- John (4/5): - There were no lamps for indirect lighting for example on the night stands. There were only overhead lights. There were no chairs in the room. One had to sit on the bed. There was no place to hang clothes. Instead of hanging jackets, shirts or pants, one had to put them on a table or the bed. I chose not to put them in drawers. There were no facial tissues. The bathtub was dirty. There was a lot of light intrusion after darkness around the window treatments, and under the door entrance. I did not expect much with the low price.

- Nehemie (1/5): Overall, horrible stay. - The only thing nice about this place was the guy at the front desk. The staff was terrible! More specifically the cleaning lady. She literally tried to look inside of our room through the window, asking if we needed room service. Yes, a window that looked into the hallway of the hotel đ¤¨.
- Zito (6/5): - Even though it was dated, it was clean and quiet. Expensive for what you get, and no breakfast is included

- Miller (3/5): don't stay if you want quiet and comfort. - No chairs to sit in. 1 Coffee but no condiments bed was very uncomfortable, curtains were broken and didn't cover the windows completely. Mold in tub and only a half roll of toilet paper. Ice Machine with no ice. Definitely not worth the money. Very noisy didn't plow snow so parking lot was all ice. Everything
- Mark (1/5): Left early would rather sleep in car - I like that I got to leave Cigarette burns in all the sheets, dirty shower, dirty sheets, dirty headboard, smelled, was booked next to the only other people in the whole building, service was rude
- Kelly (7/5): - Comfortable and simple.
The staff was kind and patient with me. I have had a tough time recently and the lady, though she couldn't much understand me, offered kindnesses which were appreciated.
- Stephanie (4/5): Not as shown in pictures at all. Just a place to sleep. No extras. It was affordable and in a convenient location. Not c - The location was great for what I needed it for close to buzzards bay. Starbucks close by for early mornings was great. It was comfortable to sleep. Prices are low and affordable. Not like the pictures at all, paint falling off building no front patio, no amenities at all. Stairs to get to rooms pretty steep. Towels had stains and hair on them, sheets did not smell clean or look clean, smell of stale cigarette smoke in rooms and hall, along with musky smell like mold mildew. Small coffee pot in room with no coffee or supplies for it. I was told there were no bottom floor rooms available but while I stayed my car was only one of 3 the whole time in the parking lot. Suspicious van out front with someone possibly sleeping in it. Sadly the businesses around the hotel are vacant and run down and there were suspicious people walking through the parking lot in the evenings.
- Webster (1/5): If you stay there you are dumb. - Walked in and there were people sleeping in it. Have not gotten my money back yet.
- Dino (1/5): 900 dollars for a full size bed in a 10*12 room definitely not worth the money - Nothing Unclean, drug addicts everywhere all hours of the night
- Veronica (3/5): Would rather sleep in my car - It was a roof over my head. Thatâs it It smells. I had a huge bug in my bed , burn holes in blanket , no coffee. Gross.

- matson (5/5): -
- Suzanne (6/5): - Aside from a mediocre check in and a run down building, the room was overall clean. We were there for a family weekend and convenient to seeing them. Biggest takeaway- our room key was also given to a total stranger, who UNLOCKED the door while we were sleeping! (Room #24). A mix up at the office?! Thankfully, nothing happened to us and he left quickly!!
- Tonya (2/5): - They wouldn't let me cancel. All other motels have allowed me to get a refund when my plans changed through an Expedia phone call

- Dylan (4/5): - Office chair was broken (Wheel fell off)
Sheets on the bed were stained
Overhead light was not working in the hall by the bathroom
Microwave turntable tray was broken
Bathroom sink pedestal dirty
AC would occasionally stop working
Fridge was set so cold it froze the food
Towels had large brown stains on them
Overall the room was not clean and things were in disrepair
- Diana (6/5): - Over priced, outside is un kept, lots of weeds, there isn't any security and no extra locks inside. I am traveling around and had future reservations which I have cancelled. Room was clean. One morning before 7 someone outside yelling profanity. Will not return
- Robert (8/5): - Clean room, good rate. Friendly staff. Property in area surrounded by abandoned businesses.
- Timothy (2/5): - Worst hotel experience ever, old, worn down, smoked out, do not waste your money.
- Chu (7/5): Good value. Interior design is modern - The interior design is modern. Bathroom mirror has light in it. Could different light colors Probably nothing dislike
- Mikhail (8/5): -
- Linda (6/5): Review - Rooms .were Okay , but no ice machine on site, out of order. No coffee full time for customers. We didn't find the vending machine. So leaves a thirst to people need it. The outside door does not need a key ,I just think it should be locked especially when there is a few businesses that are vacant. Leaving whoever to come in.had a good stay, Thank you

