Despite me wearing suitable cream and burning citronella sticks I was still bitten. In and outside the hotel. In fairness, I think there are more Mozies in the General area. They seem to favour Falang blood as apposed to locals. See above.

The location was perfect - close to everything we wanted to see and do. For a budget stay, you absolutely get what you pay for and more. Clean, convenient, and worth every cent. Highly recommend for travelers watching their wallet!

Not too far from railway station( just walkable ) and supermarkets and food stands close by . Nice bakery opposite for breakfast . Pleasant staff. Missed having a kettle or hair dryer. Rooms are not serviced but this didn’t matter to us on a short stay. Not a criticism but alert to future guests that the entrance is not where it looks on Google ( up steps) but to the right on street level.

• Tan (2/5): Very poor - Convenient location I stayed there for 7 days but housing keeping was done only once on 2nd day after two reminders . For the rest of my stay the room was not cleaned although I hang the 'Make Room' tag. No changing of towels, or refilling of soap. I had to buy my own soap. The housekeeper was around most of the time busy ironing or sitting at a corner in the office. Very poor service. Will not recommend this .

• Thorti62 (7/5): Good for a short trip to Hua hin or a rental for a long stay.... - The Rooms are clean with enough space, in the lobby you're find a coffee bar, with coffee for free. It's close to the Soi 88 - 94 area.Here you find dozens of restaurants, street food and by the way an incredible mass of bars around there, in my opinion too much.The best thing is you rent a Motorbike. Yeah.... don't wait for service, only one time a week somebody came to clean the rooms. If the bin is full you bring themselves out to a trash bin at the hotel.

Easier to get local breakfast and a mart is just at the entrance of the alley. I arrive very late at night, but the staff is thr waiting( im sorry to awake her up) Water refill machine and coffee are available all the time. And the decorations is warm and welcoming The floor is a little bit sticky, and no lift. Have to climb up the stairs to lever 2 and above
