The bathroom door wouldn't close properly as it was broken and falling apart. There is always as deep puddle in the shower.

- Gabriel (8/5): Muy bueno, lastima los vecinos - El lugar es bueno por el precio pagado El edificio vecino es un mercado online 24Hs que produce todo el dia y todols los dias mucho ruido y muy desagradable prescencia en el ingreso del edificio. Es una lastima ya que perjudica mucho al apart hotel, esto en mi caso define no volverlo a utilizar, ya que varias noches me desperte por este motivo

Cuenta con cocina completa, espacio de estar y todo lo necesario para una estadía funcional y cómoda. El baño es cumplidor. En general, el espacio es práctico, limpio y bien mantenido. Ideal para una estadía en la ciudad. Como detalle a mejorar, había un leve olor a humedad asociado al uso del aire acondicionado (creo que se soluciona con mantenimiento). La piscina podría estar un poco más cuidada en cuanto a limpieza, igual entendible al estar a cielo abierto.

There is grocery shop downstairs that does delivery food using bikers and they are constantly riding up and down making loads of noise. Broken window , dirty and unusable balcony, broken shower head,”. The tap was installed too far from the sink and when you use the basin , the water goes all over the place.

- Menno (6/5): Nice location, but needs maintenance. - It is very well located, with easy access to buses and a lot of restaurants in the surrounding neighbourhood. The bed is comfortable and it is nice that there is a kitchen in the apartment. The hosts are also very helpful and nice, replying to their WhatsApp very quickly. There is the possibility to store luggage in their office in case you arrive before check-in is possible.. The shower was very difficult to get to a nice temperature, with a finicky handle and very small window where it wasn't completely cold or incredibly hot, and there appeared to be rust in the soap dispenser. The door to the balcony, although it is on a nice street, didn't close properly, allowing a lot of noise from the street to get into the apartment, making it difficult to sleep.

O quarto é confortável e o atendimento da equipe do Syrah é muito bom. Poderiam dar mais atenção a limpeza do quarto e banheiro. Não havia problemas seria só maior atenção mesmo. Tirando isso não teria nenhum ponto para apontar.

Personale gentile Molto rumoroso di notte: carico scarico di merce nel negozio sottostante (l'appartamento si trovava al primo piano lato strada): i camion arrivano verso le 3/4 del mattino e finiscono verso le 5. Rumori fortissimi che impediscono di dormire. Inoltre c'è un "delivery" all lato dell'entrata: rumore di motorini , musica e chiacchere fino a notte inoltrata. Isolamento acustico da migliorare

- Florencia (7/5): Muy lindo, mejorar aislación acústica. - Muy bien ubicado, lindo balcón. Una lástima el ruido que hacen los camiones al descargar mercadería en el local de al lado. Llegaban 3 - 4 am y hasta las 5 am con el camión prendido y ruidos muy fuertes al descargar el camión, que no nos permitía dormir. Nos pasó dos de las tres noches, creemos que esto sucede entre semana. Si pudieran aislar las ventanas sería un 10.

- Gabriel Horacio (5/5): - La ubicacion , las camas muy comodas la limpieza del baño , mucho olor , falta de higiene en el deposito del piso , la canilla caia afuera de la bacha el agua cuando se cerraba, falta de mantenimiento general

- Isabella (7/5): If you want location over comfort, this is your place - Location is great, tons of restaurants around. Spacious enough for two people. Very loud, could hear people yelling on the street until 3 am on a Monday night (up to the 3rd floor). Facilities feel like they could use an upgrade or renovation. Communication was not always the best. Lock on door and safe wouldn’t work. It was clean, but under the bed someone could definitely use a broom and a mop once in a while.
- Matías Bellini (9/5): - Muy espacioso y acordé a lo necesario para una familia de 5 Muchos trabajadores de reparto durmiendo en la puerta del apart, sobre el ingreso.
- Elisa (10/5): Tutto perfetto ma.. - Struttura molto bella, appartamenti completi del necessario, puliti, letti comodi, moderno. Ottima la posizione, in 20 minuti dall aeroporto AEP si arriva con un autobus diretto, e la zona in cui è ubicato l’appartamento è la migliore zona a livello di sicurezza di Buenos Aires. Per fare il check in 2 ore prima dell’orario previsto ci hanno chiesto la metà della tariffa giornaliera… ovviamente rifiutato perché non ne valeva la pena.
- Samanta Antonella (5/5): - La ubicación Tenía muy mal olor. Muy fuerte. Dejé las ventanas abiertas pero estaba fresco para dormir asi. Como era domingo no sabía a quien avisar. Avise el lunes, después de irme pero no tuve ninguna respuesta. Supongo que no les interesa.
