- Amy (4/5): - There are many units at this property. I can only speak on the one I stayed in. The couches were really old and faded and had stains all over them. We had to pit sheets on them to even sit on them. The patio furniture outside was dirty as well. The place was dusty, the coffee pot was nasty, the bathrooms had some cleanliness issues. In the main bedroom the headboards were coming out of wall. The extra linens were just thrown in a closet, which made think they were dirty. They don't provide trash bags so bring some. The common areas of the hotel were clean and nice. There is a pizza joint attached to hotel. Parking is across the street which you don't find out until after you book. Overall won't be staying at the place again. If there is no way of knowing if you will get a crappy unit like I did or not. I did contact the management company and they were going to send a cleaner out but how would you clean the couches? I asked about switching units and they didn't even acknowledge I asked. Elliot beach rentals is the company who manages at least this one unit.

I sent pictures of the nasty sheets to the email and they brought some new sheets. Worse experience. I should’ve gotten a partial refund. Nobody ever followed up.
- danielle (10/5): - The condo was beautiful & very clean! We loved the view from the balcony. I stayed with a friend for a long weekend & we had so much fun. Resort offers a lot of entertainment & has good drinks & a decent pizza place. Probably one of the nicer places I’ve stayed in Myrtle. Got it at a really great price too with Expedia.

- Brian (2/5): - After receiving confirmation that our room was ready and arriving, we found that the living room hide-a-bed was not folded back into the couch due to the bed folding mechanism was broken. We were not able to relax and enjoy the living room space do to the couch bed being out and the couch cushions piled on top of the bed. The couch was not fixed until after the 3rd day of our 4 night stay. We were able to use the living room space on our last day. Additionally the dining table and TV table was dirty and smeared. The bathroom countertop was dirty with fake eyelashes on the counter. The kitchen stovetop was dirty and two of the burners were disconnected and not able to reconnect. I spent several hours of our vacation on the phone, during the first night and next two days with Elliott properties to remedy the issues. Elliott Properties asked if a reclean was completed with me explaining that housekeeping did not return. We cleaned the space our self. I have requested some sort of compensation due to the poor conditions with not response from Elliott Properties or the Condo owner. I do not recommend that anyone use this location for their vacation.

- Genrry Geovany (6/5): - The only reason for the property was that it was here, but it was damaged, and I contacted them to fix it, but they never came. So I had to sleep with my roommate. My other roommate had to sleep on the floor because he didn't have anywhere to sleep, because the sofa bed was broken.

- Elvin (2/5): - Our stay at this property was frustrating. To begin with, the room smelled unpleasant. The house was filled with dust, from the curtains to the table. This caused us to sneeze all night from having to breathe it all. In addition, most of the kitchen utensils were dirty and greasy, and there was no sponge to clean them. The indoor pool was disgusting, green, and apparently hadn't been cleaned for a long time. It's sad to pay your money and not even receive a clean place to sleep because even the pillows were dirty. A totally disappointing stay.

- Teresa (6/5): - Property check in office was located miles from the property. Property address was at 21st avenue south and check in/out was 35th avenue north! The front desk at property was locked and cluttered with boxes and other stuff. We were Not told that room key had to be used Everywhere in the building or that parking lot was across the street. I am physically limited and have handicap access permit. There were 4 spots in front of building only and always full. Elevator was out of service when we arrived so we had to wait to go up. Room was reasonably clean but could do with a deep clean. Fridge door was rusted and dented and it did not fit properly in the space it was in so the door wouldn’t open all the way. The sofa and chair had a few small stains but was comfortable. The bed was very nice and comfortable. The bath was very nice and clean. The balcony was perfect and so was view. The pool area and restaurant was perfect. We had a pizza there that was delicious. Beach just a few steps away and lifeguard was there as well. Overall good stay but we will not stay again because of lack of handicap parking and inconvenience of checking in and out. We were required to drive back to check out and deliver the key. We left a day early

We stayed on the top 10th floor had an amazing ocean front view. They provide dishes so it was easy to cook inside. And the couch folded into another bed I loved it and I definitely will be going back it was very nice

