- Philipp (8/5): - Wir hatten zu dritt ein kleines Appartement welches völlig ausreichend war und mit einer kleinen Küche inkl Nespresso Maschine und Kühlschrank gut ausgestattet. Super Lage nah am Meer und zum Mega Park. Am Pool lief etwas Musik und es gab Getränke von der dazugehörigen Bar, bei der man auch frühstücken und lunchen konnte. Keine Party am Pool, was wir als angenehm empfanden. Late checkout für kleinen Aufpreis machbar. Insbesondere das Badezimmer war etwas abgerockt, dazu am Boden lose Fliesen. Trotz online check in war der weitere check in vor Ort in der nacht aufgrund sprachlicher Barrieren etwas mühsam und langwierig. Dennoch definitiv empfehlenswert!

Davon ganz abgesehen ist die Funktion absolut unverständlich, es gehen immer beide herdplatten an, man kann die Stufe nicht vernünftig einstellen und nach einiger Zeit ging er einfach aus

- Florian (8/5): - Ich war bereits zum 2. mal in dieser Unterkunft. Das Personal war wieder sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, gut ausgestattet und mit einer funktionierenden Klimatechnik ausgestattet. Leider gibt es im Zimmer vereinzelt Defekte (Rauchmelder fällt von der Decke, Lose Bodenfliesen im Bad oder Regale die fast von der Wand fallen). Hier sollte etwas Baulich nachgebessert werden. Ansonsten eine tolle Unterkunft, zu der ich gerne wieder zurück komme! Danke!

L'unica pecca erano i fornelli (non si leggevano i numeri sul display e quindi andavamo un po' ad istinto!) e i letti singoli (avremmo preferito un matrimoniale... Mio marito è caduto in mezzo ai due letti mentre si girava) Per il resto tutto perfetto. Consigliatissimo

- Justine (10/5): - My stay was incredible - either it was location, which is literally 1 min away from the beach, in a peaceful neighborhood (at least in February) and how clean and well-furnished the apartment was, I am highly satisfied with my stay. I will definitely come back! The only downside is the checkout which is at 10:00am which is really early. Usually all checkouts hotels are at 11:00 or 12:00.

- Stefanie (10/5): - Alle an der Rezeption waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Appartement war groß und sogar mit Tageslichtbad. Lediglich die Dusche wirkte schon etwas mitgenommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gern wieder.
- Benjamin Lima (8/5): - Alles war gut, haben keine probleme oder Beanstandungen gehabt. Super lage für bierkönig und megapark besucher.

- Leon (10/5): - Habe nicht viel erwartet aber wurde sehr positiv überrascht. Es gibt keinen Grund oder Anlass für ein Mängel oder eine Unannehmlichkeit. Ich bin schwer zu überzeugen aber dieses Hotel hat es geschafft. Nächster Urlaub auf Mallorca wird wieder hier verbracht. ( Info zu mir: 23 Jahre mit 2 Freunden da gewesen und den Ballermann unsicher gemacht) für eine Familie die mit ihren Kindern entspannt Urlaub machen möchte ist es also nicht zu empfehlen:)

- Niels (8/5): - Das Hotel war ansich sehr schön. Sehr großzügige Zimmer und auch der Pool war klein aber dafür war wenig los. Einziges großes Problem waren 2 der sonst sehr netten Angestellten. Es wurde empfohlen die Schlüssel tagsüber zwecks die nicht zu verlieren an der Rezeption zu hinterlege. Beim abholen kam erhebliche Probleme mit 2 der Angestellten. Diese waren unsympathisch und aggressiv. Der eine wollte sogar auf die Straße gehen und sich prügeln. Dies haben wir vor Ort der Managerin gemeldet. Der Rest des Personals war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend.

- David (10/5): - Top Hotel, Top Lage. Besonders freundlich und hilfsbereit war der Mitarbeiter Tony von der Rezeption. Tony ist ein top Mitarbeiter, er ist auf jede Bitten eingegangen. Sowas hat man heutzutage nicht mehr so oft aber Tony hat bei allem geholfen. Sehr vertraulich

- Elvira (10/5): Agréable séjour - On a passé un agréable séjour en ami. L'hôtel est situé juste à côté de la plage, et plein de petits commerces. Le personnel est très agréable et accueillant
- Wallace (10/5): Très bon séjour. - Hôtel bien placé, à 3min à pied de la mer, appartements spacieux. Proche des commerces, restaurants (et de la vie nocturne pour ceux que ça intéresse ) Nous avions l’appartement vue sur mer et donc coucher de soleil en direct du bacon. Les appartements sont très bien isolés des nuisances extérieures. Personnel très sympathique. Paco est vraiment adorable, de bon conseils, il prend soin de ses clients. Sans oublier le chat qui vie sa meilleure vie à l’accueil. Très bon séjour.

Le papier toilette est de très mauvaise qualité Grille pain sale Joint de douches à refaire. Le ménage n’a pas été fait pendant le séjour Lit très confortable mais aurait mérité une couette. Sinon séjour très appréciable proche de la mer piscine très jolie. Petit chat à l’accueil trop mignon Personnel très sympathique et accueillant.

- Farshid (8/5): - Staff were helpful and nice. The hotel was close to the beach, and far from the city and transportation was limited, so we had to take Uber every time. The restaurants were ok and the area was too busy. The pool was really small for the hotel!
- Michel (10/5): Absolutely recommended! - Very nice space with apartments. The apartment I had was very spacious, clean and quiet. It has a kitchen, fridge, cooking facilites, etc. The staff is very friendly and the complex is just 5 min away from the beach. Travel to and from the airport is easy, the bus stops around te corner. A modern supermarkt is at walking distance. Absolutely recommended!

- Verified traveler (10/5): The only place I'll stay in Mallorca! - This is the second time I've stayed here when in Mallorca, and I wouldn't stay anywhere else. The management and staff are incredibly kind and always friendly. It's awesome to have a whole apartment, rather than a small room when you're going on holiday. The apartments are spacious, clean and have everything you need. The views are amazing, and it's located barely 2 blocks from the beach. 100% recommended for anyone looking to stay in the area.

- Maria (10/5): Much better than any other hotel in Playa de Palma - Everyone who worked at Apartamentos Tres Torres was incredibly welcoming and helpful. I arrived with my puppy and they were wonderful with him. It was honestly one of the best properties I've every stayed at, and I would definitely come back again.

- Andrew (10/5): Will definitely go back - Refurbished 3 years ago. Modern and comfortable. Not sure if we had an upgrade, but the apartment was large with decent sized east facing balcony. Very good air conditioning and excellent free wifi. Front desk staff were very friendly. Regular clean towels and sheets. Nice clean pool with comfortable loungers. Short walk to the beach. Adjoining restaurant made lovely fish paella! Only downside was the loud german teenagers, but they didn't get back until 5-6am so we still had good night sleeps. Will definitely be going back.

- Geoffrey (10/5): TRES TORRES = 3 TOWERS BUT 5 STARS FROM ME! - We were very fortunate to have one of the few apartments with panoramic sea views = 506 and because there were only 2 of us in a large flat the overall impression was WOW! The spec was immaculate and everything we would require for a self catering scenario. The proximity of Mercadona was a real bonus. The staff were helpful and we had a peaceful time with easy access to all amenities. The fact that it was a German zone was a plus for me as a German teacher. We walked and cycled for hours down the coastline in great weather. Mainland Spain is not dominated by self catering apartments so I can recommend this if this is what you want and are happy to be a few kilometers away from central Palma which was our desire so we got what we planned for.
