Guest Reviews
- Cristina (8/5): - It’s okay
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Incorrect Information - Based in your information there is an available 1 extra bed but the hotel informed us that the extra bed is not included.
Please update your information
- Shaquon (6/5): - The staff was great but the first room i was in had a rat problem then the second room the moved me into had roaches and a bad smell but the third room was ok. I didn't like the fact that for wifi you had to use a slip voucher and it was for one device, all day then the next day you have to put in a new one.
- Joven Alejo (6/5): Money Friendly But Not Guest Friendly. -
Your staff are very accomodating however make sure when you accept guests to stay on a sunday your restaurant is open to cater meals --- caused so much hassle to go out and buy food outside. TV is not what was posted on hotels.com too small for a deluxe family room. No mobile signal for globe subscribers. No room phone to make a call directly to the reception desk and we have to go up and down just to make a request. You know that we were checking in for 4 pax that night and yet two towels were only provided and that made me go down the stairs again just to request for two more towels.

- Joan (6/5): We get what we cheaply paid for - The receptionist forgot to mention our wifi password which costs me couple of bucks as I had to use my phone to contact since our room was on 4th floor and there was no elevator. During the stay, I found the room spacious however it seems the things inside the room were left untouched since way back. Also we found a dead cockroach under the sofa.
- Elanie (8/5): - Graet value for your money
- Germaine (10/5): Perfect place. - We enjoyed our whole stay.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Infested by cockroaches - The place was nice, except for 1 big problem...Lots of cockroaches lurking around, inside the room and in the vicinity until within a few blocks from the condotel. Within my 6days/5nights of stay I had more than 15 cockroaches- 1 big variant, and the rest small but equally annoying ones.
- Daryl Jake (8/5): Exp in Condotel - Nice place pero wala masyado service
- maria victori (6/5): - Room was clean ...attendants were accomodating..food was nice..only parking is terrible coz we have to pay at the nearest pay parking..also u should have telephone in your roon so communication to the front desk is easier..thanks...
- Irma (4/5): - Dirty sinks and bathroom walls
- Verified traveler (2/5): Baby face full of insect bites - Dirty room, Filty bathroom, weak shower, no heater, A/C filter dirty(cleaned it myself), dangerous dinning chair almost fell several times, worst is my baby had face full of insect bites that the owner said he is a doctor denies that its from there hotel(my baby got this at the first night we stayed) he didnt want to give me a full refund so that i could stay at a different hotel, they just give us a different room. The wife was nice but the husband was very rude.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Baby face full of bite marks - Dirty room, Filty bathroom, weak shower, no heater, A/C filter dirty(cleaned it myself), dangerous dinning chair almost fell several times, worst is my baby had face full of insect bites, one bite is near the eye that the swell was so big it almost closed his eye(see pictures). And the owner said he is a doctor and denies that its from there hotel(my baby got this at the first night we stayed) he didnt want to give me a full refund so that i could stay at a different hotel, they just give us a different room. The wife was nice but the husband was very rude.
- Rosa maria (6/5): Ok if parking space not needed - The place was clean, staff courteous but there was no complimentary bottled water in the rooms and parking space is limited to 4 vehicles only which is on a first come first serve basis. They have weekly and monthly occupants so they are the ones occupying the parking space. No space for other guests except to park along the street with the risk of being towed.
- Mark (6/5): You get what you pay for. - When we first arrived, there was a big cockroach in the middle of the floor, the porter killed it and cleaned up after it, but that set the tone for our stay. Our room had no phone, no fridge, no windows. It was basically for walls and a roof over our heads. On the plus side, the room was clean, we had cable tv, and enough storage space for our things. The hotel was a little hard to find for our taxi driver, and we spent extra time coming from the airport trying to find it. The hotel staff was courteous, and efficient. There were several cafes nearby, and their food & service was great. The hotel is on a quiet side street, but it was convenient to the main drive (EDSA) and transportation. We brought our own facecloths, which was good, the hotel doesn't supply them. The towels we nearly threadbare, we should have brought our own also. While the wifi was free, it was intermittent, and couldn't really be relied upon.
