- Keith (6/5): - To get food was confusing. During lunch you had to order. They had a sign that the restaurant opened at 11am but on the door it said 4pm.I brought my wife for her birthday. She started cleaning when we walked through the door.

- Debra (2/5): - We’ve been staying here for 15 years and this property has drastically gotten awful. For starters hardly no handicap parking and now you have to go through a realty rental property service to stay there. You have to pay a cleaning fee now and you have to clean up, take the trash out, make your own beds up and remove the linens before checkout. The bath tub had mold in it and the air was a moldy musty smell to it. Also there’s no housekeeping, they don’t provide beach towels no more and they no longer had the soaps, shampoos or toilet paper in the rooms. You had to get stuff in a bag from the realty company. My friends also stayed there and checked in another condo which hadn’t been cleaned & was filthy with a broken stove. I will never stay there again and I would highly recommend others to not stay there. Plus if you have a pet allergy, I wouldn’t stay there either bc pets are allowed there! Very disappointed customer!

- Annette (4/5): - Did not know when I made our reservation with Bay Watch that it would be thru Elliot Realty or else I would not have reserved. It was misleading. The check out is 10 am. I tried to get an 11 checkout due to the daylight savings time change. Elliott only gave me until 10:30 but said if housekeeping arrives, we would have to leave. This was a very pretty condo especially with the view of the ocean from the living room and bedroom. It had some draw backs. There was a bag of linens for us to dress the bed and hang towels which I didn’t mine. The sofa is too low to the floor. The pillows were flat, and I bought bleach to rid of the stench in the garbage disposal. The “inside” windows and glass doors were dirty, the floor needed sweeping from dirt and dust particles and the condo did not smell fresh. Not sure why we were charged a $91 cleaning fee when upon reserving when we didn’t even get a clean condo. All the apps and good TV channels only played in the bedroom. The living room TV only had minimal channels. The day after we arrived, a lady from Elliott came around 2 pm to drop off a blanket. There were two blankets in the closet. It made me uncomfortable because if we were not there, this person could come and go through our things. The condo next to ours was vacant but an alarm clock went off exactly at 10:30 pm the 3 nights of our stay and it blared for 2 hours. The hotel and Elliot Realty both said it wasn't theirs. Lastly, housekeeping showed at 9:30 am.

There were some minor issues, like there not being blankets for the two main beds, but the beds were comfortable and the tub with jets was a good feature. Communication with Elliott was not good. There was a lot of confusion there with event things as basic as whether the office was open. The end result was that two hours of a three-day vacation were spent navigating with Elliott needlessly. We have used Elliott before and been very pleased; this was just not their finest hour. I would advised anyone following directions from them to be extremely conscientious. Perhaps it was in part because it was near the holiday; still, it impacted my family and made the trip less than it could have been.

- Mary (2/5): Brutal stay - It was a nightmare. My mom had to check out 1 day early. The rental company didn't provide us with any information about getting into the condo. It took until 9pm to even check in. The door to the room was very complicated and my mom has dementia. She couldn't get out to go to any meals being afraid that she won't be able to get back into her room. The room was on the "penthouse" floor but was mediocre. The rug in the living room was curled up at one corner, perfect for someone to trip on. The door to the balcony had a very high bottom to step over. My mom didn't feel safe going out there without tripping. The unit wasn't very clean and the bed was very lumpy. She asked me to get her after just one night (actually after about 15 hours in the room total). She wanted to be there on the anniversary of my dad's would be 86th birthday. He passed away 2 years ago. What a nightmare for her.

- JAMES (4/5): Family stay.. dissapointed - First off, i paid for our 7 night stay and the room I was given had less beds. I'm not happy. We Stayed with our kids, condo was not really clean, I would call it "surface cleaned" The view was great but the huge German Cockroach I found in the bathroom at 2am really killed the trip. Staff at the hotel were quite rude, when I ask a question they would ask to see my room card. Then when they seen I rented it from someone other than Oceana they became rude with their answers. A rented room has the room key attached via a hole punched in the card with a metal key and key ring. The view was awesome and the balcony was larger than I thought. 2 tv's and 2 dvd players but only the living area has cable. Theres a large fridge and there's a stove but a stove burner didnt work and the inside of the fridge had a crack in between the bottom drawers. There is a Jacuzzi tub but we never tried to turn it on so I don't know if it works. The area around the beach is not bad but there are not many tourist shops around this area. But there is a vape/smoke shop and 4 tourist shops within a mile I believe.

