• Melanie (2/5): Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht gegeben. Starke Abweichung von den Bildern. - Die Poolanlage war schön und neu wie auf den Bildern. Die Bar war toll und das Barpersonal war sehr zuvorkommend. Das gebuchte Bungalow wich stark von den Bildern ab und war sehr klein, sodass man keine zwei Koffer ausbreiten konnte. Zudem war es äußerst in die Jahre gekommen, was man akzeptieren könnte, wenn es gepflegt und gereinigt wäre. Allerdings war es nur oberflächlich geputzt. Zudem waren die Türen nicht dicht insbesondere das offene Bad was grundsätzlich nicht schlimm wäre, sofern die Zwischentüre zumindest dicht wäre, lässt Ameisen, Moskitos etc. in das Bungalow da es sich direkt im schönen Dschungel befindet. Der Kühlschrank war stark verdreckt. Der Bettbezug hatte Löcher. Das Personal konnte kaum englisch. Insgesamt gab es viele Mitarbeiter die jedoch chaotisch arbeiteten und der Service insbesondere beim Frühstück und im Restaurant lange dauerte und nicht reibungslos funktionierte. Das Frühstück war asiatisch, es gab keinerlei Früchte.

• Preeyaporn (6/5): Prioritize between your hotel guests or outside visitors. - The staff lady at the bar is very freindly and helpful. The fire show on Wednesday night at 8.30 was great. Breakfast has a lot of variety to choose. The food price at the restaurant is reasonable. The beachfront room that we stayed (A4) was right next to the pool and the music from the bar was way too loud. If you need peaceful holiday, I recommend choose the garden cottage instead of beachfront. The bed mattress was too hard, gave a really bad backache. In the common area, there were guests from outside to visit the cafe, so most shaded area were reserved for outside visitors. If we want to sit in the shaded area, we felt like we were force to order some drinks. I think there should be more shaded area for hotel guests. The manager should prioritize the importance of your guests if you want a repeat stay in the future.

• Stephen (6/5): Mixed Experience - Our stay at the Kho Kood Resort in Koh Kood, Thailand, was a mixed experience that combined a beautiful natural setting with some noticeable shortcomings. First impressions weren’t particularly encouraging. The resort entrance felt quite depressing, with a rough gravel track leading in and land on either side strewn with litter and the ruins of abandoned buildings. It didn’t inspire much confidence about our choice when we first arrived. Once inside the main area, however, the atmosphere improved significantly. The bar, pool, and restaurant area are set in a genuinely beautiful location overlooking the water. It’s an especially nice spot for sunset, with clear water and a relaxed coastal view that makes it easy to unwind. Unfortunately, the service often felt slow, and it rarely seemed like there were enough staff on hand. Small details highlighted this — for example, when ordering a Coke, it arrived as a can without a glass or ice, and we had to request those separately. Similarly, pool towels weren’t restocked regularly, so when they ran out you had to go and ask for one. We stayed in a deluxe villa, which felt somewhat tired and in need of refurbishment. The main door being secured with a padlock gave the accommodation a slightly basic feel rather than the more comfortable resort atmosphere we were expecting. The beds were also very hard, although the staff did provide a mattress topper when we asked, which helped somewhat — even though one side of it was stained. Breakfast was average and did the job, but nothing stood out as particularly memorable. One positive highlight was renting a motorcycle through the hotel. It was good value and really the best way to explore Koh Kood. The island itself is fantastic, with some beautiful beaches, plenty of places to eat, and several beach bars that are perfect for watching the sunset. The resort’s location works well as a base for exploring these spots by motorcycle or taxi.

• Lea (9/5): - Das Personal war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat sich um alles gekümmert. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, frisch und lecker. Die Anlage insgesamt sehr gepflegt, genug Platz für alle und verschiedene Liegemöglichkeiten. Die Massage war super und professionell, die Ausstattung und Einrichtung unserer Hütte war auch sehr schön und modern. Es wird ein kostenloser Shuttle zum/vom Hotel angeboten.

Een paar personeelsleden waren erg vriendelijk, de rest liep maar een beetje rond en op de telefoon te kijken. Bediening op het strand en het opruimen van borden en glazen was erg traag.

