- Alejandro (4/5): En efecto, decepcionante - Qué al final sí lograron hacer que sirviera el aire acondicionado del cuarto. Al menos no me dejaron sin eso. A ver... Las fotos no le hacen justicia al lugar, pero para mal. Es un hotel sencillo a secas. Caro en mi opinión para lo que ofrece. No sé si las personas que nos atendieron son las que siempre están, pero claramente les falta capacitación en el tema de atención al cliente. La recepción cierra en la noche y no hay forma de pedir algo si es que lo necesitas, a menos que te los encuentres por accidente. Cuando llegamos en mi habitación no encendía el aire acondicionado. El señor dijo que iba a preguntar a ver si el control estaba mal. En lo que regresaba pasé al baño y había una cucaracha a medio morir. Lo estuve esperando 20 minutos y no regresaba. Salí a buscarlo para darme cuenta que todo estaba apagado y la recepción cerrada. Y yo esperando. Por suerte los encontré platicando en la zona de las albercas. Le comenté si había podido resolver lo del control y ni se acordaban. Fuimos a la habitación, no podían encenderlo. La señora le marcó a su hija pidiendo ayuda frente a mí, discutiendo durante varios minutos....La solución que me daban era dormir con el ventilador de techo, a lo cual me negué y les pedí que lo arreglaran. La señora me dijo que no habían más habitaciones disponibles y al señor se le hizo fácil decirme: "Pues quédese con su compañera, en su cuarto sí sirve el aire" No, señor. Por algo les pagamos 3 habitaciones. Después de casi una hora lograron darse cuenta que las pilas del control ya estaban bajas y por eso no servía 🙄 Por último, cuando les comenté sobre la cucaracha, solamente dijeron "ahhh", y el señor se atrevió a preguntarme si la había encontrado viva o muerta JAJA Se nota que las personas que atienden no son mala gente, lo intentan, pero definitivamente les hace falta capacitarse. La verdad mi experiencia sí fue decepcionante. No les deseo que les vaya mal, pero personalmente no volvería a quedarme en este lugar ni recomendarlo. PD. Que el desayuno empiece a las 8:30 am me parece bastante tarde

- Ariadna (9/5): instalaciones con bonitos jardines y alberca templada :) - La instalaciones son muy bonitas y tranquilas, tiene vista al lago lo que es ideal, las albercas están templadas y eso es muy bueno! las habitaciones amplias y cómodas, iluminación acogedora y un balcón súper útil. Hay mucho jardín y cerca de la zona tienes algunas opciones de comida. Los camastros son muy incómodos, faltaría colocar colchonetas y listo! El desayuno incluido es repetitivo (chilaquiles con huevo con jamón o chorizo y frijoles) un día sí hubo fruta con yoghurt y al siguiente no. Serían los únicos detalles para que la experiencia sea totalmente buena.

- Kenia Marielle (10/5): - Ya van cómo 5 veces que vengo aquí, cada que voy a ajijic es el hotel de cajón y es muy agradable la estancia, habitaciones limpias y bonitas, buen trato, en general todo está muy bien. El desayuno es sencillo eso sí de sabor no tiene mucho pero para lo que uno paga está excelente.

- Agustín (3/5): Sugerencias. - Desayuno Las camas, los colchones incómodos, sábanas super usadas y delgadas. Las llaves de los baños dan asco. Deben modernizar los baños., toallas. Las puertas de madera muy sucias hacia los baños. Deben tener cuidado que cerca del lugar, siempre hubo heces de perros. Si vas en autobús, queda lejos de los lugares turísticos. Caminar hacia ellos, muy difícil porque las banquetas están todas desniveladas y por las calles con el empedrado es difícil.

Very pretty outdoor area and view of the lake The only downside is the lack of air conditioning. One of the room didn’t have a fan either. The town doesn’t have many taxis so moving was a bit tricky

- LUZ ANGELICA (10/5): Tranquila, agradable, y definitivamente volvería - El desayuno fue variado y rico, el hotel me agrado porque tiene espacio para caminar, descansar y desconectarte, lo único que no fue agradable es que no hay una tienda cerca. Lo que no vi es es que el acceso a la piscina y área de descanso no tenia acceso para adulto mayor o discapacitado, porque me gustaría llevar a mas familia, pero esto seria un impedimento.

- Luz (8/5): I guess you get what you pay for. - The rooms were very clean. The young cleaning lady was very polite and professional. The Rooms are very outdated. The toilet water pressure was very low and slow.

- Sandra (6/5): Attractive property located on shore of Lake Chapala - From the exterior it is an attractive property. Very limited storage especially in the bathroom. There was not even a rack to hang towels. The room was a bit tight with two beds. Very limited breakfast buffet.

- Jeff and Soni Kennedy (7/5): - It was a nice place to stay. The breakfast was good for the most part, but we stayed for a month and it would have been nice to have some variety. The grounds were very well kept. Most of the staff was very friendly. The rooms could use some upkeep. The door to the bathroom did not close. We were there a month and it would have been nice to have a kitchen that you could cook in, the cookware was too small to actually use. And the cockroaches were a bit a nuisance too.

The buildings are in need of maintenance and updating. The room we stayed in had a huge, old style bathtub that was very difficult to get in and out of. No grab bars!! Slider door did not shut properly or lock. Funky old louvered doors separating bathroom, dressing room from bed area does not create privacy. Cheap folding chairs for patio furniture and in breakfast area.

- Alicia Martha (9/5): Cómodo y agradable, muy tranquilo - El lugar es muy bonito y el personal muy amable. Me pareció un lugar seguro por su sistema de entrada. Hay varios restaurantes cercanos ya sea a pien o en coche. No tienen mucho espacio para estacionamiento y hay que dejar el coche en la otra cuadra, sin embargo la calle es amplia, muy bien iluminada y bastante tranquila. Que el desayuno se sirviera desde las 8, tuvimos que desayunar fuera ya que el servicio comienza a las 8:30 am y es un poco tarde para los madrugadores hambrientos.

- Leticia (8/5): Agradable, sin pretenciones - Las instalaciones, diferentes, bonitas, tipicas Limpieza de las habitaciones, ropa de cama, toallas (me entregaron una sucia), falta de Kleenex.
- Yhazmin (7/5): Esperaba un poco más del lugar - La ubicación, que es un lugar muy familiar y tranquilo El desayuno estaba muy frío, la habitación se notaba arreglada pero no muy limpia, el área de las albercas se notaba desordenada, la piscina no estaba tan aclimatada y aún así apagaron la calefacción de la misma. El personal de servicio al cliente no es tan cordial son un poco secos al hablar y un día antes de llegar al lugar me intenté comunicar con ellos varias veces por teléfono y nunca contestaron. La señal del wifi no es estable y no me agrado que la recepción quedará en una esquina dentro del restaurante creo que debería de estar en una zona diferente al área de alimentación.
