• DiazPampa (10/5): Excelente!! - Rocco súper atento para brindar todo tipo de información. La ubicación perfecta para recorrer y vivir la historia de Matera. La cocina súper completa y equipada para poder cocinar. Las camas y los baños muy cómodos. Solo agregaría unas cortinas en las literas para poder tener un poco más de intimidad, y una pequeña luz en cada cama , para no molestar al resto cuando alguien llega tarde
• Nathan (7/5): Basic, overpriced stay - Location was great and staff were friendly. The lockers are big enough for large backpacks. The beds don't have lights or charging points and there was a lack of privacy as the beds don't have curtains. There are also no walls separating the beds and common room and kitchen. Kitchen and bathrooms can't be used from about 10:30-1:30pm for cleaning and then the kitchen can't be used from 8pm. The blanket provided was very worn and didn't come with a cover, just put on top of a sheet.

Cependant je ne comprends pas la note de cette auberge, je suis désolé mais la propreté n’est clairement pas au rendez vous et les lits sont sales et n’ont toujours pas été traité contre les punaises de lit … il faut absolument que l’hôte fasse quelque chose.

También el espacio de las camas muy limpio, las sábanas planchadas, todo muy bien. Todo estuvo bien, solo agregaría cortinas en las camas para tener mas intimidad, ya que el hostel es todo un solo ambiente, con todas las camas juntas y son aproximadamente 20 camas. También agregaría enchufes en cada cama para poder cargar el celular. Pero todo muy bien la verdad. Yo fuí en temporada baja y éramos solo 2 personas.

• Ventura (7/5): - La ubicación era buena y nos atendieron super bien. El hostel no se ve como en las fotos. Nosotras nos quedamos en la habitacion privada y estuvo bien. Pero los espacios compartidos eran pequeños, sin luz natural y se sentía un poco encerrado. No había casi cubiertos, solo una cuchara en toda la cocina.

• Mirco (9/5): In centro a Matera - Posizione centralissima a ridosso dei sassi, in zona Ztl solo dalle 20:30 alle 24 per cui si può accedere per carico/scarico. Parcheggio a pagamento in strada parallela a 200 m oppure 5 Min a piedi ancora più lontano si trova gratis. Bella stanza doppia con bagno privato ricavata nei sassi, soffitto a volta, unica stanza privata dell' ostello. Comodo l' uso cucina dell' ostello ma solo fino alle 20, un po' prestino. In. Cucina non ho trovato apribottiglie. Stanza senza TV. Stanza con soffitto caratteristico a volta ma molto basso per cui calda ma senza condizionatore, per settembre è andato bene lo stesso il ventilatore in dotazione per i mesi caldi credo sia un problema. Stanza proprio sopra ingresso dell' ostello e fronte strada per cui non silenziosissima

• Raúl (8/5): Ubicación y precio razonable - Ubicación y atención del dueño, que nos permitió dejar valijas luego de checkout..las sábanas limpias dada en el momento, cocina muy equipada y limpia, funcional.. muy buenos muebles y wifi bien. Es la segunda vez que voy, volvería sin dudas Que no hay personal continuo , ante eventualidad o gebte que no cumple normas (cocina y ruidos a cualquier hora) no había nadie para que les pare ..levante caro para ser un hostel de habitación de 18 personas..y no tenía enchufe ni luz en las camas ..en gral muy bien

• AYA (9/5): またマテーラに行くことがあれば、ここに泊まります！ - フレンドリーで、親切なスタッフさん達で、安心して泊まることができました。 シャワー、トイレなどの設備も新しめで、快適でした。 水やお菓子が買える自動販売機が設置してあって、価格も安いので、助かりました。 そして、サッシにも近いのが最高でした！ ベッドにカーテンなどは付いていないので、ちょっと落ち着かない感じでした。 でも、価格が安く、泊まっている人達もマナーが良い人が多かったので、あまり気になりませんでした。

• Victoria (2/5): Chinches y un calor asfixiante - La ubicación y la inicial amabilidad Me comieron los CHINCHES!! Otra gente no podía dormir del CALOR INSOPORTABLE!. Este hostel me amargo el viaje teniendo que ir a la farmacia y sufriendo picores toda la semana. A las 3 de la mañana me levanté con muchos picores y al salir de la cama había chinches. Me tube que duchar y desinfectar y me pasé la noche sentada en el sofá. Otro chico acabó en el sofá porqué estaba asfixiado de calor al dormir en la zona de más al fondo. Cuando le envié un mensaje al del hostel no sé responsabilizó, se limitó a decir que lo sentía. Adjunto fotos. Hace más de una semana y aún no sé me ha ido, sigo con el tratamiento.
• Karolina (3/5): Avoid if you can. And if you can’t – bring patience, nerves of steel, and friendly fleas. - Pros: The location. It’s excellent – right in the old town, with easy walking access to everything. And that’s where the pros end. Cons – which is basically everything else: Let’s start with the fact that the photos are a complete catfish. Nothing looks like that in real life – it’s neither cozy nor tidy, and everything feels cluttered. I honestly don’t understand how it has an 8.0 rating – it’s shocking. There are 18 people sleeping in a room that feels more like a hallway than an actual room – there are no doors, just a thin curtain separating it from the living room. If you’re expecting even minimal privacy (which is normally a given even in basic hostels), you won’t find it here. Cleanliness is also a major issue. Sure, it’s not only the owners’ fault – the guests we encountered were… quite something. Don’t be surprised if you find strangers passed out on the couch – the front door is left wide open all night, and the only thing separating you from the street is that flimsy curtain. Honestly, sleeping in a tent would feel more secure. Cigarette smoke at night is also not a pleasant bonus. Power outlets are still in very short supply. And yes – bed bugs. Or something. After two nights, we were covered in bites and couldn’t stop itching. The sheets were clean, but trust me – you do not want to see the mattress. So, whether that’s a plus or minus is debatable.
• Belen (8/5): - La atención de Rocco es muy buena, la ubicación también lo es. La máquina expendedora es muy útil. Tuve dos problemas en general. La primera es que como mencionan deberían poner enchufes cerca de las camas, pero no las tiene. La segunda cosa que es lo que hasta el momento estoy padeciendo (3 días después de mi reserva) es que siento que los colchones tenían chinches porque tengo todo el cuerpo brotado desde la mañana que desperté allí. Si bien he visto que la limpieza es exhaustiva, algo de esa noche me dio una reacción alérgica importante.