Domki znajdują się w klimatycznym ogrodzie, panuje tu niesamowity spokój, można tu naprawdę wypocząć ;) Widzieliśmy na Koh Kood kilka plaż, jednak Bang Bao przy której zlokalizowany jest resort najbardziej przypadła nam do gustu ;) Jest to zatoka, w której woda jest spokojniejsza i niezwykle lazurowa. Obiekt zlokalizowany jest przy fragmencie plaży gdzie od razu wchodzi się do wody z tarasu, nie można leżeć tu na piasku, ale resort zapewnia dużą ilość leżaków i foteli - zawsze było ich wystarczająco i było dużo wolnych miejsc, dla osób lubiących pływać ten resort to super rozwiązanie, jednak do bardziej piaszczystego fragmentu plaży wystarczy zrobić niewielki spacer brzegiem ;) Największym plusem położenia resortu był niesamowity snorkeling! Przy samym resorcie jest wiele skałek i wystarczy przejść kilka metrów od brzegu, żeby zobaczyć setki kolorowych rybek! Śniadania były bardzo smaczne, kilkukrotnie jedliśmy tu też kolacje i nie mogliśmy narzekać. Na miejscu można też wypożyczyć skutery co jest dużym ułatwieniem.

Trop de personne Vienne pour faire des photos ou être vu. Ce n'est pas adapté avec des enfants qui ont seulement envie de rire et jouer ! On a l'impression de déranger les "influenceurs" en jouant dans la piscine ou en allant dans la mer ou même boire un verre !

• Guillaume (8/5): Koh Kood resort - All the staff is really amazing, thanks to all of them. The food is soooo good (Thai, international, breakfast, cocktail) bravo to the staff. The room are super clean… very good. Our bungalow was literally a cabin at the end of the resort. No intimacy cause of the neighbours in front of us, the little garden on the terrace was a totally mess, (don’t wanna enjoy it). Funny things the booking was a “garden view” for 22k THB. Totally not worth it. Put this one in lower rate. Please pick up the trash on the resort (cigarette butt, plastique bottle). We can’t redo people’s education but don’t be okay with this and preserve the island.

Puikus vaizdas iš pusryčių kavinės, geras baseinas, tikrai labai geras kainos ir kokybės santykis. Vienintelis trūkumas - uodai. Ant pagrindinės lovos užsideda tinklelis nuo vabzdžių, bet vaiko lova, kuri stovėjo šalia, tinklelio neturėjo, todėl vaikai atsikeldavo labai sukandžioti, tad turėjome miegoti keturiese vienoje lovoje po tinkleliu.

• Monica (8/5): Suverent sted mht beliggenhet og fasiliteter for avslapning. - Nydelig beliggenhet i bukt skjermet fra vind og bølger. Kule uteområder med kul bar, basseng, hengekøyer og flytemadrasser ute i vannet, diverse sitte/ ligge muligheter for sol og avslapning. Personalet på hotellet, ikke i baren, svært dårlige engelskkunnskaper som førte til en del unødvendige misforståelser og stress. Personalet i baren / strandrestauranten helt topp. Maten er ikke imponerende og spiste en del andre steder som var mye bedre.
• Michel (7/5): In die Jahre gekommene Ruheoase - Die Lage ist wirklich top. Direkt an einem der schönsten Strände der Insel gelegen. Es gab ausreichend Liegen und Schirme. Schnorcheln war hier ein Traum und ist nur zu empfehlen. Equipment kann am Hotel geliehen werden für 50 Baht/ Tag. Allgemein ist der Aufenthalts/ Poolbereich sehr schön gestaltet. Die Bungalows sind auch sehr schön im Wald gelegen. Allgemein war der Zustand der Bungalows sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Sie waren nicht so modern wie der Rest der Anlage. In unserem Bad war beispielsweise der Schlauch unterm Waschbecken nicht im Abfluss befestigt. So lief Wasser über den Boden und es roch sehr unangenehm im Bad. Da die Rezeption Abends nicht sehr lange besetzt (ca. 20 oder 21 Uhr) mussten wir uns selber um das Problem kümmern. Auch wenn wir dies selbst lösen konnten zeigt es doch wie gebraucht der Zustand der Bungalows ist. An der Poolbar wurden wir teilweise gar nicht oder nur sehr schlecht bedient. Obwohl wir die Zeit dort sehr genossen haben, finden wir den hohen Preis (für Übernachtung + Poolbar) nicht gerechtfertigt.

The service of each staff is exceptional and makes us feel very welcomed. Breakfast offers great variety and the food is delicious. Highly recommend their BBQ in the evening. The room is so comfortable, spacious, and beautiful. We really enjoy our stay and will definitely come back. All perfect. Nothing about the resort we dislike

La struttura ha bisogno di manutenzione, il personale è particolarmente assente, la zona dei lettini non è curata e il personale non passa a ritirare i residui di bevande. I lettini sono pochi.

