• Andrea (1/5): Pavimento scricchiolante, accessori cucina arruginiti, sporcizia, letti scomodi e duri, doccia mini - Niente L'alloggio si è rivelato non idoneo all'uso ricettivo e, in diverse aree, palesemente non a norma. Di seguito si elencano le principali e inaccettabili criticità riscontrate: • Grave rischio per la sicurezza (Tubi del gas): All'interno dell'appartamento erano presenti tubi del gas esposti, una condizione che a nostro avviso viola le norme di sicurezza basilari e mette a rischio l'incolumità degli ospiti. • Struttura pericolosa e non a norma (Soppalco e scale): L'appartamento presenta un soppalco che appare completamente fuori norma. Inoltre, uno degli scalini della scala d'accesso al soppalco è strutturalmente rotto, con il gravissimo rischio di provocare cadute, infortuni o distorsioni agli ospiti. Una situazione del genere, resa ancora più inaccettabile dal fatto che la struttura pretendesse di ospitare persone in queste condizioni, rappresenta un pericolo oggettivo. • Problemi di accessibilità e infissi: La porta d'accesso principale è difettosa; l'apertura e la chiusura risultano estremamente difficoltose, compromettendo la sicurezza stessa degli ospiti. Inoltre, l'accesso al bagno è fortemente ostacolato dalla disposizione degli spazi. • Condizioni igienico-sanitarie e dotazioni obsolete: Il tostapane in dotazione nella cucina è completamente arrugginito, rendendone impossibile e insalubre l'utilizzo. • Servizi igienici inadeguati: Il box doccia ha dimensioni ridottissime (circa 50 cm x 50 cm)

Og så var der ekstrem meget støj fra vejen og toget. Gardinerne kunne ikke nå sammen, så dem satte vi sammen med en hår clips. Persiennerne inden under var så bøjede, at det var en ringe hjælp

• Alice (3/5): Lo sconsiglio - Posizione Vicinanza ai mezzi L’unico aspetto positivo è la vicinanza ai mezzi pubblici, che consente di spostarsi comodamente. ⭐ VERSIONE RIASSUNTA (educata ma incisiva) Il soggiorno presso Raisa è stato purtroppo estremamente deludente. L’appartamento presenta numerose criticità, alcune delle quali molto serie e inaccettabili per un alloggio destinato agli ospiti. I problemi più gravi riguardano comfort e sicurezza: – Materassi e cuscini in condizioni pessime: i materassi sono estremamente duri con molle percepibili, i cuscini praticamente inesistenti (simili a coperte arrotolate) e il divano-letto durissimo. Dormire bene è stato impossibile. – Il portone non si chiude correttamente, con evidenti implicazioni per la sicurezza. – Insonorizzazione assente: si sentono chiaramente traffico e rumori esterni. – Tende che non oscurano e tapparelle rotte. – Bagno con odore persistente di urina. Seguono problemi di manutenzione e pulizia: – Coperte extra richieste ma non fornite. – Salviette con odore di umido. – Assenza totale di prodotti essenziali (bagnoschiuma, detersivo per lavatrice). – Nessun phon. – Lampada che sfarfalla. - Fornelli da campeggio poco potenti. - Impossibile capire funzionamento di caloriferi e fornelli. - Assenza di un aspiratore / cappa. – Stendino senza mollette e asse da stiro senza ferro. Dal punto di vista pratico, la casa risulta poco funzionale: – Cucina scarsamente attrezzata (nessuno scolapasta, presine, condimenti, tovaglioli, scottex). – Una sola tazza e un solo canovaccio. – Lavatrice inutilizzabile senza detersivo fornito. Infine: – Nessuno del personale parlava inglese o tedesco, rendendo difficile comunicare i problemi. In generale, l’alloggio necessita di una revisione profonda nella manutenzione e nelle dotazioni di base. Al momento, non posso consigliarlo.

• University (1/5): The stay would have been ok if the person responsible for the apartement was not a scammer - Location was good, in a convenient place The person responsible for the apartment is dishonest and untrustable. She in purpose did not give back the 50 euro we left as deposit to get a second key. The day we left nobody came to get the keys and give the money back, as we had agreed the day before. She did not answer the phone and the voice messages I left. When she eventually replied, she voluntarily dropped my calls, and she never came back to me. She never proposed to transfer the money to my account, which would have fixed the issue. This was a 100% scam. This person should not be part of the booking.com circuit. She should be banned from any circuit dealing with accommodation. She is a scammer. Stay far from the flat and from her, or take any possible precaution.