- Nicole (6/5): - The property itself is fine - security on site, multiple pools, friendly bartender and music playing at the pool bar, fast elevators, steps away from the beach, locked parking garage for guests only, pizza place attached, etc. The room - not so much. Our door lock was broken upon arrival. It REEKED of cigarette smoke. The room was dirty. There was a children's juice box sitting right on the couch when we walked in. There was someone else's hair in the kitchen sink. The check in office is located almost 15 minutes away so we called all the different numbers listed and no one picked up, so we had to drive all the way back to the office to have them address the problems. We tried asking for a different room due to the issues but immediately was told no without even given a chance to be heard. The man at the desk just walked away from us from in the middle of talking and told us he'd send a locksmith and a re-clean service. The lock was fixed, but no one ever came to re-clean. The bed is extremely uncomfortable, hard as a rock and super noisy. The couch had stains on it and looked very dirty/old/worn. Wouldn't stay again.

- Keith (8/5): Blue Water - It was in a great location for the money but i was unaware at the time of booking this that it wasnt a typical hotel. You need to go to a different location for check in and check out and there was no communication that the garage was across the street from the hotel. The room was decent for the price but some upgrades, like the couch, would have made it better.

- MARY JO (2/5): - The room was dirty, the stove was rusty, the coffee pot had no pot, had plastic silverware, the furniture looked like it came from a thrift store. nothing matched. the table rocked they had pieces of paper under the legs so it wouldn't rock but they didn't help. the pull-out bed was like sleeping on rocks that were going to fall apart at any time. if you moved on it you were afraid you would fall out. the air conditioner leaked all over the balcony, so you had to sit in water when you were out on the balcony, then you had to keep a mop by the door so that when you came in you had to mop up after yourself so that you didn't slip and fall on the water. The outside facilities were beautiful. the pools and the hot tub and the bar area were very nice. I found out later that each condo is owned separately and rented out separately. that Elliot rentals is the slum lords of the facility. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!!!! at this facility of any of their other facilities. I should have known when our welcome gift was a coupon book and a roll of toilet paper. also, the parking garage is 2 blocks away. they say it is across the street, but it is not, it is across the street and behind the other hotel. NO shuttle service to get there for us old people who have trouble walking, but their security has a golf cart to take them around. No one at the front desk to talk to. I will never Use Elliot Rentals again. The Bluewater Resort was nice, but you have to watch who you rent from.

- Cindy (4/5): Other hotels are better I hope - It was a filthy low rent room with a nasty mattress, tv was broken, lock didn’t work. The whole place needs an upgrade. There are too many hotels on Myrtle Beach to stay competitive with this kind of place.

- Corinne (8/5): - We enjoyed the Libido bar outside and friendly staff at the bar. We never saw anyone that works at the hotel and even tried to go to the front office on Sat and both doors were locked and the guy just looked at us. It was a clean environment.
- Natasha (4/5): - The room itself was filthy when we arrived, we were basically confined to the one bed the entire time, even though we paid for a suite. The other bed had brown streaks and a massive white blotch in the middle so we didn’t even touch it, the couches had boogers all over them and the table in the dining area also had brown stains and streaks all over it. I tried to call the office twice regarding the cleanliness but it just kept ringing so I gave up. The process of getting into your room is also inconvenient, we spent a lot of time fiddling with the key pad and lock. For the price you’d expect a lot nicer of a room, but it was severely lacking. Only one TV worked as well. We felt very unsafe as well during our stay, lots of people yelling outside our door and slamming things around nearby. The morning we left we also heard what we thought were gunshots, at 5am. They didn’t sound like fireworks. As I was cleaning that morning as well I saw a roach crawling over the top part of the door. The downstairs and common areas were very nice but that’s about it. Definitely will not be staying again, I’d rather spend more and not have to deal with all of that.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Beware of additional cost for towels - The unit was great. It was nicely decorated and clean. However, dish detergent is not provided, neither are extra towels or trash bags. We were not aware of this before booking. The rental company offers a linen package for an additional $39 per bed. It includes 2 towels, 2 washcloths, sheets and pillowcases. Items in the package must be purchased together and there is no way to purchase just towels. This means that for my family of 5 we would have to purchase 3 packages totaling $117. We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. Additional towels should be included or there should be a way to purchase items separately.

