• Estela (10/5): - This apartment is in a good location if you prefer the "quieter" side of the city. This is located on a part of the beach that has great walking areas and beaches but not on the main street so we preferred it. The apartment itself is beautifully updated and had everything we needed. It does not have an elevator so we walked up 3 short flights of stairs but not difficult. The staff was amazing, great communication. Such a welcoming little beach side city. This unit is literally steps from the beach! We loved it!
• David (10/5): - Spacious well equipped and comfortable apartment. Lovely terrace with a large electric sunblind. Beware apartment is on floor 4 and there is no lift.

I was also very walkable to the train station when we wanted to venture into different cities. The hosts were very quick to respond when we had any questions or needs. We would absolutely stay here again if we ever end up back in Spain!

This apartment is perfect position on beach front with great views. Got all equipment you need for self catering. Clean. Very easy entrance to the apartment with touch code access. Position of the apartment is in a quiet location.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Dissapointing stay with No lift and No reception - It is a quite disappointing holiday stay. I paid premium price for a sea-front apartment in Dec, looking for the exotic and free-fly feeling, after the dreadful Covid lockdown. I was amused by the photos and the views, so paid nearly twice of the normal 3 star hotel price for this apartment. The two days experiences are full of unexpected drama. List some facts: 1) No lift & No reception. HOTEL.COM SHOULD LIST THIS CLEARLY IN THE WEBSITE, AS YOU CHARGE EXTRA 15% BOOKING FEE FOR THIS! The steps are narrow and steep; you need to ask staff to come to help you, which you MUST book upfront, and not outside their working hours. 2) No 7/24 hours support. They only work from 10-7pm Mon-Fri, 11-3pm working days. So if you arrive outside those hours, you need to figure out everything yourself. Telephone is possible sometimes, but not onsite support. You are asked to check in online upfront, pay with credit card, with your home address, and later check out online. Most communication will be done through Whatsapp during working hours. 3) Appliance breakdown. None of the appliances have use manual or help note, so you need to try your best luck to figure out the how to use them. I suffered several electricity and kitchen appliance breakdown, including the strange flash of lights, fuse-box jump off, oven/kettle/microwave/coffee machine stop working. It all happened in the evening or early morning, therefore nobody can come to help you. I really felt very nervous and desperate at that time.
• Richard (10/5): - Love this beachfront location. Easy access to shopping and restaurants right outside the door. We have stayed here four times over the past few years, so yes, we would come back :) Might add that some improvements have been made with regard to furnishings since our first visit.

Excellent location with many great restaurants right there. Get the Batatas Bravas at El Indiano. Property can assist with many different excursions or rentals. We did the photo shoot which we enjoyed tremendously. The photographer, Amanda, was a joy to work with and very flexible and responsive. I highly recommend. All in all we wished we could have stayed longer. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Sitges.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - I liked the location which was on the quieter beach of sitges but within easy walking distance of all the restaurants, shops and railway station. verlooking the beach at the front and pleasant gardens to the rear. Also a very light and airy apartment. The decor is very light modern and gives the seaside feeling. I think the second bedroom would be better with a blind or curtains which blocked out more light as very bright from sunrise onwards. The bed set up as a double needs a mattress topper to prevent sleeping on the join in the middle.

• Daniel (10/5): Stunning! Couldn’t be better! - We had to extend our stay in the Barcelona area after our car got broken into and we had to await repairs. My wife and children wanted to get out of Barca as they were a little traumatised and we chose Sitges. First of all, what a beautiful little town 30mins from Barca. We found this place and booked it and certainly didn’t regret it. Absolutely stunning, hi end apartment overlooking the sea, a stones throw from the beach. The attention to detail in the place was second to none. The beds were uber comfy, the kitchen had all utensils and things we needed and the children loved it. Please don’t give this place miss, if you’re going to Sitges, this is where you’d want to be for an awesome stay! 10/10!!