• Grządzielewski (1/5): - I would like to express my strong disappointment of this hotel and warn everyone who hasitates to choose it! The whole hotel is under renovation and it is super loud! All you can hear is a noise of the machines instead of nature sound. Secondly, we chose an option with a higher standard and they showed us a bungalow in a very poor condition - it was rusty, dirty and just next to the restoration. They lied to us that there’s no other bungalow available and if we want to change bungalow we have to extra pay for the sea view bungalow. When I started to demand the return they surprisingly found the bungalow after renovation. What is more, the pictures published on booking are fake - the sea bridge is actually under construction. The surrounding area of the hotel is disturbed and full of garbage. The staff is also below expectations - they are using their phones all the time while we’re eating breakfast surrounded by used plates. Moreover, even for the iron you have to pay extra - I’ve never experienced such situation. It’s a normal standard in the hotels. To top it all - the last day when we were there they told us to check out at 8am (very early). At 6:40 we complained in the reception that we have no water in the shower and they offered that in 10 minutes there will be somebody to check up what is going on. At 7:30 there was still noone so we had to use the shower near the pool because they didn’t care of us at all and we were before the very long trip. They treat people very disrespectful, I highly DON’T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!

• tom (9/5): - The staff were helpful and friendly. The location was remote enough but still close to things. They have scooters available to rent which is a must. One of the staff gave a quick lesson on how to use the scooter in his break. It gave us so much freedom and definitely enhanced our trip. We had to ask by 4pm the day before if we wanted our room cleaned the next day. We were busy every day and never got this done.

• Kevin (8/5): Family stay - Property was quiet and compact . Everything close by. Rooms were basic but sufficient. Cleaned everyday which was excellent. Bed comfortable. Resorts restaurant was excellent. Food delicious and had fire show on beach most nights. Room walls are just bare polished concrete which I didn’t like. Was a little far away from other places and roads nearby treacherous. Very steep. No view from room at all.

• Neil (6/5): Koh Kood was very nice but Koh Chang in my mind was better. That’s just my opinion though. - The location was excellent with beautiful views and a great beach. The food overall was better than expected. The staff were polite and capable. Felt rushed for evening meals as the restaurant closed at 8pm. Would definitely hire a car if going back to Koh Kood. We had a tab for the bar and food during our stay and expected to pay by card at the end, however card payments attract a 2% extra charge which we were not told about beforehand and ended up using all our cash to settle the tab. Other places we have stayed in Thailand accept cards with no extra charge so this last experience tarnished what would otherwise have been a more memorable break.
• Chitra (9/5): Comfortable stay - The rooms were spacious, all amenities were available and good. Pool and beach were amazing. Normal rooms what we booked was very far from the restaurant/pool and had to upgrade so it’s nearer. They had lot of renovation work going on, a bit noisy near our room.
• Jane (9/5): Brilliant - Hidden gem quiet comfortable clean, gardens are insane. Bird life crazy good, frogs are a classic, many different species has its own symphony going on. Verandah is spacious the bathroom is huge and I love plants in there they thrive with the humidity. Beach was very good fantastic swimming. Nothing, you’ll need a motorbike to rent, the staff so happy to accommodate you and reasonable price.

• Emmanuel_du_74 (4/5): Room equipment not working, not caring staff - The air conditioning was not working properly in the room. When we went to complain, they simply replied the cooling was at max and that they could not do anything even though temperature was too high for us to sleep well. The staff did not care much about it. Frnkly, this is not the level of service you can expect when you pay 4500 bahts for one night.

• radelheit (8/5): Great stay - Beautiful and calm location with a nice bar and pool area - however no sun protection at the Deck Bar. Good team and overall service, paying attention to the guests. Superior Bungalow is excellent, state of the art. Breakfast rich, coffee however with room for improvement: unfortunately always with a slightly bitter taste. Overall very nice resort with a great location and good atmosphere: recommended. General advise: rent a scooter to see more of this beautiful island.
• Camille (4/5): Quelle déception. - À fuire Grosse erreur de jugement.. l’île état si belle, Je me suis fait avoir par les photos.. mais si vous n’êtes pas un influenceur local, passez votre chemin. Accueil et service inexistant pour nous, famille de français en recherche de calme et repos. Dommage car la plage est magnifique et il suffit de prendre un canoë, facturé en sup.., pour se rendre compte de tout le potentiel de la baie.
• 329sallya (8/5): Loved this resort - Had an excellent time at this resort. Great atmosphere day and night! Staff were excellent, always smiling and they rush about like mad at the pool bar. Very attentive. Pool man hooks leaves out the sea with a net. Always. Cleaning going on. Excellent! Loved our bungalow right in the jungle, but surprisingly never saw any wildlife. We got a bike to go out, but we always wanted to come back to the hotel. Great all rounder!!! Thank you to all the staff that made our visit so great
• Tobias (8/5): - Hej Överlag bra, bra frukost, bra läge dock va den ena bungalowen betydligt sämre än den andra då det luktade unket och var angripen av mögel.