You have to park in a garage across the street. Not a big deal, but inconvenient when its not stated on the website. Our room wasnt ready for check-in. I jever received a text it was ready so we showed up and they were still cleaning. We had to wait 30 minutes. Although the room was cleaned well, the beds werent made. I had to put the fitted sheets on the bed. Overall the stay was good. Good location, great pool.

- Diane (4/5): - room was out dated, smelled, bed was King sized with Queen sheets. Advertised resturant,tiki bar, and lazy river pool were all not open. No cleaning staff on premises, had to clean room ourselves. Stayed 12 days and were given only 2 bath towels each, had to do laundry 3 times. Water was shut down one day for at least 4 hrs and we were not told before hand. No hot water for almost 24 hrs on another day. Not worth $3,500 that we paid AT ALL.
- Lloyd (4/5): - Room 1310 was old cramped dated and had cockroaches. The beds were new and comfortable. There was a newer fridge. There were no staff to deal with problems. Our access card didn’t work. The ocean view was OK. The restaurant was under construction. This was extremely expensive for the poor accommodations. Will never go here again.
- Eduardo (2/5): - I hated it … super old rooms , not very clean , balcony super dirty. Plus check in is 10 minutes away. Parking lot is two blocks away. Located in a lower end neighborhood. I will never return. Expedía published nicer pictures I did not see that in person. This is like a lower end apartment , like a extended stay more or less. Your bed is too close to the kitchen. The bathroom needed updates. The room was either super cool or super hot … there was no mid point to when regulating room temperature. I hope this helps
- Verified traveler (4/5): Disappointing - Where to begin? First off they changed the condo we had booked and moved us from the Bluewater to the Antlantica 3 resort. Very disappointing. The sheets felt like sand paper, our first trip was to the super market to purchase fabric softener to try to fix that problem. Comforter was stained and smelly. So much dust build up on the exhaust fans in the bathroom I doubt they even worked at all. The place smelled musty and like old smoke. They also require you to strip the beds, take out the trash, wash the dishes before you leave. Don't bother asking the front desk anything, we were told that as we didn't book through them they couldn't assist us with anything, that included even teeming us where the elevators were located! The only thing on the positive side was that the room was oceanfront and had a big balcony.
- Teresa (10/5): A must stay resort - This was our first trip to Myrtle Beach and it was absolutely amazing!! The condo was everything and more than what I expected!! The views were amazing and we had the greatest time!!! We’ll definitely be back!!!

- GARY (8/5): Useable - could use attention to details & repairs - I was given a packet from the off site office. We had difficulty opening the door. The security person could not open the door either. Therefore instruction on how to open the door should be addressed or with the other information in the packet. The lock on 717 was a problem to lock when we were leaving. Although we did not use the oven when we opened the oven the hinge on the right side came loose. A note indicating that parts were ordered was in left on the stove. Instruction on the website were sketchy. There were no linens (towels or sheets on the bed or pillow cases.) They were supplied the 2nd day after a call to ask about them. There was a coffee maker, but we had to supply ingredients unlike other hotels. We were busy off site and did not use the pools or beach.
- Vanessa (6/5): - I liked the view of the ocean and privacy of the balcony. Beds could use and update. Needs ceiling work in the hallway and a drawer in the refrigerator was broke. No paper towels and couldnt locate a single knife but overall the property was ok.

- Kelly (6/5): Disappointed - We arrived at resort to find that you have to park across the road. Then we discovered that someone had left balcony door open and our room had flooded so we had to be moved to a different room (only one they had left.) There was no linens, towels, toilet paper, dishiquid, etc. Waited for hours, and all we got was sheets and towels. Pools were closed due to Covid (would have been nice to know when we booked)! The location was good, right on the beach, so that was a plus. We made the best of a bad situation and overall had a good time, but definitely did NOT get what we paid for!

