esos días. Hasta me provocó dolor de cabeza dormir en esas condiciones. La calefacción del cuarto de baño no funcionaba. Excasa ropa de cama.

• Lidia (10/5): Perfekt für unsere Gruppe! - Die Lage ist perfekt! Fenster gehen auf eine Kirche aus, niemand schaut rein. Jedes Zimmer hat eigene Dusche und WC, keine Warteschlange am Morgen. Es gab ein Gasherd aber keine Streichhölzer. Eine Kleinigkeit, die einfach zu verbessern ist.

• Vittorio (4/5): OTTIMA POSIZIONE, MA DELUDENTE TUTTO IL RESTO - Solo ed esclusivamente la posizione!!! Il prezzo accettabile… Premetto che questa struttura era stata scelta perché eravamo 3 persone, che avrebbero dovuto dormire ognuno nella propria camera ed utilizzare ognuno il proprio bagno, però: - 1 dei wc era sporco, non era stata neanche tirata l’acqua. - 2 asciuga capelli su 3 non funzionavano; - dalla porta d’ingresso entravano parecchi spifferi che causavano l’abbassamento della temperatura in tutto l’ambiente; - 1 bagno su 3 era senza completamente acqua calda per fare la doccia; - l’acqua negli altri 2 bagni, era tiepida; - nessun bagno era dotato di accessori adeguati (appendi tovaglie, bagnoschiuma ecc…); - non c’era carta igienica sufficiente per l’interno soggiorno; - ci sono state fornite soltanto 2 teli medi a testa per l’intero soggiorno; - abbiamo dovuto recuperare le chiavi per accedere alla struttura in un altro fabbricato a 10minuti a piedi dall’appartamento dove dovevamo soggiornare; - l’appartamento era pieno di rumori; - abbiamo contattato il numero del responsabile della struttura che ci ha fatto venire un “Tecnico” per cercare di risolvere i disservizi di cui sopra, con la quale abbiamo avuto difficoltà di comunicazione visto che non parlava neanche inglese, ma grazie a delle traduzioni fatte con il telefono siamo riusciti ad esporgli le problematiche, ma NON È RIUSCITA A SISTEMARE NIENTE. RISULTATO: abbiamo dovuto adattarci e convivere con i disservizi, senza beneficiare di nessun UP-GRADE e di nessuno SCONTO.

We were more than pleased with the room. The lock on the apartment door was a pain and the shower could do with a bit more water pressure.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Extremely good location! Stone's throw away from lovely Xmas Market of Old Town Square. Inconvenient that check-in is a 15 minute walk away from the apartment, but they provide free luggage storage there after check-out. Relatively clean, but no cleaning or towel changes over the course of our three night stay.

We could not find the apartments easily and when we did we were told we had to walk a distance to get key. Given we did not know our way around and we’re tired by then - we did not use the apartment at all! There MUST be clearer information given!!!!

• Jessica (4/5): Not worth the price we paid - After walking ages in the heat to pick up our keys from a random office away from the hotel we witnessed two people come in and complain about things not working in their room and not being supplied with things like towels ect. Preparing ourself for the worst as we walk back to the hotel we enter our room with a SHARED TOILET which in the features on hotel.com said it had a private bathroom and did not state the toilet was going to be shared. The room was dirty and old and the bed was a thin foam mattress. It wasn’t comfortable and not worth the money we paid. It was however in a good location.

• Marc (8/5): Klasse Apartment aber laut - Klasse Apartment, Ausstattung und Lage Top! ABER Fenster gehen direkt in eine kleine Partymeile. Mittwochs und am Wochenende ist bis ca. 5 Uhr morgens an Schlaf nicht zu denken. Entweder mitmachen oder dicke Ohrstöpsel mitbringen.
• Marianne (8/5): Great location! - The location was perfect! 5 mins from Old Town Square! The building is run down and dirty, but room is very clean and nice. The matress was very thin. You could feel the wood when you sat on bed. You.are in an room within an apartment. There are 3 hotel rooms locked behind a door with a shared kitchen (description misleading as it makes it seem like you have your own kitchen). Noise level good most of the time. Biggest issue is lobby for hotel is 15 mins away and confusing to find.!!!! You have to check in and out here. Also, 50 Euro deposit no one tells you about. The hotel overall was fine enouh that I'd stay again for locstion.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Good Location. - Location is great. Very close to old town square. The downside is that key pickup and drop off is at a location which is a 10-15 min walk.
• Melissa (8/5): Overall Great Hotel/Apartment - Overall, we loved our stay. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was very spacious, & the location was great. However, it was a bit noisy at night, but not impossible to fall asleep. We only really had three problems with the place: 1) There was no drying machine, even though the website said that “laundry services” & “washer/dryer” were available, and the sales manager argued with me about that trying to claim that the website never promised one. 2) The stove & oven are gas-operated, but there was no lighter or matches available. When I called reception to ask about that, they said there should be one there. When I told them there wasn’t a lighter in the kitchen & asked if they could bring one over, they hung up on me & never brought over a lighter or matches, so we had to spend $4 on a lighter at the closest store we could find that sold one. We left it there for others to use since the hotel didn’t supply anytbing themselves. 3) We weren’t pleased with how the hotel staff handled our complaints. They need to improve their customer service.

• Karina (2/5): Un desastre - El checkin se realiza en otro establecimiento, pero este no está contiguo al departamento está bastante alejado, lo que lo convierte en impractivo más si llegas o te vas a la madrugada, ya que lo que te ahorras en el departamento lo gastas en traslado para acercarte con las valijas a este establecimiento para hacer el check in y el check out, el asensor no funcionaba tuvimos que subir 4 pisos por escalera con las valijas y el último día la calefacción general no la prendieron por lo que nos morunos de frío.La verdad no lo recomendaría y menos volvería.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Great location - The location of the apartment was perfect, right near Old Town Square and all of the tourist attractions whilst also being on a quiet street. The room itself was big and comfortable, the kitchen is shared but that was fine. We were lucky enough to have our bathroom in our room which was great, but another room in the apartment had to come into the shared area to use theirs which I wouldn't have been happy with. The only downside is that you have to pick up the keys from a different area, whilst relatively close (maybe a 15/20 minute walk) it can be quite confusing if you don't know the area. Luckily we had a transfer to take us to both places as we got there late at night so we didn't have to worry. If we didn't have that though, I think it would have been quite stressful.
• Karin (6/5): Nice Price, central - Good stay, Nice service at the check-in. The room we stayed in unfortunately had a waterheater in the hall with no possibility of shutting the door, so it was quite disturbing. Otherwise everything was good.

The only drawback is on the description it says studio apartment, when really it is a room in a 3 bedroom apartment sharing a kitchen with the others. It is a noisy steet as there are two bars/clubs on the same street but with the window closed it is not a problem.
• Cara (8/5): Great Place, Horrible Check-In. - The apartment was nice, but the check-in process was a nightmare. After arriving at the apartment, we noticed there was no 24 hour reception as indicated by the website and email confirmations. After many long and frustrating attempts to contact management with no cell reception, we discovered we need to trek with heavy bags about 25 minutes across the city to pick up the keys at a management center. The entire process took around three hours wandering the streets at night. Besides the check-in, the apartment is spacious, clean, and very nice for the price. Also, there is no mention of this on the website but this is a shared space. Your room and bathroom is private and locked but the kitchen and toilet is shared with two other apartments.
