Arvin (5/5): - We were billed twice, first by booking.com and then by Big 12 Motel of Broken Bow, NB. Its been a week since we tried to communicate with Booking.com and the motel and still no response.

Julie (4/5): It’ll do in a pinch. - Dorm fridge with a nice sized freezer and microwave were provided. When we arrived I had to call a number to get someone to check us in. It was 105° and I waited about 8-10 minutes before the man arrived. The office was not air conditioned, so it was very uncomfortable waiting to fill out paperwork. Also, only 2 pillows per bed (flat). The room’s a/c was off, so I turned it on and waited in my car before entering. The room is dated, but mostly clean. Some stains on the bathtub.

Connie (1/5): Very disappointed in spend almost a hundred dollars to people who dose not care. - It had hot water. The bed was clean. I could park at my door. I got there to check in and know one was there had to call them and wait ten minutes. I reversed a double bed and they gave me a single by the time I got back to the office witch was just three minutes later. They already locked the office and went somewhere. So I just took the room. My son had to sleep on the floor.
Lisa (2/5): - They told me they don’t accept Expedia booking, had to pay through them. Luckily they has a room for us, and after discussion gave us rate we reserved.
Thea (4/5): This was our second stay at this motel. We will not be back. - The bed was comfortable. We reserved a room with two queen size beds or one king. We were given a queen & charged for the two queens/king. Some of the outlets didn’t work. There was only one bedside table. Only enough towels for one person. No soap of any kind. The floor was dirty at the door. There was a dirty plastic glass behind the microwave which had needed to be plugged in.