Had to call twice to get appropriate sheets for the beds. Delivered to the room by children. There was no furniture on the balcony. Paid for linens and had three towels and one washcloth in the room on arrival until we called. A friend tried to reserve a night during our stay before I told her the issues we had and was told they were not renting any more.rooms because they had no housekeeping! Yet they told us twice someone was coming. We visit Myrtle Beach often but will not visit this resort ever again. No offer to move us or refund money so we could stay in a more sanitary place.

The bed was awful, saggy and lumpy. mattress pad on be was stained with yellow spots. Food on one of the beds. Linen had hair on them. Thd comforter and pillows on beds was dirty. Dirty linen on pullout. The tub was dirty with air around it. We had to go out and buy linen for each bed and cleaning supplies to clean before we could use the rooms. My daughter fook pictures of the floors which was also dirty. We reported this to the Elliott Beach agent on Saturday morning!!!!

- Verified traveler (6/5): Poor Condition Unit in Great Oceanfront Spot - Property had pleasant amenities including an easily accessible bar/grill downstairs, multiple pools, and two hot tubs. Also, the oceanfront view was wonderful. However, the unit we stayed in (306) was outdated and in poor condition. For example, the balcony handle was broken, the glass on a coffee table was shattered, and the mattresses were stained. Also, the inside of the microwave had not been cleaned in awhile and the linens smelled like vinegar. Lastly, the majority of the parking was across the street.

- Joni T. (2/5): Beyond terrible! - We didn’t even get to stay here cause after calling for 6 hours no one ever showed up to fix our door it wouldn’t shut or lock. The door jam was broke. It had mold inside. The drawers were broken. The floor was separating from wall where it had so much water damage. Overall just nasty. So at 9:30 at night I had to load up my kids and find somewhere else to stay.

TV control not available for use until maintenance came to replace batteries, unusual controller, need screw driver. Apparently no housekeeping, empty detergent bottles left in laundry room, unless someone forgot to give new ones. Lack of cleaning possibly, otherwise it wouldn’t have been there along with roaches. Balcony door lock had to be repaired, safety bar lock also broke, no way of locking.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - The check in with the Elloit rental company was great. Probably one of the most efficient I have ever experienced. Then we drove to the property and the headache started. We could not get into the room. We went downstairs simultaneous to trying to contact the rental company. The staff on site were nice but told us they were only exterior and we would need to continue to get in touch with the rental company. Next extreme frustration started with the local locations lack of answering any of the provided numbers even though we just left there 10 minutes before and there were two staff members present, the 1-800 number constantly saying they would transfer the call and the line would ring then drop, then the national call saying they would have someone call us. This was all a result of deferred maintenance and half done repair work. We were able to figure out on our own the reason the door would not open was because it was rotted out where the deadbolt went in. The screws and would were clogging it up. We shared this when we finally got someone on the phone from the outsourced call center. We were afraid of permanently breaking the board and then would not be able to lock up our stuff until someone got there to fix it. We finally after almost an hour of non stop call to no avail got into the room on our own. We found they had previously repaired the bottom half and ever the top. We told them what size board - it wasn't fixed the whole time we were there. Just patched again

- Mark (4/5): Ocean font room - Commons and pool areas nice. Room floor was not clean. The TV’s were poor quality; door leaked during heavy rain and wind. Indoor pool was not clean at times. Make sure during check in you get wrist bands for pool. We did not and were questioned when we went to front desk. I wouldn’t stay there again. The Grand Atlantic much better.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Family Vacation at Myrtle Beach - We stayed on the 6th floor with a long balcony with a dinning table and chairs to enjoy a cup of coffee as one looks at the beach and hearing the waves bang on the shore of the beach. In addition to rockers to enjoy reading a book with the wind blowing in your face. The visibility of beach patrol and life guards afforded a sense of safety for my grandchildren on the beach. Also, the condo provided all the amenities for a family to have a pleasant vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, utensils, detergents and spices for preparing meals. The hotel was located near restaurants, grills, shops, and family parks which were in walking distance.
