- Wayne (8/5): A budget friendly guesthouse & area with it being away from the main tourist places - Although the property is quiet a way from the main town of Kuah its still relatively easy to get to as its only 15 mins down the main road outside , with only staying one night i went to a local restaurant ( of which there is only four ) that evening & the next day decided to go to Pantai Cenang which is the main beach resort 45 mins away so my night was taken up by relaxing , catching up on some sleep & preparing for the next day , in the morning i had a great breakfast at a different restaurant down the road ( which i will write a separate review about on google maps ) & after that their happened to be a barber shop next door which being in need of a cut , went in & i was professionally taken care by a really cool guy who i recommend you should visit , the host of the motel Chin , is a really nice person & very kind & warm , he helped me with my case up the stairs & checked me in swiftly ,, the motel is clean & there is everything you need , also very affordable ..so all in all , a pleasant stay in a pleasant area with really nice people .. nothing really , in all , a nice relaxed & pleasant experience

- karl (8/5): vicker number 1 - Well what can i say if you got a car the hotel is fine but if not its a bit away from things the jetty is 1 hour walk away and shopping and other things to do.but vicker the owner is more the helpful will bring you to jetty in his car or if need to go down town.on map on hotels.com the hotel looks close to down town but not.ias i said hotel clean great service but far from things we only stay down town cause had to get ferry to mean land.
- Cyrus (8/5): Spacious deluxe room - The deluxe room was spacious for us to put our luggages for 4 people. However the toilet is small and the toilet bowl gets wet when you shower. The TV is screen flickers.

- Heather (10/5): Nice place to stay - The room was very clean, as was the bathroom. The bed was quite comfortable, but the springs could be felt. Great owner, very helpful and informative. The area was very quiet. We arrived on the first day of Ramadan, and there was nowhere to eat during the day, unless you took a taxi to the town centre (7 ringgit, with uber). In the evening there was a choice of two restaurants.
- Yusuf Lockhat (10/5): Amazing hotel and staff!!! - I was absolutely amazed how nice our welcome was and how polite all the staff were. I felt like i paid for a 7star hotel with the service i recieved. The best part was they upgraded us to much bigger rooms for free. I would 101% recommend this hotel and dont worry about location because no matter where you are on the island you always have to travel for all the excursions so please do not hesitate to book this hotel. Very clean and nice bathroom and bedroom. I mean what more do you need!