• Adrienne (10/5): Beachfront lovely 💙 - It was an amazing place right in the heart of beachfront, overlooking the sea. We had two apartments both were lovely - bright and beachy - just perfect. One had a roof terrace with a dining table and incredible views. The people who run it are super nice and very helpful. Sitges is great too - lots of restaurants, shops and a lovely walk by the beach.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Penthouse suite overlooking sea - A very nice apartment next to the sea in the quieter San Sebastian area. Being penthouse was top of the building up 69 stairs and no lift. Very large roof terrace and modern furnishings.
• Debi (10/5): Great location - Great view over San Sebastian beach and the town. Up a few flights of stairs, but it keeps you fit. The bed is very comfortable and the apartment is very clean. We had the penthouse and the sun terrace was amazing, especially when there was a great thunderstorm. The only downside was we ordered a taxi with reception and it didn't turn up. The out of hours team gave us a another number and it was soon sorted. Would definitely stay with the group again.

• Ka Kei (8/5): Comfortable with small issues - It was good overall except a bit of leakage problem with the sink in the bathroom that causes a pool of water on the floor. The shower head is also broken so when these are fixed it's nearly perfect.
• Mickdevil (10/5): Excellent - Have stayed in many Sitges hotels and apartments. This was by some way the best. The location is terrific - right on San Sebastián beach with amazing views. It's a great beach and whilst just a short walk from the main nightlife of town it makes for a quiet and peaceful night. Anna and the team at Sitges Group were professional and friendly, and the apartment was well appointed, clean and well decorated in a fresh and modern style. Would most highly recommend.

• Peter (8/5): Room without a view - Initially rather disappointed as I thought I had booked the apartment with a sea view. The apartment we were allocated was a shortish walk uphill from the front which might be a problem for the elderly or those with small children. Apart from that the no complaints regarding equipment level, room sizes etc. The air conditioning could have been better as it only really cooled the living room area. The office staff could not have been more helpful when asked to help out arranging taxis and giving local information. Overall a very pleasant week in a lovely resort.

The bathroom had a bit of an odd smell as the week progressed which suggests the plumbing might need a look but - honestly - I would go back tomorrow! The staff were great throughout - good communication by email and in-person, very helpful with advice about the area. Sitges is a wonderful place and we could not have chosen a better place to stay for our trip
• Richard (10/5): Paradise - We love this apartment so much that we extended our visit an additional four days! The living/dining room combination faces the Caribbean, direct beach front. The maps on your website is incorrectly showing a location on a corner about a half of a block away. Love the beachy decor. Having two bathrooms is beyond wonderful. Very well stocked kitchen, complete with electric juicer and Nespresso machine. Even has a dishwasher, and a washing machine which came in very handy. After walking the entire Sitges beach, we determined that we do indeed have the very best location. Our "side of the church" still has the "action", but a bit quieter in the evening than the other side, which has more bars, music, etc., but is just a short 1 to 2 minute walk away. We are still here. It is so peaceful right now looking out over the sea. We have two balconies with glass doors looking out... We don't want to leave! Customer service has been fabulous. I can't say enough about the wonderful ladies of Sitges Group. We plan to return and stay here again. If you need wi-fi, (actually a working vacation for us), it was fast - great connection, no issues at all. Also a great central location for visiting surrounding areas. Short train ride to Tarragona to visit Roman ruins, and up to Barcelona, as well. We will return!!!

• Jay (10/5): Great terrace view and location - We stayed for three nights in late September and it was the highlight of our two week trip to Italy and Spain. The location is perfect with several good restaurants on the promenade below. The seventy stairs were a challenge with heavy luggage but the apartment is worth the climb! The apartment was clean and spacious and the kitchen well equipped. The best feature is the big, covered terrace and the fantastic view of Sebastian Beach. Several good restaurants are close by. Try Sitges 33 and El Trullo.
• whitehorsehill (8/5): Amazing location and view - great staff - Positives - location 10/10, staff lovely and helpful, view to die for. would certainly come back Negative - only nagative (aside from 4 floors of stairs!) was the strange man next door. when on the terrace he kept looking through and made our stay a little weird. this gap should be blocked off to make sure it is private. we stuffed towels in there

• Tariq (10/5): Excellent experience and a fantastic holiday - We had a fantastic time staying at Sitges Group apartments ( San Sebastian). staff were really helpful and accommodating. They gave us a mobile number which was available 24 hours and we could call them any time! Our kids really enjoyed having so much space in the apartment and comfortable beds! The kitchen facilities were great and we didn't need to eat outside as we could cook whatever we wanted! There was a washing machine as well which we could wash our clothes and reuse!