- valerie (10/5): - Always amazing
- Verified traveler (4/5): Hotel needs some updates - Itâs in a quiet location and I slept fine but the condition of this hotel kind of run down. There is the smell of smoke and the smell coming from the drain which was not great. Light switch makes a loud sound. The switch to change the water to come out of the shower instead of tub faucet was broken but I was given a different room to take a shower so that was nice.
- Edi (3/5): Oh my the smell - location The smell in the room was horrible! It smelled like they sprayed a very spicy perfume everywhere in room.
The beds were very uncomfortable.
The sheets and towels all had stains.
The shower curtain had long black hairs everywhere.
- Matthew (4/5): Good service, dirty hotel. - Service was nice however, very dirty (towels had make up on them sheets had stains).
- Fred (4/5): - Agent at the front was very pleasant, but the hotel is very indeed of clean up and and looks as though it's having trouble just keeping up appearances
- Walker (5/5): -
- Youssef (6/5): - Loud noise and music from other
- Karl (9/5): Superb -
- Campbell (8/5): Very good - Clean, peaceful Ice machine was down
- Cindy (4/5): Not great at all- the pictures do not match the actuality of the place - I did not it smelled like smoke. Nothing was provided and we kept on requesting things and nothing was done until the third day
- Kelly (10/5): Exceptional -
- Thomas (3/5): Won't stay again - Too much money for a 80 yr old motel.
- Dinatale (8/5): Very quite rested well -
- LAURA (8/5): - friendly front desk staff.
- William (2/5): - This property was absolutely disgusting. There were bugs in the room. There were blood stains on the rugs and walls and even the towels had blood stains in them. There was no hot water. Curtains were falling apart. Lamps were broken. The air conditioner put out musty smelling air. Terrible!
- Nolan (8/5): Great stay if you are heading to Cape Cod or Martha's Vineyard - Excellent location if you are traveling to Cape Cod or Martha's Vineyard. Dogs allowed with fee. Good restaurants within walking distance. Nice towels and plenty of them. Air conditioning unit was loud.
- Ashley (4/5): - Not worth the money.
- Ali (4/5): Below average but it is okay for the price - There isnât much! just good to sleep and leave the next day A lot of things werenât working like the fridge and the ac - we had to close and open again to get it running well.
- Michelle (10/5): Great overnight - Everything was great and perfect for an overnight just passing through.
- paul (2/5): - Nothing
- John (8/5): - It was close/central to a lot of sights and locations around Sandwich/Buzzard's Bay.
- Lilian (3/5): Very disappointed - Location only Place is outdated. Dirty and smelly
- Richard (4/5): Disappointing -
- Connie (6/5): - The homeless guy in the back made us feel uncomfortable
- Stephen (8/5): - Staff was very friendly. This is an older property, not fancy in anyway. But it was an inexpensive stay and you got what you paid for.
- Kelly (3/5): Do not waste your money - I didn't like anything except the staff. Very nice Smelled musty. Awful smell. Flies every where. People hanging outside all night long and always saying something to us while trying to get inside. Didn't feel safe at all. Noisy. Couldn't get any rest. No amenities for such a high amount of money they ask for. Offers nothing.
- Linda (8/5): Very good -
- Verified traveler (6/5): Affordable night - The building is a little worn, but it was affordable for the night. There was no closet to hang clothes and no full length mirror. The king size bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had enough towels and soap. The room did have a microwave and refrigerator as well.
- Shannon (5/5): Adequate Hotel - The hotel was in a quiet location. My stay was fairly peaceful with no issues with other guests being loud or noisy. Parking was plentiful and one is able to park close to their room. Once you figure out where the hotel is (which wasnât easy, see below) it is very close to everything. But you need to drive to get there because there is nothing on the cul de sac where the hotel is located except an abandoned seafood restaurant. It is extremely hard to find! The GPS had a hard time telling me where it was. It is a private road off the Bourne rotary, blink and youâll miss it. No sign whatsoever. When youâre in heavy traffic, you wonât even see it. I literally spent over an hour searching for it and took every exit on the rotary. The GPS just could not tell me where it was. Also, the hotel was clearly more of a motel at some point with open hallways that were closed. My room had windows that opened into a hallway, not outside. Bizarre and Iâve never seen this before. The room was also not the cleanest. One of the bedspreads was visibly dirty and although the sheets were clean, they had stains and holes. There were smear marks and fingerprints on the microwave. There were also no amenities other than parking and wifi and a few TV channels. No hair dryer, no ironing board, no pool etc. The room was not cleaned even though I was out all day, but I actually prefer that to hotel staff trying to kick me out at seven am to clean the room. The description said a continental breakfast was provided but no information was available anywhere regarding that. Bottom line, this is a bare bones hotel, just a place to stay, period. Okay if youâre not planning to spend much time in the room. Itâs family owned and they apparently do all the work for it.
- Margaret (4/5): - Very limited in for upon arrival. No coffee available with coffee maker, besides no where to plug said coffee maker in.
- Brigid (8/5): - Needs some updating and new lights and chair at desk.
All in all ok for just one night stay.
- Diane (4/5): - I stayed here overnight, which was approx 6 hours. Very confusing layout to locate my room, many exterior access points, some locked from outside, unable to gain entry. Interior doorways with EXIT signs which did not actually lead to an exit. Motel is non smoking, I coukd smell "weed" early a.m. Felt like i was staying in a human sized maze. Thankfully only stayed as a place to lay my head prior to an early a.m. departure to head to Logan airport.
- Leon (10/5): - I have stayed at Eastern for several years. Family owned & operated. Just the best diamond on the ruff, fishing / micro exercusion restful location.
- Luis (10/5): - Great place
- Genevieve (10/5): - Staff are wonderful. I stay here frequently and they treat us like family.
- Matthew (8/5): - Perfect
- Joseph (8/5): - Nice room. Good location
- Genevieve (10/5): - Staff are very helpful and are very nice. I stay here all the time. This is a great place to stay.
- Todd (6/5): - Average stay, Old but relatively clean. Would probably stay given the price.
- Janczewski (9/5): Superb -
- Will (8/5): Very good -
- Ip (5/5): It was okay - I love the location Well a bit expensive for what it looks like, a bit upset that it says it serves breakfast but I don't ever see it in the morning, can hear everything in the next rooms over so not very sound proof for privacy, and coffee machines in room with no coffee to make.