Will never reserve again. Atlantica people south tower. They are so much better. Cleaning service and very friendly.

The master bedroom closet door fell off the track when I opened it. If it were not for the ocean view and the fact that we drove so long to get there I would have called. Maybe as a student this would have been okay but Married with kids and currently 6 mo pregnant I just expected a bit more

- Clint (6/5): - Carpet and tile should be replaced...dirty and some stains. Plenty of clean linens (some had long black hairs in them). Check-out time was 10 am and I had someone try to enter the room at 9:20am to clean it. They simply unlocked the door then couldn't get in because of the door security guard, then they knocked. Nice view, convenient parking in the deck, a restaurant and bar on site, and close to other restaurants and bars.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice amenities, ok room, but some gotchas.... - Gotchas: 1) When picking up keys, we were told paper products were not provided (i.e. toilet paper). Went back later and could not find this information anywhere in the fine print of the hotel reservation. 2) Put hotel address in GPS, and it took us 16 miles to same address but different zip code. Hotel there was so use to this error, that they handed us pre-printed directions to our hotel. Would have been helpful if we were warned of this at the rental agency. 3) Ad on Expedia indicated dishwasher; however, there was none 4) Kitchen was tiny and could have been cleaner 5) Bedroom door would NOT shut, as the bed was positioned too close to the wall 6) Light switch in bedroom did nothing, thus frustrating to have to walk in dark to turn on light between beds 7) Couch was well used and could have been replaced 8) Seals on sliding glass doors were busted, thus our wonderful view was impaired The multiple pool options and poolside bar/grill were wonderful. We will probably give this hotel another try, but would definitely like a different room!
- Janaina (10/5): Excited my expectations - I was shocked to see that this time I got what I paid for and more, the unity was not changed at the last minute the staff was great and the realtor that posted this unity was very friendly. I wish I had more days to stay, the pools were clean the beach and vegetation well cared,the chairs cushions need to be clean but no tears, cuts or cigarette burns that was amazing, I loved the balcony and it's simple well take cared furniture, I travel constantly for the company that I work for and believe me I have stayed in places that were 4 starts that are not all that. Congratulations looking forward to visiting again

- Todd (2/5): Stay at your own risk - Water leaked in from another room and our room had an aweful stink The entire week. We were forced to stay in that disgusting room with that horrible stink and the hotel or elliot beach rentals did nothing. They offered to rip the part of the carpet out and blow fans the rest of our trip but could not guarantee the smell would go away. For the money we paid we should of been put in a different room but they screwed us over and kept all our money and told us we couldn't be put in another room for the rest of our vacation. Unbelievably gross the entire week

There was some water damage and the1st room we were given smell and was too dirty to put my grandchildren in. I went back to the office and the manager took care of our accommodations. I was please.

The towels were dingy white and worn and the sheets for the beds were worn out too. Their was a very nice restaurant in the facility. And it had great pools and lazy rivers.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Good stay until..... - Hotel room was clean. Much bigger than booked which was nice. The main bed mattress felt a little soft but overall was good until the last night in the pool in our tower when I seen a cockroach about 2 inches long. Gross!!!

- Verified traveler (6/5): Not as expected at all - Booked a room for 4 adults and 3 children and was told I was getting a very spacious condo like with 3 beds and a pull out. when arrived and walked in there was two beds in the room with one small kitchen and a bathroom in the kitchen area- Continue to walk to a small living room with a bed that pulls out from the living room wall and a very small pull out couch bed. The room wasn't clean when we got there, they had no clean towls or washcloths and no clean sheets. I had to call and complain to get clean lignin and towls. The chemicals in the indoor pool made my son and granddaughter break out in awful rashes, needless to say we lost a day we payed up front because we had to leave a day early due to the children's rashes. Its a nice place with a lack of communication on there people cleaning, stocking and providing accurate room space for bookings.
- Carlos (8/5): Great! - This hotel was nice. We stayed in a 3 bedroom condo. Very roomy and clean. My only issue is that we the bed in the master bedroom needs to be changed. Also the comforters dates. But overall great stay and I would stay again!

- Daniel (8/5): Bay Watch - Hotel complex was great. Awesome pools and great beach. Our room had multiple damage issues: chair burnt, sofa chair stained, mold in tube, damaged lamp shade, etc. Property manager was notified and they said they'd address.
