- Anna Maria (7/5): - la posizione vicina alla metro ed ai mezzi pubblici, la camera confortevole ed il letto comodo migliorerei il servizio colazione e gli orari di somministrazione, sia che si vada per turismo sia che si vada per lavoro o per visite in ospedale spesso è necessario fare colazione alle 7.30, quindi andrebbe anticipato l'orario oppure bisognerebbe almeno fare trovare in camera il necessario per farsi un cappuccino e dei biscotti/merendine/ ecc. in modo da poterla fare autonomamente, detto ciò la gentile signora che si occupava del servizio alle camere è stata disponibile a venire almeno entro le 8 per permetterci di bere al volo qualcosa di caldo e di mangiare un cornetto.

Room not suitable for 4 adults as advertised. - Cleanliness and accessibility The room was advertised suitable for 4 adults but the 4th bed was a small foldable bed, which was very low and was not suiatble for an adult. This was reported to the owner and he/ she did not even reply back on the matter.

El desayuno de hoy ha sido posible gracias a ellas, teníamos que dejar pronto la habitación para ponernos en viaje y han hecho todo lo posible para que nos diera tiempo a tenerlo. Habitación con muy buena luz natural y las camas muy cómodas. Nuestra habitación AMBRA ha sido magnífica. En adelante el baño necesitará actualización (secador de pelo) y ducha. Pero todo correcto. Nos preocupó no saber con más antelación dónde o de qué manera obtener las llaves y el acceso.

- Monika (7/5): Gute Lage - Gute Lage, sauber, nettes Zimmer, Vermieter sehr freundlich War schwer zu finden, da es ein normales Wohnhaus ist, was bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich war. Ebenso niemand vor Ort. Mussten anrufen und bekamen dann den Code für den Zimmerschlüssel. Frühstück erst ab 8.30 möglich somit kein Frühstück am Abreisetag da wir früher weg mussten.

- Pittoni (7/5): Carino ma poca cura nell’accoglienza degli ospiti - La struttura è in una posizione strategica rispetto a Termini, e alla metro! A 15 minuti a piedi si arriva a Castel Sant’Angelo! La stanza carina, abbastanza pulita e confortevole! Il personale discreto e gentile, la colazione di qualità anche se un po’ misera, piacevole però che venisse servita in camera! Purtroppo la struttura ha un problema con le fognature o gli scarichi, per cui entrando c’è sempre un forte odore sgradevole! Ho cercato di mettermi d’accordo sul trasporto da Termini per il servizio navetta ma mi è stato detto che veniva effettuato solo per gli aereoporti, mentre nella mail di benvenuto della struttura parlava anche di stazione! E il giorno dell’arrivo siamo entrati nella struttura solo perché un’inquilina del palazzo usciva mentre noi eravamo fuori ad aspettare da un quarto d’ora! Altrimenti non ci sarebbe stato modo di entrare perché non c’era nessuno ad aspettarci!
