Toine (6/5): Matig value voor money. - Mooie lokatie en goede geupgrade badkamer. Onvriendelijkheid bij vragen over airco hetgeen sfeer verpestte. Kleine kamer met bij elke beweging enorm krakend bed en matige verlichting. De verlichting op de gang naar de kamers knippert. Veel te duur voor hetgeen men krijgt.
jasmine (5/5): Für eine Nacht ok. - die aussicht...die möglichkeit im bad die heizung zu benützen. Küchengerüche , von frittieroel bis in die nacht und am morgen der geruch von Frühstück. Der Hahn und das Hundegebell am morgen. Keine Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten. Kleine Fenster. Parklatz in der nähe.

The restaurant was good but 3 things which I would have liked to order were for two people only. They take pets which was helpful as I was travelling with my little dog. There were no extra blankets and the summer Dover was thin.

Stefanie (10/5): Sehr schönes Hotel mit einer tollen Sicht auf den See - Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist sauber und es gibt einem tollen Aussenbereich. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker. Frische Brötchen, frisch gebackene Eier, frisches Obst und sehr leckerer Kaffee. Das Restaurant im Hotel kann ich auch empfehlen. Leider waren die Zimmer etwas hellhörig, somit haben wir den einen Nachbarn husten gehört und auf der anderen Seite schaute man recht laut TV.

Kerstin (10/5): Es war wunderschön wir haben verlängert und kommen wieder und würden es weiterempfehlen - Die Lage ist super mit Seeblick, Frühstück sehr zufrieden etwas mehr Auswahl wäre gut , gesehen das wir auch die E- Bild mitbringen hätten können , das auseigene Restaurant war top ,schade gab's keine Pizza; vielleicht das nächste mal, und das Personal sehr sehr freundlich Nichts ausser Aussage Frühstück

Non può mancare pranzo o cena alla Trela, ristorante a cui può accedere direttamente dall’hotel. Piatti tipici e non della tradizione, preparati con cura e amore, semplicemente squisiti.

Heidi (5/5): Enttäuschend - Die Umgebung war sehr schön Das Zimmer war sehr klein ,Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht richtig,da sich die Fenster nicht richtig schliessen liessen. Bei Regen hatten wir eine Überschwemmung im Zimmer,der Fussboden stand unter Wasser und das war sicher nicht das erste Mal,der Schrank liess sich nicht richtig schliessen,er war verzogen. Man sagte uns,dass wir bei Regen den storen schliessen sollen.wir verlangten ein anderes Zimmer,was wir auch bekamen,leider nur für zwei Nächte sodass wir zwei Tage früher abreisen mussten. Leider gibt es in den Badezimmern keine Ablage Flächen, auch in den Zimmern gibt es keine Garderoben.

Marem (7/5): Schöner Aufenthalt im Hotel - Schönes Zimmer, leckeres Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal (im Hotel selbst) Die Mitarbeiter*innen im zugehörigen Restaurant waren leider nicht besonders freundlich, man wurde fast nur ignoriert, kaum angeschaut und auch nicht zwischendurch gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Brotkorb wurde bei der Vorspeise kommentarlos wieder vom Tisch genommen. Das Essen an sich war aber ganz lecker!

We had been looking for a hotel for four hours, but none were available and it was impossible to get in touch. The gentleman named Mario who greeted us was incredibly kind and welcoming. He speaks German, English, French, and I assume other languages as well. We had clean and comfortable rooms, and the mountain water in the fridge was delicious! I took a shower that was very relaxing and felt wonderful! The view is magnificent, and the air is incredibly clean. I highly recommend it! Many thanks from the whole family. By the way, the hotel dog, whose name is Black, is super friendly.

Antje (6/5): Die Lage ist toll und die Nähe zum Comer See ist gegeben. - Die Lage ist sehr gut und der Blick auf den See ist toll. Das Zimmer war ansprechend, Frühstücksraum und Rezeption aber in die Jahre gekommen. Die Pizzeria im Haus ist empfehlenswert. Das Ambiente im Frühstücksraum war nicht so ansprechend.

Czysto i ciepło. Śniadanie bardzo dobre. Świeżo wyciskany sok pomarańczowy i wyśmienita kawa robi rano robotę. Polecam ten obiekt. Nie ma takich rzeczy.

Aber es gibt ein ausgezeichnetes Frühstück mit reichlich Auswahl, frischem Obst, frisch gepresstem Orangensaft, Eierspeisen u.v.m. Das Frühstück war mit sehr guten, regionalen Produkten und echt gutem Kaffee. Das hauseigene Restaurant fürd Dinner ist gut. Im ganzen Haus freundliches Personal. leicht muffliger Geschmack im Bad. Die Heizzung war italienisch (Mitte Oktober noch nicht eingeschaltet). Es ging aber gut so.

Hanne (8/5): Fint hotel - God beliggenhed i tilpas afstand fra vejen. Ikke langt at gå ned til søen. Vi havde fin udsigt over søen fra altanen. Gode stole på altanen. Vi fik rigtig god mad i restauranten . Der manglede lys på altanen om aftenen. Men vist kun på vores. Det ville også have været dejligt med et lille bord på altanen, f.eks. et der hang på altankanten da der ikke var meget plads.

Margot (9/5): - Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon und einen schönen Ausblick auf See und Berge. Das Zimmer war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Es gab ein tolles Frühstück mit frisch gepressten Saft, Rührei, verschiedene Wurst-, Käsesorten und einem sehr guten Kaffee. Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