- Verified traveler (6/5): HOTEL REVIEW - Id like to start with the room, it was budgetwise good; with a good airconditioning system and comfortable bed good for at least 2 persons with tv and it was spacious enough to add an extra msttress on the floor in case. However, the location is definitely hard to find and needs more signage probably at major roads to locate the hotel easier most especially for taxi commuters and customers not familiar with QC. The cr door knob was jammed as well, i was afraid id get locked in. But overall, it was worth the stay compared to pricey hotels.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Quick stop in QC. - I booked this hotel only for a few days. If you need to be in Quezon City only, and not in Manila, it's ok. The neighbourhood is just ok. Good price.
- Verified traveler (4/5): very noisy a lot of kitchen sounds at 2am - we had to ask for fresh bedding, and towels there was no daily house keeping, the bed was very uncumfortable and the bed creaked when ever one moved
- Jasper (6/5): Private.... - The place was alright overall. The room I got was the cheapest which was complete for me: tv, closet, table and chairs, bed and bathroom. In terms of cleanliness, it was disappointing. The bed had hair and dust and also had holes in them. The place was quiet and private which we liked. There was no phone or intercom for room service so we had to always go to the front desk to ask for things especially water. The bathroom was really clean though so that was good for me since that is important to me.
Overall, it was alright for a night.
- David (2/5): Worst customer service experience in my life. - This was not the first time I stayed in Haeinsa hotel. I had previous stays with this hotel which were okay (not great, but its worth the money you pay them). But the last booking I had with them could be classified as one of the worst service i have ever encountered in my life.
First off, AIR CON was not working. That was already a big No no. When I raised my concern to the front desk, she had it checked by their house boy. After checking, they insisted that the aircon was producing cool air already, which was basically just an excuse for their lack of capability to fix the equipment. (it was cooler outside the room). We had to sleep the whole night in sweat.
To provide a solution for our complain, they offered to provide us an electric fan. When they gave us the equipment, the blades were all dusty and full of cobwebs. And they didnt even bother to clean it. When we run the fan, dust blew everywhere from the blades. There were even cockroaches coming out of it. We had to complain again for them to clean it. But the fact that the hotel personnel gave us a fan that they havent used in months and expects us to clean it ourselves is just bottom line poor service. (Maybe even a little stupid)
The room we were given had an extra door which leads nowhere. It's just a door to access the back of the aircon. The area outside the door had cockraches.
Lastly, at night, we can hear loud drippings from the other aircons from the top floor.
To summarize, find other hotels.
- Dewi (10/5): - The stay at Haeinsa is always very good. Its the 4th time I've stayed there and once again it has proven to be an excellent time there.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice hotel on a crappy back street - The hotel was fine except for a few irritating things.
1) Room didn't have towels and desk didn't answer the phone. So I had to get dressed and hike down (no elevator) to the lobby for towels.
2) Room was dimly lit.
3) Bathroom didn't have a shower stall. The whole room was a giant shower stall. So my dopp kit on the sink got wet.
4) No soap provided.
- Erma (10/5): Clean - Nice and clean
- Jimmy (2/5): - Network from globe and smart didn't work the data, wifi was low . No elevator. Messy lobby.
- Michel (4/5): hotel en ville - Très mauvais
il fallait prendre le taxi en permanence.
pas de fenêtre dans les chambres
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Short distance fr NKTI, good for nurses attending seminar
- David (6/5): Good value & large rooms - Good value but reception staff needed better training . Didn't follow up with wake up calls or room services. Not an area to walk around at night.
- Albin (4/5): Meh - Nothing special. Wifi is really slow. And you need to get a new voucher everyday for the wifi.
The food is good and cheap.
Aircon is badly located close to one side of the bed.
Location is close to the highway which means a lot of sound during the night and day. And to cross you need to go to a overpass or 5 crossroads after eachother which is tiring after a while.