• Amina (8/5): Very good - The apartment was cleaned really well, that is what mattered to us the most! We were allowed to check in much earlier and leave our luggage- which we are super thankful about. Those are the things that we cared about the most, so we liked the aparatment. But definitely some things need to be added, and some need to be changed. The location was great, but for those who are light sleepers, I would say to maybe skip staying at this apartment, because super busy street which is right across the apartment's window will get you 0 sleep. Cars are passing constatnly and sound isolation is pretty bad. The apartment is missing AC, it wasn't that hot when we stayed, but during hot summer days it is really much needed, and clothing iron, considering it offers washing machine. It would be awesome if the owner added mattress on the sofa bed, beacuse it was really uncomfortable to sleep on, and firmer pillows for all the beds, because these ones were too soft.

One of the beds felt like sleeping on a stone and you could feel the springs in the other two. We also had some encounters with several bugs (cockroaches included).

• Aileen (4/5): Not recommended - It was just right across Thaliastrasse U6 train station. There were a lot to not like about the property. 1. We arrived at 9pm and it was late. We were in communication via messaging and she said she will be available until 10pm. We had the code to the code and were able to get in. But it was pitch dark and nobody was there. It was almost like walking into a suspense horror movie. It was very scary. We were not able to call her, call was not going thru so I message only thru booking.com. Finally came after 15 minutes of scrambling in the dark trying to figure out what to do. We almost left. 2. Bed sheets and pillows needed upgrades. Bed is like a wood box tat had a thin mattress that when you sit, you hurt your butt thinking than there’s a cushion. 3. Towels need updating too. It looked like a rag and needed to retire. 4. There was a €50 deposit. During check out the lady will return the deposit and check the area. She checked the cabinet under the sink and it was my first time to see the trash can underneath. We used plastic bags to accumulate our trash. When she opened she noticed that the hinge was broken and tried to blame us for it. It was too obvious that she was putting the blame on us. It was the only cabinet that she checked. I’m glad that she called the owner and gave us the deposit back. All areas are booked because of the new years celebration in Vienna but if I had to choose I will not stay here again.

The members of staff who were on the location were rude and when I asked for an iron they stated to me “it’s not a 5* hotel” ~ however an iron is a basic necessity for your clothes and their iron burned several of my clothes. When I mentioned this they told me to look at the “dials” when this iron had none but a place to fill it with water.
• Chris (7/5): Good Value but old - The location is nice, right by a metro station, and affordable. Getting in is a bit of a challenge because you have to call and someone will come and give you keys. It wasn't the fastest experience so budget a bit of time to get in. The room is also in an old building and repurposed from a hostel.
• Brent (8/5): Very good - Excellent value for money and not to far from Central Vienna, also had a washing machine which was great The check in procedure there was a bit of confusion, could not see the door numbers as the numbers are small and above the door and are not easy to see so we entered the wrong room. Then when we were away our stuff got moved to another apartment. No big deal as the host informed us of what was going on however if the host explained that the numbers are hard to see we would of paid more attention to try and find the correct room.

• Sai (1/5): worst experience. They ruined my day and the whole purpose of the tour - Apartment is just opposite to metro. Though the apartment is close to metro, it is not centrally located. You need to transfer between 2 or more lines to get to most tourist attractions. For the price i paid, the apartment was not worth it. Not even for half the price i paid. The pictures in Booking.com website are redundant. It must have been taken long back. The apartment is very old and i noted that it had many structural damage. Rude Staff behavior - We were supposed to be received by someone when we reached the property and pay the cash. Instead they left the key under matress and did not mention anything regarding the payment. After we headed out for sightseeing on day 2, i got a message from the property asking me to come to the property st certain time to handover the cash, Failing which they will throw all my stuff out. I had planned my trip way back and i had to cancel my plans at the last moment. They were not flexible to accept the payment while checking out. Toilet - When we entered the apartment, i noted that the toilet was not dry and there is no outlet in the toilet floor to drain the water. It was very unhygenic. The whole apartment is very cramped that not more then one people can walk in the hallway simultaneously.
• Carolina (6/5): Pleasant - The room was clean and in a good location. The building was very old and in poor conditions. The room had very big windows in the ground floor and the blinds were broken. There was no shading from light and could see everything from in side and outside. Also there were 3 heating equipments, but two of them were broken, so it got pretty cold at night. It was ok, but I was expecting a little bit more confor for the price.

• Marta (8/5): Great apartment in a good location. However check out times inaccurate. - Check out time was supposed to be midday (as detailed in our confirmation email) but cleaners turned up at 10am & asked us to leave. WE WERE NOT READY!!!

• Quinn (8/5): The tv thing was really weird. - Easy to get to the city centre. Really only here to tell that having a tv attached to the wall in a place that isn’t able to reach an outlet is one of the most idiotic things I have ever seen.
