- Arno (7/5): Es war gut, aber nochmal würde ich nicht biuchen. Sorry! - mit "gut" ist alles gesagt! Das Bad im Doppelzimmer ist gerade ausreichend. Die Zimmer sind ebenfalls recht klein. Die Klimaanlage ist zu warm eingestellt. Aber, für ein bis zwei Übernachtungen ist es OK.

Frühstück einfach aber ausreichend. Viele Touristen und ein paar Geschäftsleute - sehr international. Für ein romantisches Wochenende ist das absolut nichts. Matratze und Kissen - viel zu hart. Bar immer geschlossen. Tiefgarage keinen direkten Zugang zur Rezeption.

- Sigrid (4/5): Teure Lärmbelästigung zur Messezeit - Sauberes Zimmer mit geräumigem Schnitt. Das Hotel ist vor allem für Besucher des Münchner Messegeländes günstig situiert. Aufgrund des S-Bahnhofes Berg am Laim besteht eine vernünftige Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Das kontinentale Frühstücksbuffet ist passabel. Mein Partner und ich buchten das Hotelzimmer für eine Nacht, um einen wichtigen beruflichen Termin am nächsten Morgen wahrzunehmen. Basierend auf den Bewertungen wurde daher bewusst ein ruhiges Hotel gewählt. Das Problem im Hotelzimmer war die Lüftungsanlage. Nicht nur, dass diese eine massive Lärmbelästigung darstellte, ein Abschalten war nicht möglich. Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption stellte sich dies als bekanntes Problem heraus, uns wurden Ohrstöpsel ausgegeben. Selbst mit diesen war jedoch die Geräuschkulisse der Lüftungsanlage noch so laut, dass nicht an eine erholsame Nacht zu denken war. Im Zuge der IFAT-Messe wurde das Hotel zudem überbucht, ein Zimmerwechsel war daher laut dem Personal nicht möglich. Für den zur Messezeit stattlichen Preis des Doppelzimmers wäre eine geräuschefreie Lüftungsanlage eine Mindestanforderung.

Klimaanlage Funktionalität schwer verständlich (aber Einführung/Erklärung durch nettes Personal), Kühleffekt sehr gering, morgens war es sehr warm im Zimmer. Warmwasserversorgung am Waschbecken immer noch sehr schwach trotz Reparatur des Boilers am 15.4.