- Anj (8/5): - A nice place to stay that fits the budget. Safe, clean, well organized and friendly staffs..
- Verified traveler (4/5): expectation vs reality - window door is broken, phone is also broken. we have to go down to the reception to order food. security guard is very lax, anybody can enter the facility whether they are staying or not..
- gordon (8/5): Nice hotel - Excellent but for WiFi needed to get reconnected ever few days and no cable TV in room
If for those 2 things I'd give %100
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice room and helpful staff - Considering the price of this hotel, we were very happy with the cleanliness and the appearance of the room. The room had a nice sitting area and a strong WiFi connection. The restaurant in the lobby offers lots of delicious Filipino food at good prices. Also the staff members were really helpful!
- Verified traveler (2/5): 最悪ホテル - ベッドは汚れたまま、ゴミは散乱、部屋も汚い、とても宿泊出来ないので飛び出しました。もちろんお金は全く返す気配も有りませんでした。
- Pin Jui (10/5): Great experiences - The room is clean and comfortable, and the staff is kinds, there was a 711 and MRT nearby , and in this area , there is a lot of bar, you can enjoy the night life here.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Comfortable and relaxinf
- Mabel (8/5): Close to bus terminals - I booked this hotel for a seminar I had to attend to from 16th to 18th of March. There wasn't any problem during my stay here and all the staff were very helpful and accomodating. I arrived late on the day of my check in and I was greeted with a smile. Would book again if ever I have to attend to another seminar nearby :)
- Roberta (6/5): Near LTO - It is ok for the great price.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Comfy stay - We had a good stay. Great food at their restaurant too. Only complain is their pillow. It looks dirty. very near to the bus terminal. Will come back again.
- Lamorn (6/5): An ok family place - The Condotel was located just off one of the main streets (a short walk). Check-in took about 15 minutes to complete. There are no elevator in this condotel, but was not much of an issue considering that I had a room on a lower floor level. Entry is gained via key card which is pressed again the locking mechanism. Power is supplied to the room using the same key card inserted in a slot on the wall near the door.
The room was very spacious. To the right of the door is the cabinet for storing clothing, with a small shelf next to the cabinet for storing shoes. To the left across from the cabinet is the entrance to the restroom with a western style toilet. The toilet was not working (did not flushed), Also note that the phone didn't work (neither did the replacement wall phone
Past the restroom is the main space containing the queen sized bed and the LCD television on the wall across from the bed. On the wall outside of the restroom was a mid sized cabinet. To the right of the cabinet was a wall sized mirror, and next to the mirror was the (non functional) wall phone. The bed was spacious and comfortable. There is a restaurant onsite, but I didn't use. There is a selection of restaurants near the Hotel with in walking distance.
I would use this hotel again just for the spacious room size and courteous hotel staff, as well as the restaurants near by, but am leery of the neighborhood.
- Lyan-Rose (8/5): - It was good. I was able to sleep :)
- Verified traveler (6/5): - It was good but not great. The toothbrush and slippers in the room were not in good condition. The room was comfortable but there was no hangers in the cabinet for clothes. The staff were nice and the food also taste good relative to its price.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Wonderful stay at Haeinsa Hotel !! - I had a pleasant stay at the hotel for 3 weeks. staff are very courteous and friendly. Divina was specially helpful and patient dealing with my issues and were able to solve them. I will comeback again in the near future..Thanks Haeinsa Staff !!!
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice Hotel -- Block from Highway - Thenhtel was nice and clean. It is in a good location to travel around the city. The staff is experienced and treats people well. The security man is always around. They only close the front desk for a few hours. US Television, WiFi, Private Bathroom. I had a good experience.
- David (10/5): affordable, Clean Family place! - Family friendly place. I always consider staying here instead on those popular motels. Cheaper, cleaner, the rooms are much bigger, nice front desk personnel. over-all, very good hotel. This is the cheapest that is cleanest near Qc.
