Pésimo - Nos fue suoer mal con el alojamiento, de entrada nos asignaron una habitación diferente a la que escogimos en la reserva, las fotos publicadas no corresponden a lo que le brindan a uno, la ubicación es pésima porque queda al pie de una avenida y el escándalo en la noche el horrible, no pudimos dormir en toda la noche. Pagamos dos noches y nos fuimos a otro día en la mañana porque la experiencia fue terrible, además no nos devolvieron el pago hecho por el día que no tomamos. Nos cobraron por una noche como si fuera un hotel buenísimo. No eecomirecomiendo para nada este alojamiento Nada

EMILCEC (2/5): - El valor que me cobraron no fue correcto $536.000, me costaban tres noches y con el cambio eran solo dos noches y me cobraron lo mismo. Ofrecen un hotel y son apartamentos. Ofrecen secador de pelo, elementos de aseo y no los había, la reserva era para dos personas y solo pusieron una toalla. Hay hormigas, no hay suficiente vajilla para la estadía de dos personas. NO ME GUSTO.

Nuestra reserva incluía Desayuno, secador de pelo y plancha entre otros servicios. El desayuno está claro que lo ofertan sin darte la posibilidad de disfrutarlo. Al igual que la plancha y el secador, esto es una estafa.

El alojamiento esta totalmente descuidado y todo esta muy pasado de moda, el piso en madera está levantado, la pintura demacrada y descascarada, no tienen secador de pelo, las manecillas de los grifos de los baños oxidadas.

The front desk was very helpful and friendly. The area is safe, with a lot of restaurants nearby, yet the street is very quiet and not crowded. Drinking water available on-demand in the lobby area. The cleaning staff forgot to clean my room, even though I had specifically asked for it in the morning before leaving for the day.

Tuve quet rabajar en la barra de la cocina con asientos muy incómodos. No tienen opción de pago con tarjeta de crédito o débito.

Si volveria a este lugar.

The building manager Marlene resolved it by giving us a great room- 208- and ensuring, along with all the staff, that we were comfortable and satisfied. We can't thank her enough, top quality service. Future guests to avoid room 203 as it needs improvement to take to the other rooms standards.

heidi (6/5): It was noisy but we managed - The place is ok, if you don’t mind the loud loud noise from night clubs and loud music at night from the nearby bars. The beds were too firm. The daytime receptionist Marlén was not friendly nor helpful. She looks like she hates her job. The male nighttime staff are much better at helping you. Wifi was not working for days. The toilets were not functioning at times. Maintenance guy names Freddy was helpful. I almost left but it was the closest apartment near the area where we needed to be. Good thing is that it had a kitchen and the area was very safe.

jmiguel2cu (4/5): No good at all - This hotel is no what they say in the review. This an all building that somebody change it to a hotel, need and upgrade. The finishes in the room are horrible. The Heater for hot water work for a while while you taking a shower, after some minutes stop and you have to wait for a while to have hot water again. I personally do no recommend this hotel, better hotel Movich. The staff is friendly.
USA_Visitor (2/5): - Initially did not get the room reserved, did not find this out until later in the day when wanting to sleep and no sofa bed (which was reserved). Water heater would turn on and off so got cold and hot water as one showered. Bed mattresses very hard or old. Night staff much friendlier than in the day. Were hones, left jacket at check out but was found and returned later when realized it was left. Did allow us to check out a few hours later.

We were hoping to cook, but the kitchen had very few necessities (no cutting board, seasoning, knives, dish soap). At checkout, the reception tried to charge us a higher rate than we committed to on Expedia, but upon showing him the confirmation, we ended up paying the correct amount.
