As the name suggests, it’s lovely and quiet which leaves a sense of tranquility and peacefulness. The staff are super friendly, helpful and kind. The pool and garden are well kept and lovely to sit around. The hotel is exceptionally well decorated and clean throughout.

Les matelas sont très dur . Les chambres pas insonorisé, on entendait beaucoup les voisins c’est dommage. Mais nous avons quand même apprécié nos vacances !

Sehr geräumige Zimmer und große Sitz- und Ruhezonen vor den Zimmern und auf der Terrasse. Wunderbare und sehr liebevolle Einrichtungen.

We got a little confused about how breakfast worked and what food and drink was available to us. The walk to town along the seafront is pleasant but could be quite far for some people.

- Frank (8/5): Prima verblijf, maar gezien de prijs toch wat meer van verwacht. - Een prachtige tuin en een zwembad Het verblijf was relatief prijzig. De locatie is relatief ver van het stadscentrum. Wij vonden dat overigens geen probleem (omdat we een auto hadden). De kamers zijn ruim, maar redelijk gehorig (bijv. water van WC's kun je horen, voorbijgaande gasten op de gang). De executive lounge ziet er prachtig uit, maar wat we dan weer niet begrepen is dat er geen enkele (menu)kaart was waar je iets kon bestellen. Ook pas bij het navragen of het zwembad schoon gemaakt kon worden, werd het vervolgens gedaan.

Breakfast was good, quite standard Moroccan hotel food. It’s more or less on the main road so we had to keep the window closed at night to keep out the road noise. It’s a bit of a walk to the medina (pros and cons of that!).

- christian (10/5): Lovely relaxing property - This was our third visit to this lovely hotel. It is a charming property whose furnishings fully reflect the Moroccan style. We stayed in room 12 which is spacious and has a sea view… no tv. The staff are exceptional and the pool and garden area are very relaxing. We stayed for 8 nights. My only criticism would be that the breakfast is the same every day… though there is a choice of eggs, but that’s it. A bit of a rethink on this would be very welcome. Small beer I appreciate, but my only criticism of an otherwise excellent stay.

- Eric (10/5): Fantastic Stay with Fantastic Staff!! - Our family spent 4 nights at Villa Quieta, celebrating my wife’s big birthday. The location was perfect, along the beach and an easy 20 minute walk to the Medina (or quick 10dh taxi), with a few water-front cafes across the road. It’s a beautiful hotel, super clean with an incredibly friendly and helpful staff, with particular appreciation to Atika, who arranged an incredible Birthday celebration! They gave us a free upgrade to the Royal Suite (it’s amazing) and organized a super fun cooking class, where we learned how to make tagines (highly recommend doing this)! Atika brought my wife roses and even a delicious chocolate cake, her favorite :). Huge thanks to everyone at Villa Quieta, especially Atika, for making my wife’s special birthday particularly special and memorable. Highly recommend!! Nothing at all.

- Peter (8/5): Tortoises in the garden - Good to stay out of the Medina for a change and a nice walk there and back. There's a lovely pool area out of the Essaouira wind for relaxation and a sweet little garden - we spotted 2 tortoises. Well positioned for kite surfing and camel riding if that's your thing - we were just observers of this madness. A shower near the pool would be a good idea.

Sehr freundliches und zurückhaltendes Personal, Bett hervorragend bequem. Schlafzimmer und Bad beheizbar, da es sehr kühl war. Tolle Einrichtung im traditionell marokkanischem Stil. Beeindruckend!

- Olivier (10/5): Essaouira tout en douceur - Très bon séjour, le personnel est vraiment très accueillant et très respectueux. Le petit-déjeuner inclus est un petit festin, l'endroit est très calme, c'est reposant. Notre chambre était spacieuse. De plus, l'emplacement est intéressant, au sud de la ville près de l'océan, la marche est agréable le long de la plage pour rejoindre la Medina, il y a de bons restaurants à proximité de l'hôtel également. Vraiment idéal pour passer de bonnes vacances tout en douceur !
- Geertrui (10/5): Great! - Sooooo friendly, clean, good location, good food If I had to say something, maybe that breakfast is always a big plate of different things, without asking if we need it all. Which meant that as we aren’t he biggest breakfast eaters, we had to throw away a lot. Bit that being reaaaally nitpicky, it is in principle a good service!
- Crouzat (8/5): Nice staff but the place needs improvement. - The staff are very nice and worked hard to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The location is good if you want to be close to the beach and have a nice walk to the market. The main problem for us was the fact that the pool was not available due to unforeseen construction. Also the wifi was not good in the rooms. I also had a problem with a plug in my room which caused my charger to “pop” and smoke. Thankfully not hurting my phone but destroying my charger. Our adult children’s room had a heater that would not work so on the second night they brought in a portable heater. The staff did take this all into consideration and gave me us a good discount on our bill. If a pool, and good wifi is important for your stay I would consider another option at this time.

- Katleen (9/5): Relax, in een authentiek verblijf aan de kust, in de Stad van de Wind - Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Dit prachtige authentieke riad laat je toe om totaal tot rust te komen. Het is daarbij gelegen aan de promenade / het strand. Goed geïsoleerde kamers. Binnen zijn er vele prachtig ingerichte zithoeken, maar het dakterras is zeker ook n leuke plek om een boek te lezen. Zeer propere kamers, nette matrassen, typisch Marokkaans ontbijt., een gezellige tuin en een mooi zwembad. Kleine details ( kleine herstellingen) zouden het hotel een niveau hoger kunnen tillen. Momenteel een zeer goede prijs-kwaliteit!
- Louis (10/5): Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel plein de charme - Accueil très chaleureux, personnels très sympathique que ce soit au petit déjeuner ou à l’accueil. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment bon et varié, la chambre est spacieuse et confortable. Il y a possibilité de se garer devant l’hôtel. Il est situé proche de la plage (2-3mn).

- Andrew (10/5): We loved Villa Quieta and will return. - Very friendly and helpful staff, great rooms, spacious and interesting common rooms, good breakfast, close to the beach. Room was a bit chilly at night , but to be fair this was during some particularly cold and wet weather in January.

We had a punctured tyre on our car and he went out of his way to help us. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality and service!!

- Inge (9/5): Heerlijk verblijf. - Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst met thee. We kregen een upgrade van de geboekte standaardkamer naar een ruime superior kamer met terras. Het hotel heeft een heerlijk rustig dakterras, waar de hele dag de zon op staat! Het is een beetje gehorig.

- Andrea (10/5): Imádtuk, bármikor visszajönnék! - A szálloda valóban egy villa. Régi marokkói bútorokkal és stílussal berendezve, nagy tágas terekkel mind a szobában, mind a közösségi terekben. A személyzet nagyon kedves, mindenben segítenek. A reggeli franciás, a negyedik napon már jól esett egy kis sós a sok édes mellé. Az elhelyezkedés is kiváló, az óceán partján van, nagyon közel a szörfös, kite-os helyekhez, valamint a lovas és tevés bázishoz. Kiváló vendéglátó helyek is vannak a közelben. Imádtunk itt lakni, lenni, élni. A matracokat lassan lehetne cserélni.
